The worst experience! When I check in the person in front desk was polite but then we went to the room , I started to notice that there’s a lot of people living there, a lot of people staring at us, making me feel uncomfortable then when I got to the room the door was open everything was dirty and smelling like cigarettes when it was smoke free , call to report and no help ,right away I check out,they told me they can refund me anything till the manager approved it! Like are you serious! I didn’t even stay for 30 min till this day I’m waiting for the response!

Pleasant accommodations, clean and neat. The beds were super soft. My only complaint of the whole experience, i made my reservations and paid online, with a service I trust with my credit information. If there is a deposit required, i usually pay that in cash so i dont have to give my card info to anyone else. This hotel does not accept cash deposits. I HATE that.

I told myself it’s just one night!
The room was non smoking but smelled like a casino hall! I was happy to see no carpet but when I went to wipe up a spill I made I clearly could see that the gray tiles in the bathroom had not been cleaned in a while. It was so gross. The bed was very hard and could use a topper. It’s an older motel not hotel, this should be noted as even though this was just a stop for our trip I wish they could have cleaned better.

Scammed, charged for an addition room 2 days after check out... Early May, I reserved a room for late May, a few days later I canceled the reservation. I received a cancel confirm # & email from Hotels.com. 10 days later I made a new reservation. The day of check-in while traveling, and at check-in and at check-out, a \"2nd room was mentioned, all 3 times I explained (and they already knew) that was a different reservation that was confirmed cancelled (with weeks to spare). 2 days afterwards, the hotel ran a different card that they had on file from Hotels.com for another room, that I did not use or have a reservation for. Hotels.com was no help. I had to go to my bank to get my $ back. Bank had to cancel my card & issued a new 1, it's been a major hassle. NOTE: in nearly a decade of using Hotels.com, I’ve Never left a negative review. (nothing good to say, I don’t say anything) but obviously I’ve needed to make an exception in this case.

The cleaning crew is really letting the owner down. A half hour of proper cleaning in our room would easily add a star. The cleaners just swiffer the room pushing all the dirt to the edges. So all along the walls are filthy brown lines, hair and dirt. They don't wipe down the surfaces or headboards, so there are handprints everywhere. Also, simple things like hooking in the drape are left to the guest -- pure laziness. However the towels and bedding were clean, pillows plentiful, shampoo and a soap provided. A coffee pot, fridge and microwave really help. The HVAC unit worked well and we actually had a good night's sleep.

The gentleman at the check in was so nice. He engaged with me explaining what I was signing. I requested a room on the same side of the office and he accommodated immediately. I chose the Red Roof as I know the brand and it fit my budget. The room was spotless and comfortable. Since the rooms are so nice, the only suggestion I would make is to update the outside of the building as well to complement the inside. I will definitely stay there again.

I liked the location. It was close to the expressway and an easy access to other points around town. But the parking lot and the building itself could use some attention. There are potholes out side and holes in the drywall inside. Our door didn't completely shut (it locked, and we felt safe enough) and the curtains didn't completely shut out the light coming inside. Many of the other hotels around this one looked in similar need of cosmetic work.

I tried to run a bath so I could soak and the tub would not stay plugged. The dresser had someone’s cloths left in it and empty Walmart shopping bags in the other drawer. So that tells me that the room was not cleaned properly.

I booked a room based on 1, in the past i have seen multiple people bring out multiple pets. I verified that multiple pets were allowed based on expedia saying 2 for pets. After driving for 13 hours, i show up to check in. I told the front desk man that i had my dog and cat with me. Immediately was told only 1 pet is allowed on the premesis and that i couldnt have the room. I was like okay so i am being forced to cancel, i want a refuns. The sheets had burn holes. The full length mirror had something splattered on it when we walked in. The bed screeched just sitting on it. The fridge was missing a leg and wobbled, so we fixed it ourselves. The front door did not fully close, and had a wide line of sunlight that shown around the whole edge. We had 4 people checked into the room and they would only give us 2 towels at a time, and made me walk to and from my room to give them the dirty towels before I could get two more clean ones.
