The first room we got the TV didn't work so the attendant changed us to a different room. After we got set in the second room we later found that we had no hot water. we were ready for bed so we didn't say anything. As we went to turn on the lamp by the bed we found out that someone had taken the bulb out. I would never stay there again.

The motel looks condemned, there’s no signage for the motel. The room reeked of smoke, the beds were dirty, the surfaces were covered in bugs, the tv was on when we walked in (but also snowed out/ not working appropriately), and they were blasting the heat at 80 degrees. My friend refused to walk into the room at all; we were too disgusted to check out the bathroom.

This was horrible. The pictures advertised were not this facility in any recent year. The sink paint was peeling. The shower was not cleaned with someone's old Irish Spring still there. The floor was filthy. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. The bathroom door was broken. There was mold in the refrigerator. The front door had a 1 inch gap under it and looked like it had been busted down. It stank of smoke. Fleas. No garbage can. Smoking stains on the ceiling. I could go on.

This place is so disgusting, that after paying an absurd amount of money because of the eclipse surge pricing, knowing we may not get a refund, we still grabbed a new room elsewhere because there was no way we were staying there. This place should not even be available , especially through any third party endorsement. Do not stay! And the pictures they show, are NOTHING like it actually is.

First of all hotel was booked on the same day of arrival, once the guest arrived there was a sign saying that hotel is closed till 9:00am with no explanation, tried calling hotel but wouldn't get an answer. 2nd hotels.com didn't refund our money, neither they actually helped on this matter.

Tv looked like the tv from the ring (all blurry) microwave didn’t work, black mold all over shower, carpet was wet and stained, staff wasn’t there at 8 pm when I had to check in, people were drinking vodka and left their bottles all over the ground outside, room stunk like cigarettes and I’m a non smoker, cigarette holes in the comforters and they put me in the wrong room then what I paid for. The worst experience of my entire life.

The hotel issued a card to my room to a complete stranger, after I brought it to the hotels attention that I had been robbed I found out that the guy at the front desk had issued a card to a guy that I was going to hire to help me at a catering event who met me in the lobby. They did send me down the road in an Uber which I paid for to get a new key fob for my vehicle upon returning the owner said I don’t see anything on camera of anybody stealing anything out of your room so I guess no fault was on our end. Just know that when you stay here you’re taking everything you have at your own risk. hotels.com is almost impossible to get a hold of so day two after the incident I still haven’t gotten a hold of hotels.com

Decided not to stay. Still fighting on getting a refund. Rooms were not ready. Cleaning staff was taking shots of whiskey out of their cleaning cart. The rooms that were done were filthy. The room was dirty and there was a roach on dresser when we first walked in. Through the night I woke up to find I was being bitten by bed bugs, several of them and they were large. I went to the front desk they placed us in another room after denying there were bed bugs. I showed him several that were in the bathroom sink then he gave us another room. I stayed a night while working in Indianapolis. I thought it was a hotel but it's more like a motel. The room was mostly clean but there were some stains on the carpet that I tried to avoid walking over. Some basic things were missing, like a trash can in the room and a tissue box near the sink. Also the bathroom had no door, you just walk in. So if you're staying with others there is pretty much no privacy. Overall not a bad place to stay but far from the lap of luxury.

well she showed me every jacuzzi room they had and the mirror were broke the jacuzzis were broke floor unleveled bathroom missing access panel in one room hole in floor by ac in another room just all kinds of mess tvs not working and when i told them i wanted to leave he insisted on one more room we walked in and the whole front of hot tub was pulled off and was out of order so they had no rooms available i paid ahead of time and due to that only got one day refunded back to me that is just ridiculous to me they dont even know whats going on at there own hotel. wasnt even offered a standard room or anything and he acted like i was the problem just overal dont go!

So my bf and I decided to stay not to far from his dad's on Xmas and we decided to stay here. It looked okay to just stay an evening until a couple bugs got in our Christmas food. We had to then throw away we hadnt even got to eat yet. So we was like okay whatever we will deal with it because it's late. So we go to get in bed pull down the spread no cover, just sheets and hair is all over them it looks disgusting sheets look dirty. So we pull it back up not even sleeping on the pillows, my bf goes to flying jays only thing open spends $60 on sm covers. Then we go to sleep not once but four times girls knocking on our door saying let me in we have $100 and then girls just knocking woke us up 4 times. Go to use a towel it's dirty. Never been so disappointed in my life on Xmas Eve I will never go back there or tell anyone too for that matter thought we was in a brawful.

It was the worst hotel.ive stayed at on this app. The jazzuci was broken and there was huge cracks in the mirrors. They were am hour and a half late from 3 oclock check in having our room ready. The bed frame was broke there was a broken piece in the floorboard that we both tripped on it was horrendous.

