Room was fairly clean. Beds not super comfortable and air conditioning would turn on and off all night. Breakfast was extremely limited... did not even have water out so choices were, coffee, tea, and juice. Accessibility to Lucas Oil really cant be beat though. 5 min walk away max.

First of all when we got there, the door was wide open. That was a bad sign. Then our heater was making all types of weird noises so I went downstairs to complain and they made me they switched me to another room coming to find out the room that I was in originally was under a reconstruction and he had no business being booked anyway the staff was very friendly. They gave me six or seven free vouchers so I got a lot of free snacks and after that, it was OK visit.

The location was nice and first impression was great of the lobby with friendly staff. We went to our room but one thing after another went wrong… we were out of tissues and toilet paper. Then we discovered the fridge was filthy and had old fast food from previous guest. Then we found a cockroach in the bathroom.

The staff was very concerned and switch our rooms to them investigate the room we were in. Had to check all our belongings out of fear of having a bug in our luggage. The new room was in better condition and on another floor.

The staff did their best and the new room was better so we chose to stay there. Was happy with the staff and breakfast plus the rooms were very nice. We were just put into a room that was not properly cleaned. Was a very confusing experience as it was inconvenient to change rooms from the filth but the staff was great and otherwise very nice hotel.

Parking was fine, Parking in the garage was close to the hotel entrance. The hotel lighting to the entrance was dark, and had construction near the entrance. I wouldn't walk around by myself outside. This location is near Lucas oil. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was kind and helpful.

The service desk area was very nice and the service desk attendants were incredibly nice.

The breakfast buffet was good except i do not like the pre-mix eggs they served. Most hotels do that...still don't like it.

The bed was not comfortable...stiff.

Other than that...great location. Great service. Great amenities.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful with our questions and gave very good recommendations. I was disappointed in how the amenities on hotels.com did not match the actual hotel. I reserved a room with a king bed, but got two queens. Also, hotels.com said free bottled water, but there was none of that (we did not ask), lastly i do not remember seeing anything about paying to park in their parking garage (found this out when i went to the actual hotels website). I would probably stay here again due to the convenience and proximity to the ball stadium, but will probably find a different place to park.

I recommend this hotel and the surrounding area.

I stayed in room 610 at the Tru By Hilton in Indianaoplis. I was greeted by Tori upon checking. She was pleasant and helped me check in. The room was basic. Pros: There wasn't any gross carpeting and the room was clean. Cons: The toilet did not flush completely inless you held the handle down longer than normal. The shower door did not close all the way and there was water on the floor after I showered, and the AC did not shut off completely even when I turned the wall thermostat off. Very strange.
The hotel was walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium, so I took in a Colts game while I was there.
I recommend two restaurants close by also in walking distance. One was Greek Island Restaurant, and the other was Shapiro's Deli. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was Ok for one breakfast but highly recommend Shapiros in staying for more than one day.

Location was decent, about a 10 minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and a bunch of restaurants downtown. Felt safe walking home after the game. Hotel was nice, love the ability to use a mobile key and just use my phone for all of that. Our room could have used some extra cleaning. The floors in both the room and bathroom weren’t very clean and definitely missed the details while cleaning. Hopefully that is something the hotel staff improves on. We were only in for a quick stay and only in the room to sleep so overall it was good. Parking was very easy.

My Stay

Everything on the stay was great, I myself slept in during room cleaning time, I was hoping after I left they would come in get the trash and restock my towels, but I wasn’t upset, only 2 issues was I asked to split on 2 cards my payment, guy told me he did, he didn’t, and out of request I asked desk to please while I was out to please just bring towels in wash cloths since as i mentioned was sleeping while they were doing room clean ups, she said absolutely, unfortunately when I returned from my outing, no towels. The hotel itself is fantastic and I enjoy the breakfast and a perfect place near everything downtown Indy. Parking garage is great as well.

We loved this hotel! The amenities and the continental breakfast were perfect for what we needed for a quick trip for our family of four. Kids also loved the hotel (teenagers, so take that as a HUGE compliment). Only thing I was missing with 4 people in one room was a closet!

I was here for 2 nights for a Fever game. Close enough to walk to the arena but only street parking is free. Hotel charged $30./night( in/out privileges). Hotel seems newer and styled like a European hotel. Rooms are bigger but no enclosed closet in the room or shelf in the bathroom. My stay was more “ efficient “ than “comfortable “. For one overnight I may return but not for longer.

A Great Stay

Loved the breakfast, a wide variety of choices offered. Great lobby with ample seating area for many people. Room had lots of storage and was modern.
The location was a short walk from the downtown area which was very convenient, close but not too close.

Poor air conditioning

Apparently room has energy efficient ac the room never went below 73 degrees when it was 90 degrees outside. Not good for people with allergies and asthma. Very disappointing that room temperature was extremely uncomfortable. The front desk person actually came to the room when I complained and explained about the ac only works when you’re in the room. Apparently they have had several complaints so people should be warned at check in. If this is the way Hilton is going I will not book another Hilton property! Energy efficient but the fan ran constantly and did absolutely nothing. The lobby was nice and cool but room was stifling. Again very disappointing and would definitely not stay here again! Also when I did call the front desk I was on hold for over 8 minutes! I don’t recommend which is a shame because the hotel was nice except for this major issue!

We were traveling to my mother's funeral so we weren't looking for a place centered on entertainment. This location would, however, be great for a Colt's or Pacers game. If you're into the Blues the \"Slippery Noodle\" is within walking distance.
The Hotel is very clean and fresh. A minimalist aesthetic in it's design. A room with two beds should have a second chair.
Last: This is a tight urban site. Unfortunately the Design Architect provided terrible vehicle access and an incompetently designed parking garage entrance.
