The room was top notch. Staff was superb and very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great a lot to choose from eggs sausages biscuits gravy waffles donuts danish cereal top of the line s are always fresh and hot. Staff even came around and ask if everything was okay! Didn't get to use pool and hot tub this time but looked great! Would highly recommend this hotel for sure!

1.The outside grounds are just nasty - please clean up th landscape and the trash throughout the facility.
2. Pool and hot tub well maintained and serviced.
3. Front desk staff was excellent!!!!
4. The \"hot breakfast\" was not very good - not real eggs, the sausage links were sticky ( like they had syrup poured om them, coffee pots were empty both days, and room was not serviced.

12:30am the smoke alarm starts going off. Everyone on our floor starts to come out of their rooms, a few people ran to the front desk to ask what was going on. The man working the desk was less than helpful. Not walking down the hall to tell everyone it’s ok that it was just someone smoking in their room. After 30 minutes of the alarm blasting everyone’s eardrums the fire department shows up. Instead of the employee explaining what happened he proceeds to ignore the FD, and guests that are also concerned and needing answers, walking right past them, then casually stroll (as if he had cement blocks attached to his feet) to a room at the very end of the hall to address the smoking issue. Everyone is still confused and asking for answers as he ignores everyone and slowly strolls back to the desk. The smoke alarm went off until 3am. I’ve attempted numerous times to contact someone for a possible refund or SOMETHING to no avail. The entire staff (except one younger girl) was incredibly rude. I called for 3 weeks and every time they kept saying “the manager was in the hospital so there was nothing they could do”. I believed that for maybe a week. The point is don’t waste your money here!! Spend a little more for a better place!

The rooms were clean, as were the other areas of the hotel. The elevator could use some maintenance. Breakfast was just about what you would expect for a hotel breakfast. We ended up using the pool and hot tub; both were very clean, and there was no overpowering chlorine smell when you walked into the pool room. Sarah was amazing through check-in and checkout.

1 Star – Very Disappointing Stay

Stayed at Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis this past weekend and had a very poor experience.

Upon arrival, the bed sheets were dirty. We contacted the front desk and were told clean ones would be brought up, but after waiting over two hours and calling again, nothing was delivered. We ended up having to go purchase our own sheets.

The WiFi—which was a major reason we chose this hotel—did not work at all during our stay. We were told someone would come assist, but no one ever showed. Calls to the front desk were repeatedly answered and disconnected. The next day, we were told it would be working soon, then later told it was completely down. We had to rely on a personal hotspot, which caused issues with work and added cost.

To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off for around two hours late Saturday night, making it nearly impossible to get rest before an early morning.

Overall, very disappointing stay. Poor cleanliness, lack of service, and basic amenities not working. This was far below expectations, especially after confirming these details prior to booking. Would not recommend.

It was just OK. I did not see any bugs. My sheets were clean and smelled like they had just been washed. The sitting chair in the room was stained and should probably be replaced. Fire alarm went off around midnight we had to evacuate. When we got the all clear to go back in, the alarm continued to go on and off until 1:30 in the morning. No refund no compensation. Breakfast area has no space. And it was a normal hotel breakfast, it wasn’t great, but it was food. I also did not see any bugs in the breakfast area. The pool and hot tub looked beautiful, but we could not use it because of the amount of people that were in it. While the room was clean, it was small.

I paid for two rooms but they put the two rooms on totally separate floors. The elevator sounded like it was going to just completely fall apart. The key cards constantly stop working and we had to constantly go back down to the front desk to get a new key card. The WiFi doesn’t work, unless you want to sit in the lobby that is. The building stunk throughout and smoking in rooms was not monitored and constantly smelled like weed on the second floor. The AC unit sounded terrible when it decided to turn on and work. The pool was a pain in butt to even get into bc the keycard lock sucked or the door was broken, I really have no clue. Water just puddles up around the outside of the pool and was VERY slippery. A child hit his head in the pool and the front desk showed no concern for the blood coming out of the child’s head and said all she could do was call the ambulance but didn’t have an incident report or anything to document what happened. Someone also fell in the lobby and it was the same issue. I will not be going back. The breakfast was about the only thing that we all liked.

The kids LOVED the pool, and the adults were thrilled with the hot tub. So many places advertise hot tub, but upon arrival, we learn that it is\"closed for maintenance\" or they actually just don't even have a hot tub, that gets Soo irritating, but that was not the case here. The hot tub and pool were both fantastic! Definitely exceeded our expectations!

I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the severe issues my family experienced during our recent stay. Unfortunately, the conditions and service failures we encountered made this one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Due to the extent of the problems and the significant disruption to our stay, I am formally requesting a full refund.
Upon arrival, the hotel strongly smelled of cigarette smoke despite numerous non‑smoking signs. The odor permeated the hallway as well as our bathroom. When we reported this, we were provided a can of deodorizing spray and instructed to use it outside our room—an inappropriate and inadequate response to a sanitation and air‑quality concern.
We also discovered that the whirlpool bath in our suite was non‑functional. Although we notified staff, no solution, repair, or alternative accommodation was offered.
Throughout the first evening, approximately 50–60 individuals occupied the pool area directly below our balcony. The noise level was excessive to the point where we could not hear the television, and our 7‑year‑old child was unable to sleep. Additionally, the pool water was extremely cold and unusable, and there were no pool towels available.
The following day, our toilet malfunctioned. While it was eventually repaired during our absence, we were initially offered only a plunger. Our room was also not serviced—no fresh towels, no trash removal, and no replenishment of basic supplies. This required another trip to the fr

I will be staying here again in the future. We go to Indy 1-3x a year and this will be our go to spot!! The staff made it worth the trip! The guy running the desk was funny and friendly! The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was very nice and the hot tub was very nice! The only little tip would be the hot tub could be 2 degrees cooler actually. Should be no more than 104 and it was definitely hotter than that so I could not enjoy it as much as I would have liked. Overall though 5 stars!!!

We did not get cleaning service our entire three night stay. We had to ask for new towels. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was the lovely pool and jacuzzi in the photos. It was nice but not clean around the pool. No towels were restocked at the pool. Many many unsupervised children at the pool, who were not staying at the hotel as they had guest wristbands, were very loud and rowdy (as children are of course but they need supervision) in and out of adult jacuzzi, splashing even late in to the night when we though we might find it quieter.

DO NOT STAY HERE, Absolutely terrible experience, while the hotel is in a good accessible location, having to deal with drug addicts and prostitutes running in and out of the building all hours being loud, being locked out of the hotel multiple times for our cards not working, we ended up having to stay with friends and sleep on the couch and checked out early. Only was actually capable of staying there 3 of the 5 nights we were there, because good luck getting any front desk help at night because the desk clerk was outside asleep in her car.

I was staying for a weekend getaway. There must of been a kids birthday party because they were running the halls laughing and enjoying being kids. Everyone allowed them to live thier best lives. I was only able to stay 1 of my 2 paid night's due to a storm that came in and traveling. Unfortunately that was unforseen. I left early in the morning and was never able to come back so i was unable to enjoy all that the hotel offered.
