The bathroom was absolutely terrible. Toilet kept stopping up and water in shower would not drain until after maybe an hour after you got out. You would be standing in a shower full of dirty water. I really would like a full refund but I can't get anyone to respond to the five messages I have left.

The shower curtain was 2 inches too short. As a result half the bathroom floor was filled with water that I had to clean up. This was a slip, hazard and unsafe. Really a lawsuit waiting to happen. no room key at check in no wifi for the first day ceiling leaked over toilet in bathroom, told front desk and was told it would be fixed by the time we returned, no one did anything about it thru out the day in fact maintenance and next shift for front desk didn't know anything about it. I booked this hotel because they advertised a shuttle to and from the airport, which we needed. When we arrived, there was no such service, although we saw the shuttle van outside the property. Cost us $40 more in Uber fees. I wouldn’t trust what they advertise.
