Megan came banging on my door several times at 330am telling me that I had to get out because SHE had no recollection of anyone being in this room. When I open the door she said ain’t nobody to be in here how I get in here I told her I made reservation and checked in with the other lady around 830pm. She proceeded by telling me okay you can stay for now until the morning when it can be figured out. I want compensation for my room. I was in the middle of something and she screwed that up for me. My girl was blew and definitely not in the mood because of Megan rudeness and banging on the door with wild false accusations. My experience was totally horrible.

Room was extremely filthy and the shower didn’t work. We called the front desk and no one answered to help. We had to go downstairs and someone finally came to the front desk. The lady informed us that they do not have anyone to fix the issue and they did not have any available rooms. She informed us that we would get a full refund since we had to secure a totally different hotel at the last minute.

This hotel managed to screw every part of the stay up. The place was horrible they didn't have continental breakfast that I paid for and they didn't have water or coffe. They didn't have change for the vending machine you had to leave for everything. The shower was horrible there's big patches and missing chunks out of the tub the water had black specks that came out of the faucet. There was no filter in the spigot, it was more like a open fire hose. I refused to take a shower in such conditions, didn't trust the water so couldn't brush teeth. All was bad bad bad bad

Kudos to Megan! She was doing everything by herself with no additional staff assistance. The first room the tv didn’t work. The second room the tv remote didn’t work, there was less than half a roll of toilet paper and the phone didn’t work. Someone’s dog steadily barking didn’t help. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! Should get a refund.

Honestly I'm confused with this one. I'll just be straight up about it all to. So i forgot to cancel this reservation because you know life happens and you Honestly forget to do so on the hotels cancelation policies. But the thing is they say 24 hours to cancel but i booked the hotel during, early late morning hours like 1 or maybe 2 am so by policy could not cancel or let me cancel even if i tried. I booked this through expedia and never showed up. Why did they show even on expedia that i stayed there through those days i picked for reservations but the facts are i never even went. They even emailed me the total price of the hole visit. So I'm just confused on what is going on here at this hotel. Cause anyone that uses expedia regularly knows you can earn cash and it even shows that on there. I don't know anymore but would not recommend it.

Breakfast note said none due to \"shipping delays,\" by the looks of things there had been \"shipping delays\" for a long time. Room didn't seem clean or in good condition, very dated and only a thin blanket. Also, in order to have a cup for water you had to order a package that included dishes, cups, flatware etc. I used a disposable coffee cup from the lobby in the morning. Not favorably impressed.

Checked in at 5 PM. No front desk clerk. Stood there for 10 minutes. Got to our room. No sheets or comforter on bed. Went back to front desk and was supposedly upgraded for free. Get to new room and there is no couch in the living area. Front desk says there are couches in some room, not in others? So what were we upgraded to? Room was dirty and neither TV remotes worked. Property was filthy, noisy, and smelled like weed.

Worst hotel stay in 20 years

Bathroom shower was not working properly. Couch in one of the rooms was uncomfortable. The other room only had 1 chair. Toilets were very easily clogged. The first night it clogged and i was told they did not have a plunger. AC did not work and the room was hot.

my 1st room they put me in the sofa was missing. holes in walls. missing pictures. dishwasher had dirty dishes. cabinet faceings and drawers missing. roach eggs in drawers. the bathroom sink looked like it was never cleaned someone locked up in it. holes in doors. I went straight to office showed her pictures and said move me why would you give a room like that. 2md room was better dishwasher nasty. no locks on windows I had to stuff cardboard down in windows so the window wouldn't go up. I wish I could post pictures because there's more. I tried to get in touch with Expedia to see if they couldobe me but no luck.

Prostitutes and pimps, drug dealers, half of the rooms didn’t have either working fridge or stove, no couch or rollaway beds available, most staff were very rude, peeling on tubs, not clean, never had clean towels or sheets. Loud, people fighting, doing drugs, broken doors, way to expensive for the condition the hotel is in and manager refused to fix any fees or issues. Bad area to begin with. I would not stay here again. I switched rooms multiple times with all different issues in the few weeks I stayed here.

