We had a 2 BR king, which was like an apartment. Very clean. Staff was courteous. We did not like the TV remote which was complicated to someone who only wanted TV, not internet etc. Could not adjust thermostat past 68 which was a little cool but good for sleeping.

Parking was ok not the best for handicap users. Building safety was great, i appreciated doors locked after certain hrs and staff appropriately trained on letting members in. Great coffee machine and availability. Rooms nicely sized. Some maintenance needed on room items.....sink faucet loose, recliner chair broken, furnace air filter dirty. All Staff we spoke to was polite, helpful, and morale felt positive.

The staff I met were extremely friendly. The biggest issue for me was that 1 of 2 elevators were out of order. This was not known until after checking in and going to the room. Fortunately I chose to be on a lower level (3rd Floor) but the elevator wait was lengthy at times. I had to wait 2 rounds to go downstairs when trying to check out. If I didn't have luggage I would have taken the stairs but I was at the mercy of the sole elevator. Other than that, the room was spacious and the kitchen was perfect for those staying a few days and brining groceries to prepare for meals. I did appreciate that the outside doors were locked early and guest having to use their room cards to get into the building. The parking was ample, but the entrance was kind of tricky coming in after dark. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those planning an extended stay and bringing their own food.

My wife and i were first provided room 1106, which had water running into the bathroom above. Upon reporting the problem to management we were transferred to room 1101 quickly. Its unfortunate this happened, but I have the understanding that room 1106 was a queen bed, and 1101 was a king bed.
It is fortunate, however, that we helped you find the problem and we had initially asked for king bed suite anyway.

The hotel appeared to be older and the hallways could use some updating but our room was very large and appeared to updated not long ago. The bed was comfy and I got the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Hotel was in a quiet area with no road noise and free onsite parking which is hard to find in Indy. We love the spaciousness if the room but not the lobby. The hotel in general was okay and our room was clean and comfortable . . . but this hotel appears to accommodate a high number of transients. There was a car in the parking lot missing a wheel and an out of service food truck parked in the lot. Also, a man was checking out with a cart loaded up with cardboard boxes and another guest checking in for 7 days. The clientele here are definitely not the typical vacation or business travelers.

I come to Indiana every year at this time and I try to stay here. The rooms are huge and well kept. The hotel is conveniently located. Easy access to many major attractions in Indianapolis. There’s also a shuttle that can drop you off downtown. This hotel is a Lone Ranger in the sense that there aren’t any stores directly next to it. You will have to drive to get to stores or restaurants. And, that’s okay because this place has a lot to make you feel comfortable.

We were in the main building (where u check in) on the 4th floor. This was a one bedroom suite, and was very clean. It properly staffed with towels & wash cloths, glasses, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. I used my own, so can’t say how well theirs worked!
The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, silverware and glasses. It was quiet, even though there were airplanes flying overhead because it was near the airport (u barely hear the low sound of the plane’s engines).
The elevators are quick. The staff was very friendly that checked us in. Overall it’s a very nice property. Definitely recommend staying here, especially if u will be in town for several days!

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary. It’s a very lovely place to stay. We were shocked by the size of the room! It’s close to a lot of nice attractions. They don’t offer a continental breakfast. Just one you have to pay for. As all the rooms are equipped with a kitchen. And they do not have a pool. Which was a little depressing but okay! Overall, we would for sure stay again. It was a peaceful and relaxing stay.
