This was the perfect place for us to stay for our trip to the Big 10 women’s basketball championship! It was within walking distance of Gainbridge Fieldhouse and many restaurants. There was a Dollar General around the corner and a good jogging route down to the canal area and around the canal. The room was clean and this place was so quiet! If I had not seen people at breakfast I would have thought we were the only ones staying there! The breakfast was good with cold and hot options and there was an indoor heated pool and an exercise room. Just perfect for our stay in Indy!

I've stayed at better places, I've stayed at worse. This place was just meh for me. The beds were nothing to write home about, the bedding was subpar. We were only given you set of towels and half a roll of toilet paper for 5 people. The light fixtures were literally hanging off the light bulbs. If you value your spine don't even think about using the pull out sofa. The location was mildly sketchy but in the hotels defense so is most of downtown Indianapolis. I will give credit to the hotel, the rooms were above average clean, staff was competent and when we asked for additional pillows and towels we got them quickly.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The entire place super clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location couldn’t have been better. I was able to walk to all the bars and restaurants and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The staff was friendly, the room was quiet, and everything felt safe and convenient. Terrible parking rude people working at this location I was locked out of my room ended up calling the police because the front desk girl wouldn’t let me into my room.

The only option for parking was valet. The room was spacious but my shampoo bottle was broken, there were hairs in the bath tub, multiple paint chip on the walls, stain on the ceiling, and stains on the carpet throughout the hotel. The breakfast was good, had lots of options. Workers were pretty friendly and helpful.

They have valet parking to make things very convenient. Room hadna dishwasher with real dishes (plates, silverware, cups, noodle strainer) nice microwave. Hot showers. Clean room. Nice bedding. Hotel is located right downtown. Was a quick walk to military park and \"The Tap\" bar/ restaurant was only a few blocks away. They had good food and a great atmosphere for us to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and the breakfast was nice. The location limited the windows, resulting in the lighting in the room not as adequate as should be. The bathroom seemed somewhat current but the shower door was not easy to operate and the shower head seemed old. The kitchen and bathroom faucets did not seem affixed allowing them to move/wiggle. While being downtown, I understand the challenge on parking, but only valet was a bit inconvenient and the rate should be communicated upfront (Expedia) to base location selection a bit more complete.

The room was ok, but their was only valet parking, the staff was not friendly, and the breakfast food was cross contaminated with gluten, so I couldn't eat anything. The motel is in a very busy part of the city. We weren't aware that there wouldn't be a parking lot, or that we wouldn't have access to our car, so weren't prepared to be left on the sidewalk with what we could grab while a stranger drove off with our car. After a long day of travel, this was a very unwelcome ending.

Really needs a better maintenance team. Alot of wallpaper peeling, rust on the door frames, black mold around the windows, wall light fixtures were loose, bed felt like multiple platforms put together that were not level or flush, window treatment torn and missing its molding. The bathtub had black mold and was missing the soaps inside the wal dispensers. The pool water was not chemically balanced, made my kids barf all night. Breakfast meats were cheap, soggy and undercooked.

Towels hooks were not fastened in so when you put a towel on it, it fell out of the wall. The same thing with the soda dispenser in the showers. They were empty but bottles were there with product. Wallpaper over showers was peeling. Shower doors were off track and hard to open.

Perfect water pressure. We had the best help when we were trying to leave with the valet guy (Zack). This hotel was the perfect spot for our event at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Only a 10 min walk and very convenient.

There was a mossing lamp shade in the room too. The sleeper sofa also smelled of urine. We think it was the cushions themselves, not the bed part because we smelled it upon sitting down. Thankfully we didn't need to use it though. All these things just added up throughout the stay and just made it less appealing.
The breakfast was delicious and free, but there needed to be more staff assisting with stocking food during the busy Saturday morning rush.

The quality of the beds is poor. They are super cheap. The walls are very thin, and sound travels.. There was a party in a room next to us, and I called the front desk at 3:10AM, but nothing was done. It was not addressed and the noise continued until 4:30AM.

The hotel was very clean but dated. You could tell some things were worn outm the elevators were past their inspection dates and one kept having issues. The pool tables were rusty but the pool itself was clean. The rooms and housekeeping were fantastic. The breakfast was a little strange. The bacon wasn't real, the sausage was a pale white color, and the rest of the hot food was dry and tasteless. The staff were friendly enough but seemed overly busy and understaffed. Same for the valet service it was rather expensive for it taking 20+ minutes for them to retrieve your car.

Love this location. Went to see Indiana Fever game with my husband and kids. This hotel was so close to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Room was spacious. Valet was quick. Front desk guy was awesome (very well dressed, professional and polite). Only one complaint regarding breakfast—wished you could have left breakfast set up out until 9. Staff starting putting away at 8:54. I just wanted a bowl of oatmeal. Not the end of the world though. Great hotel.

The photos are not accurate. Our room was on the 7th top floor, the ceilings were very tall and it was roomy but the room was outdated and needs renovation badly. Wallpaper was peeling, stains on the floor, TV didn’t even work. The front desk person was not friendly or how I would expect someone greeting guest to act. She wasn’t rude but not even a smile when we walked in. I would not stay here again. I quickly got in and left first thing in the morning.