There was gum on the floor and the pillowcase the tub was filthy and pealing. There are some very questionable people that I assume live there and hanging out around the property.

The staff was wonderful. They apologized profusely and refunded the night. I was only in the room for 10 mins before walking back out at asking for a refund.

Absolutely run down, not maintained, outdated just ghetto rooms. We booked a king suite with a fold out couch but when we checked in, it only was for 2. They said they dint have any that sleeps more with couches but it's clearly on their website. She could've told us that when we checked in with our kids that there was only 1 bed. Instead we had to go back down and get a different room. Bathroom door barely closed, huge hole in the wall from someone slamming it open. Bathtub/sink peeling and coming apart . No trashcan anywhere in the room which is not helpful. Breakfast, was a joke! It was coffee. Like 5 packets of instant oatmeal and 8 prepackaged tiny muffins you get from the gas station. No milk or water to make the oatmeal or bowls even. The whole area is run down and that's no food places close by our ready to get to. Staff seemed just crabby and disgruntled in their job. They charge you the deposit and room fee, then have to process a refund for the deposit and wait a week. I've never had that happen before. A hold on deposit yes, but never charged then refunded. It has always pended then fell off without posting. Even when we stayed in nice hotels, they never fully charged it. Never again at this place!

They over booked the rooms so i did not het the room i reserved. The room was nast, the mattress inside the pullout couch look as if someone ha been murdered on it. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them, the shower had mold. They acted as if was a huge inconvenience when wes asked for a roll of toilet paper. The grab and go coffee and breakfast was crap coffee amd a couple of muffins and not wnuff for all guests. It took an hour to check in because they did not jage rooms ready.

I was given the wrong room at first. Then the room I was given had a broken deadbolt lock, there was a washcloth on the floor on the other side of the bed, so it clearly had not been cleaned properly, the bath tub was cracked, the water pressure was non-existent, and the room and the entire hallway smelled like mold and mildew.

Our stay started with waiting the desk for almost ten minutes for someone to register us. They were folding laundry.
Our room was in need of many repairs and cleaning as the photos show. The curtains wouldn’t stay shut. Air conditioning wasn’t cooling well.
The beds were comfortable, but the tv was in the other room where only one chair was provided for viewing. We had to move the dresser and spin the tv around to watch it from the bedroom.
The breakfast was terrible. Only watered down coffee, tea bags and hot chocolate packs. Only three packaged muffins were laid out for food.

Please help- this stay was awful!

Seriously this stay was awful- and I don’t really know what I need to do to get this made right. At check in, I stood there waiting for 15 minutes because the system wasn’t working. The room was seriously atrocious. Missing cupboard doors, trim falling off, nail polish painted on multiple doors, dirty sheets. Such low water pressure nothing would come out of the shower. Just drops out of the tub faucet. And seriously the bathroom was disgusting. The staff told us they didn’t have replacement sheets, and no rooms around to move us to, and that nothing could be done about the shower. They told us management was there so they couldn’t do anything for us at all- including anything financial. The coffee was out at breakfast, and the list the breakfast included was not accurate. Just muffins and an empty coffee canister. This was rough. I stayed in a hotel room as a family of five with three tired kids- and none of us could shower or bath after a busy travel day. Who do I need to talk to make this right?

I booked my stay back in April was told that they overbooked so they didn't have anything available, finally they had a cancelation so I got that room I was supposed to have a deluxe king suite the one I was given was a standard double room. The manager told me they'd have my room I originally booked in a fews days and I could just check back to see if it was available instead of him offering to contact me when it was. Got to the standard room and it was horrible, smelled like an ashtray, the stove looked like a fire hazard, the bathtub was atrocious and there was unidentifiable red stains on the floor. Immediately went and canceled our stay and left.