This was actually the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Funny story, the SECOND worst was also a Knights Inn. There was literally garbage under the bed, no hot water, a CRT TV, a HUGE hole in the floor. Believe me, you have other options.

How does it stay open?
Went to the race and needed a place to stay and this was the cheapest. It certainly was. I don’t ask for much a shower, clean towels and a bed. A little tv would be nice. This had a 27” television that everyone threw out 20 years ago, the light at the vanity flickered on and off. The lone chair under the light looked like the scene of a drug deal interrogation went bad but the the stain was way too small The towel. Not towels. But single towel was tiny suitable for a chihuahua but not any Child or adult. The AC was cold but smelled mentholy like a dehumidifier.

The manager said they recently took over and were working on things. We said not what was represented on the website. He said was built in 1984 and we shouldn't rely on website for what we were actually getting. The desk clerk also stated it was \"Race Week\" and \"they didn't have enough people to clean\" We refused to stay. Another guest checking in had to come back to the desk because she didn't have a door lock and also no curtains or bathroom door. The girl at desk said she gave her the wrong room number (her key card opened 2 rooms right next to each other.

This place is a dump! We had to find last minute lodging prior to the Indy 500, and not much to choose from. It’s right next to a truck stop. I have better dog/car wash towels than what was provided. Close to White Castle and Waffle House though.

The first room was dirty, clump of hair by sink, ashes on the floor, smelled musty, stuff on the wall, smoke detector not properly attached to wall, I don’t think it had been cleaned. The second room wasn’t much better. If they hadn’t already fully charged me for the 2 nights (which they did before I checked in even though on Expedia I opted to pay on site) I would not have stayed past the first 10 min of checking in. I tried to immediately cancel my reservation so I could go somewhere else but they refused to refund my money. Instead the mgr gave me a discount on a future room which I will never use. Shower was dirty and had used soap in it, bedspread was ripped, trash in trash can, walls was dirty and only had one towel. This is the worst place I have ever stayed, we wouldn't even take a shower in the morning. If this wouldn't have been a busy weekend in town and I had other options we would not have stayed.

The room is awful. The other hotels were sold out because of a conference. I was charged nearly $150 for a room that had holes in the mattress, plaster patches on the wall, the door seemed to have been kicked in many times. The bolt couldn’t be used. The lock was basically worthless. The couch and bed were dumpster condition at best. The comforter and bedding I wouldn’t touch. I can’t believe the owners of this Knights Inn charged so much for rooms that should be condemned. The garbage all over the lot, the weeds, the junk just added to the ambiance. But the owners were obviously cashing in on the lack of hotel rooms available due to the National gathering of the Future Farmers of America. If faced with this as an option again I would sleep in my car.

There was a hole in the bathroom door, nail sticking out of the door frame, what looked like black mold on the wall in the bathroom. The tiles around the tub were caving in. This was a non smoking room, but smelled so bad. The bed like was laying on the ground. I honestly could not sleep. The room walls are paper thin so you hear everything.

This is the worst hotel I have ever booked. There was holes in the floor. The power cord went threw the hole if you touched it all the power would go off. The bed had dirty sheets with cigerat burns in them. Dirt on them they had not been changed tub had rings around it. There was no hot water. Dirt under the mattress. Someone wiped there nose on the mattress skirt. Carpet was moldy. Dirty, smelled bad. I am going to report this to the health department on Monday in an effort to try and shut them down.

We arrived in the early evening and from the otter appearance the building was really run down. My husband went in and got the keys and we went to our room. The door was broken from the outside, we didn't feel safe and we went in to look around. The whole room was tore up and dirty! So we phoned the front desk and they were very kind and got us another room. The door to that one was fine. We went in and it was not great. But we were tired so we said we would look for another the next day, but the front desk refused to refund our money. There was no soap and few towels. One roll of toilet paper. The bathroom door locks you in if you shut it. If someone is traveling alone they could get stuck inside!!! It was an aweful experience!

Wow...what a total DUMP! This place out to just change it's name from \"Knights Inn\" to \"Hooker's Inn\" and just charge by the hour. To be honest, it probably is too disgusting for hookers! I should have known when I pulled into the parking lot at 7 pm and there was not another car at any of the rooms. This place is so disgusting it should be torn down. I paid $129 for a room (with No Cancellation) and we just ate that and found a nice hotel for half the price. There was NO way we were going to stay in that room and we were even afraid to touch anything. We were never so happy to get out of place. Take my advice:

There was no hot water. The head board fell out of the wall. It was dirty. The bathroom tiles were broken. The bathroom floor was dipping in. The key box on the door was dead so management had to let us in everytime we had to leave and come back.
