The room was basically clean, however, we moved the chair in our room and found a pair of pants squashed behind it, dirty.
Also, the telephone on our nightstand was blinking red the whole time we were there, so we put it on the floor for the night.
Finally, the bathroom light kept coming on by itself randomly throughout the night, and we couldn't get it to stay off. We shut the bathroom door to contain the light.

We traveled 8 hours from Michigan to Indianapolis, Indiana and checked in at this hotel past 230am to get some sleep before heading to Tennessee the next morning. It was very upsetting that our sleep was interrupted as soon as the sun rises due to the sunlight coming through the window, pointing directly on to our beds 😞. A curtain on the window that block the sun would have resolved the issue but they don't have it. We checked out around 10:45am, restless. $128/night not worth it.

We checked in late at night and the guy at the desk was very nice. Once we checked in we realized how dirty the room was. The kitchen floor was sticky and the corner of the bathroom floors were covered in dirt and dust. There were earwigs in the sink drain. The next morning we had a cockroach crawling across the kitchen floor. We check out and they were nice to give us our money back so we can go to another hotel.

Booked in 2023 for the Taylor Swift concert. Price was excellent. Overall, the stay was very good. We did have some issues with bugs-not sure what kind. There was no way to close the thicker curtains in our room, 322, and there were very bright lights from a car dealership nearby that shone right into our room throughout the night. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator for our drinks and ice packs.

If you need a place to stay in East Indianapolis, you could do worse, but I would not go out of my way to stay here again.

I signed up for the rewards program when I arrived because it said regular club members can now get a 2pm late check out. It said the benefits became active immediately. Planning on a 2pm checkout, I was rudely disturbed by front desk lady pounding on my door. I explained that I was utilizing the 2pm checkout. She argued with me through the door saying that was only for elite club members. She had not been informed of the new changes of benefits that included regular club membership. I tried explaining to her and she kept arguing refusing to look at the information. Then she said I could have till 12. I told them I was going to report them to corporate which I’ve done. Corporate said I was right. So instead of getting a shower before I left, I had to rush getting my things together and out before I had another confrontation with them.

The air conditioner in the room was ridiculously loud. There's no way I could sleep. They upgraded me to another room. It changed so that I could have a quiet air conditioner and told me that the tv worked, but it did not. The man at the front desk came to look at it. My stay was very nice . I loved that they had complimentary Dove shamoo, conditioner, bodywas and lotion.My room had a little kitchenette and a good size refrigerator. I could not get any channels on the TV but that could have just been me, however pet fees and non returnable pet deposit really should be listed before and not after a non returnable booking. That was 75 dollars i did not anticapate. All and all this is a good place and would stay again.

It was absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a dog. I took my kids there to get a break from home.. now I do stay 6.5hrs away from this hotel. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but ended up only staying barely one day due to the fact that there were roaches crawling from every each way. When I told the workers about the roach infestation they said they just “sprayed” the hotel and recommended me to another room.. I politely declined that request packed me and my 3 kids belongings and hit the highway home at 11pm..

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the hallways smell like cigarettes even though you aren’t supposed to smoke. The room smelled like BO mixed with mold. There were homeless people living just outside the parking lot and hanging out in the lobby at night. There were also broken down cars in the parking lot. The hallways were freezing. The walls and chair inside the room were falling apart. There were some decent dove hand wash, lotion, and shower essentials, which was nice. The staff was okay but a little standoffish. The area around the hotel was extremely sketchy. I definitely would not stay again and the price for what you got was extremely high.

Check in was quick and the employees were very welcoming. The room was spacious but a bit shabby - torn edges of carpet and threadbare upholstery. In the kitchenette, the safety cover for the disposal was missing. I think the worst thing was having to kill a cockroach in the bathroom.

Upon reserving g sent message stating would need a crib for an infant traveling with us. Called prior to our departure confirming a crib would be available and was told they had it ready for us. Upon arrival, the front desk employee was very disinterested in helping us and told us he would see if they had one but he didn’t think they did because, one of them had a torn mattress and the other one was broken. The facility was rundown and had to change rooms because the first room had dried crusty substance on the table and chair had been written on In Sharpie as well as the cork board in the room. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! We booked a room through Expedia to stay at this hotel for a major event in Indianapolis. At 3:30 pm on our check-in date, the hotel called us to inform us that, although we had reserved a room and confirmed, they did not have a room for us. The hotel did not offer to find us alternative accommodation, offer any compensation (other than a refund, which I have not yet received), or even any sympathy. When I asked the clerk to talk to his manager, I was placed on hold for five minutes only to be told that his manager was “on vacation,” which was almost certainly a lie. Then he told me that Expedia would be in touch to rebook us somewhere else. But that was also a lie. We never heard or received anything from Expedia either. We were left to scramble for an alternative and ended up staying well out of town in a tiny room because it was all that was an available.
I cannot state more strongly — DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! And if you are foolish enough to do so, you should consider packing a sleeping bag because there is a strong likelihood that you will be sleeping in your car.