As we walked to our room, we heard NUMEROUS rooms with dogs barking loudly and the place smelled so bad! Our room keys didn’t work. Had to get new ones that worked after 3 or 4 tries. When we opened the door, a half empty Taco Bell cup was on the table and the bed had recently been slept in or sat on as the pillows were a mess and part of the blanket (which was gross) was pulled back. There were large holes in the hallway walls, which also had no air conditioning on a 90+ degree day. We don’t even look in the bathroom! I can only imagine!! We walked right back down and told the clerk we were checking out, explaining all of the above. He shook his head (NO apology…no words at all!!) and thankfully gave us a full refund!! It was as if he had done this many times before! PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES OF THE HOTEL WEBSITE!!! It was NOT EVEN CLOSE TO REALITY!!!

On check-in, the room we were given had a broken fridge and a broken pull-out sofa. The cushion in the pull out sofa also looked like it was found at a dump.

We went to reception and she had us go up and down from reception to check out about six different rooms that had either broken pull out sofas, smelled heavy of smoke, or had broken fridges as well.

After a long day of travel, we spent close to 2 hours looking for a suitable room. That's not what I wanted to do. I ended up moving a pull out sofa that was supposed to be OK from another room myself because there was no maintenance people. It too was broken and did not work.

The reception person, Megan, said she would report the ordeal to the manager to find us a working pull out sofa but when we spoke the next day to the manager, Jodi, she said there was nothing and she was not willing to do about it because she said they did not offer pull out sofas anymore and that is why the rates were cheap. However, I booked the room for two double beds and a pull out sofa in a room that sleeps 5. I did not get what I paid for!

Jodi never apologized or made any effort to correct the situation. We spent the four days there with a broken pull out sofa.

Finally, the bathtub faucet was broken and only tepid water was coming out - we did not report this because after the ordeal with the sofa and fridge, we knew there was nothing they would do about it.

Never staying at Extended Stay chain. Back to Motel 6 for us!

Very poor condition, both hotel and the room itself. Dirty communal areas. People living there with their kids in small rooms with poor conditions and over congested. The room was big with stove, microwave and fridge so fulfilled all the basic requirements but all the things required a thorough cleaning. The bed was swinging over its stand, the toilet shower head needs fixation. One can assume the condition of the room from the attached couch pictures.

Well I figured I'd give it another try because it was a decent price but I regretted it as soon as we got to our door. The door stuck so u had to put your shoulder into it hard. We walk in, and the first thing I noticed was the couch, there's was holes, rips, tears, stains, broken pieces of wood on the floor from someone trying to close the bed in the couch which was kinda stuck so the couch was lopsided. Anywho, the floors were dirty, there were spiders. Also there's a sign saying they have kitchenware, because there was a kitchen, that you could ask for. The front desk lady was rude and the only thing she had was a dirty tiny pan. There wasn't even any coffee in the dining area.i also had to walk past a bunch of people smoking weed outside our door with my 8 year old son.

When I came to the hotel I was 15 minutes prior to check in. The lady and the front desk called a skinny cleaning lady to the front and asked her where I can stay. The cleaning lady told her a room and I was given my keys. I go all the way to the room. It smelled my cigarettes down all the halls. I get to the room and there was an ash tray with with cig buts all over the table. My kids were scared to go inside so I stormed down stairs. They offered no apology just had the manager give me a key to another room. I get to the room and it stinks. Smells like there’s mold. Roaches on the floor. My kids didn’t want to stay in our room at all. The next day we wanted to leave early to check out. We stomped on roaches on the way out the door. Let me tell you, for this to be a hotel that requires a $100 deposit, they rooms, breakfast, and WiFi are not worth the $100. I have stayed in much nicer places with a $30 deposit. This hotel needs to be CONDEMNED. Why are they serving food in a building they KNOW has roaches. I will never stay here again.

1- smelled like seafood in a bad way.
2-police actively arresting people at the front door
3- 1st room was overall broke(couch, tv, Etc)
4- second room had worst water pressure
5- the entire hotel had horrible smells and beaten up furniture
6- breakfast?? Barely had coffee. They had oatmeal and granola bars……that’s it.
7- Clientele was extra sketchy. I can’t confirm but I’m fairly sure there were multiple prostitutes.

Staff was ok but the overall experience was the worst I have ever had. The hotel was outdated and not maintained in anyway shape or form. The good thing about the place was the Air Conditioners.

What a joke!!

I made a reservation for a King bed suite. I sent hotel a message that i would not check in till 10 p.m. when i arrived i went to the counter and had to say \"hello\" for someone to help me. Hesus came out and he told me my room that i reserved was not available. I asked why? He said the cleaning people didnt clean it. I had reserved the room 2 days prior to my arrival. When i kept questioning him he became upset and angry and at one piint refused to check me in. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. He offered to give me corporates phone number. He said he had a room with two beds and wanted me to look at it. I said i didnt need to look at it. He became more angry. Finally he checked me in. He couldnt get the key card machine to work. He mist of tried 50 times or more. He took me to the room and unlocked the door. I still didnt have a room key. This individual has no business in the position he is in. I would like for a company representative to get in touch with me.

Was happy for a cheap hotel, until the $100 damage deposit was more than the room charge itself. No heads up on that until we were ready to check in. Front desk was apologetic for lack of communication and was very friendly. Rooms need a definite upgrade. Horrible cigarette smoke smell throughout the entire hotel. Beds had extremely thin blankets and flat pillows. But I guess I shouldn’t have expected much for a $80 room, that turned into a $180 room with the refundable deposit. Still waiting for the refund to come as we stayed less than 12 hours in our room just to sleep and get out.

So there was no confidence when we first got there at the hotel. The initial assessment was that this room was dirty and not cared for. The Closet was a curtain hiding a cubby with shelves that were too high for a full suitcase and no where to put clothes for 4 people. No where to even put a suitcase so that we could even live out of it. We had to put the ironing board up which did not fit in the \"cubby\" to put our suitcase on.
Windows and air conditioning were dirty and the unit had a metal piece that was very close to the bed and was just waiting to catch a foot or two. We had to wedge it with something to keep it from being tripped over.
The Kitchen? I have seen some low level housing units with better kitchens. The fridge had a burn mark in the freezer yet did work but not asthetically pleasing. The bedroom was small and reminded me of an old style hospital. Everywhere I looked there were marks on the wall that needed to be repaired or cleaned. LIving areas? There was two chairs and no couch? Don't get me started on the bathroom, the tub had parts where there was no enamel and was very unsightly. Again the floors were dirty and disgusting especially under the bed where most hotels have a base where you cannot loose something under the bed, this one of course did not. The final touches were not there at tall and the management really dropped the ball. There was advertised that there was a sofa couch with this room and there was not. My son slept on the floor

We booked a room with two twin beds and a sofa bed. The hotel claimed not to have any sofa beds. The gave me a roll-away bed that was full of holes, nasty stains, and food still on it. I called both the corporate office and Hotels.com. I was on the phone for nearly 2 hours and got the same response from both, \"take it up with your credit card company.\" The chairs were broken, the windows were cracked, there were no utensils or trashcans. I for days there was no maid service. When we asked the front desk for new tiles they told us to bring them down and we could wait while they would wash them. I have pictures documenting all of this, and more. I will never stay at any Extended Stat America, nor ever use Hotels.com again.

There were a number of items that did not work, the phone did not work, the shower head was stopped up with buildup of calcium, the commode seat was not attached, the lamp was inoperative on one side of the bed, the chair was broken. I travel for a living and this was the WORST I have ever experienced!

This hotel was absolutely terrible.

Room was disgustingly dirty (floor had not been swept & had gum stuck to it; shower had streaks of grime & hair running down the walls; toothpaste smeared on the bathroom counter; unidentified white smears on the TV). The entire hotel smelled of weed.

Everything in the room was falling apart. Furniture was all thoroughly worn; the finish on the bathtub was peeling away; bathroom door was broken (as if it had been kicked in); there was a gap under the hotel room door that a golf ball could have fit under; towel rack was covered in rust.

We had no towels in our room when we arrived. When we went down to the front desk to get some, we were initially told that they did not have any available and to double check our room as they should be in there (spoiler alert - they were not). The hand towel that we did have in the room was dirty. They have a sticker posted on the bathroom mirror outlining their 10-point cleaning checklist. What an absolute joke!

The windows have zero sound insulation. There were homeless people living in the bushes behind the hotel.

I think the only positive thing about the room was that the AC worked well (almost too well!).

We asked about changing rooms but were told that there was nothing else available (we were there Memorial Day weekend). We had no other option but to tough it out.

I understand that this is a budget hotel, but this was beyond my wildest dreams of how bad things could be.

DISASTER!

This place was amazing 2 years ago. This stay was HORRIBLE. We got 2 rooms with 2 beds and a pull out couch. Neither had a pull out couch. We had to go buy an air mattress. Place was dirty even though we were told we couldn't check in early because they were cleaning. Cabinet face had fallen off, laminate around the stove was peeling, there was red paint on the doors, tub was peeling and dirty, toilet seat was loose, and not clean, turned on the heat and thought the place was going to catch fire, AC didn't work, found out after loosing food that the freezer didn't work. That's only the one room! Not to mention listening to a woman smacking her children around in the hall and our second room listening to a domestic disturbance at 3am.

Cheap for a reason

When my Husband and I arrived around 6pm our room was still not ready, we just drove hours away so the young man at the counter went to our room and I'm guessing probably just changed the bedding because the floors were filthy, there was melted chocolate stuck to the pull out couch, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Our t.v in the living room area didn't work so we had to watch t.v in the bedroom and not able to fully enjoy our Suite. I thought because it was very cheap we'd stay another night so I reserved a Suite with a King bed, hoping the t.v would work, but they ended up keeping us in the same room, only I had to checkout and check back in at 3. They did thoroughly clean the room but the t.v still didn't work and we were kinda forced to go back to that room. It was just a stressful process. They were trying to charge me the price of the King Suite I reserved for the Queen suite they kept me in. I was just frustrated and I will never go back. Also at like 3am a family came in probably traveling all night and no one was there to help them, they stood in the lobby for an hour waiting for help, only to have to find another hotel to stay at.

Terrible Experience

This was the worst hotel we've been to in a long time! We booked a King with Sofa bed room. The room was super dirty, the toilet didn't work, and the sofa bed was broken. When we told the front desk, they said that they needed to update the site and they don't offer sofa beds. They also said that the room that we booked was under maintenance! I don't know why they put us there to begin with. So long story short they didn't have any other rooms to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children so they cancelled our reservation with no apology and we had to get a new hotel. Beware of booking here!

When walking into the front desk no one was there for 30min. My room was down stairs. The hallway had a funny smell to it. My room it smelled funny. I seen the pictures of this hotel and the rooms was great. I want be coming back. Down stairs side door which is broke so anyone can walk in. Also that glass on the side down is broke. The only good spot was the front desk guy. He was nice . It was loud noise fighting in the hallway

Too many issues for one stay
1) no responses to multiple messages sent on Expedia asking Qs about airport shuttle
2) no way to call hotel front desk / did not pick up from international phone - apparantly it worked for us phones
3) no airport shuttle despite proximity to airport and some incorrect mention on various 3rd party websites
4) no breakfast (only pot coffee) despite advertising about breakfast included. Apparantly their delivery truck had issues that week. No apologies or attempts to source from elsewhere or discount room rate for no breakfast
5) first room smelled of tobacco, but a change of room solved it

Very filthy. Bed linens were stained badly. The floor was filthy. The sofa bed was broken. The curtains were falling out of the tracks. There was people food, dog food, dog hair, and someone’s sock under the sofa. Both air vents were nasty. One was full of organic matter (twigs, leaves, peanut shells, or something like this). The other had mold. There was permanent marker scribble all over one of the vent sills. And one of the bed sheets had permanent marker on them. Were the sheets even changed? And in the morning, when we went down for breakfast, no breakfast supposedly because they did not get a shipment?!?! They were going to move us to another room, but it was just a bad if not worse. And it smelled like smoke, but she was adamant that it wasn’t smoke, it was new paint smell! Haha. I have many painters in my family and I know what paint smell smells like. I also know what smoking rooms smell like! I’ve worked at several hotels! I do not recommend this location at all!
