Many many things went wrong with our reservation:
1. Payment was taken before we arrived. Our confirmation was payment collected at property.
2. Filthy property and rooms.
3. The receptionist called me a lier about the room condition. Had a horrible attitude.
4. No manager available
5. Four other parties were just as upset in the lobby.

Horrible experience all around. We did not stay there and depended a refund.

I will never stay here and will tell everyone I know to never stay here.

We could not stay here due to the conditions. The rooms were awful. I am really not sure when the sheets have been changed. No pillows on the bed. Dirt/filth. Mirrors had specs of red and white on them along with finger prints everywhere. Looked like some dog food or something on the floor. The smell was not something I wanted to deal with overnight either. Really disgusting.
The two people in front of me got a refund, although they are not supposed to. I did not act crazy so I did not give me a refund. Currently trying to get my money back.

Our room couldn't be regulated well. The air conditioning did not work as regulated. Temperature not comfortable. When we entered the room the refrigerator did not work. The bathroom toilet leaked and the shower head did not have good water pressure. There was NO hot water the entire time we were there. We informed the desk that we needed a second set of towels and housekeeping never arrived. The Front Desk said 2 hours before towels could be delivered, but no one ever came. We were in town to see family, but this put a huge damper on our stay. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I have nothing good to say about this property. The room had pealing paint on doors and walls.
The window curtain was in disrepair.
The room was dark and musty
There was 3 lamps in the room all with broken shades.
The bathroom was in deed of updating.
There was mold on the shower ceiling.
The parking lot looked awful, cracked pavement all over the place.
I would not subject my wife to a second night, we went to another hotel.

The outside of the building looked ran down. When checking in, the inside looked better. They do not have an elevator so had to walk up stairs which is somewhat difficult for me but i didnt request to be put on first floor so i will excuse that. The smell of the hallway was a little off putting but it wasnt a fowl smell. The room was decent. There was wires hanging outside of the doorknob on the inside so we made sure to use the second lock when in the room. The toliets looked like they would be used for preschool or young children. The towels had stains on them. The microwave did not work and i had to go downstairs and use the microwave in their breakfast area to warm up my food at 11 pm. The socket cover by the closet door was hanging off. Air conditioner was dirty and very dusty. The ceiling in the hallway had black mold.

There was unflushed poop in one of the toilets. The other bathroom had paints and weird marks in the shower.

The AC worked well in both rooms and while the property itself had a very overpowering odor, the actual rooms smelled clean. We stayed here because we knew we only needed it for one night, but for the cost, I was expecting something a little nicer.

Stains on bedspreads, towels and washrags, which was an immediate turnoff. Toilet seat was not anchored to toilet bowl and slid all over. Dead bolt on door broken and door needing fresh paint. Room in need of general remodeling. Breakfast buffet was OK although juice machine was out of order. Worst was the outside. Grass did not appear to have been mowed in months and in some areas weeds were up to the knees. I picked up a tick walking the dog without leaving the property. Trash all over the place. You would think someone would at least mow and pick up trash in the parking lot - can't cost much. I can't complain too much for the price paid, and with breakfast included, but would not stay there again. Too run down and badly in need of general maintenance. A disappointment for the Baymont/Wyndam name.

The side entrance marked “G” didn’t fully lock. Out of all the outlets in the room only 2 were functional which included one hanging out if the wall which could be a fire hazard. The key lock to the door had the circuit hanging out. Very unclean feeling. I would not recommend.

Just stayed for one night after a concert and it was fine for that. The walls are paper thin so we could hear every time someone walked by the room and everything happening in the rooms next to ours. The shower was really slippery and the breakfast area was cleaned and put away before 9:30am, which seems really early for breakfast.

This place is disgusting! It should be illegal for them to charge you to stay there. The staff is rude and unhelpful, the place is disgusting and run down. The vending machines, ice machine on the second floor and juice machine for breakfast do not work. The towels they give you are rough and they will only give you two so one per guest in our case. The comforter was stained. The hotel stinks. Pay a few more dollars and stay somewhere else.

The bad first. The room needed cleaning. Trash behind the nightstand. There were dirty spots on the bathroom walls from shower steam condensation that the vent fan could not remove because the vent is plugged with dust. The toilet would keep running; the handle was sticking. You had to wiggle the handle to make it stop. The room refrigerator made noises when it turned on.
The good. The young lady who checked us in and dealt with us daily was very friendly and helpful. This was the highlight of the stay.

1st room I was assigned smelled like urine then i was assigned a different room that had mold on the bathroom walls and a flooded bathroom floor. I asked for a different room assignment and was told that they were suddenly sold out. when asked if I could be financially compensated they said no because i booked through hotels.com instead of directly from them. then i was offered a 2nd night at half off only if i paid upfront. also promised that maintence would come and fix the issues when I arrived back at the room the 2nd night nothing had been done and no one was willing to help. terrible experience. I asked for a refund and was told no.

The staff at check-in were friendly. The ceiling in the hallway looked like it had some damage and/or mold problems. Our room was very poor. It was a dark room, and one of the lamps didn't work. The refrigerator didn't work. The bathroom had a dead spider on the floor. The tub had peeling white paint. The shower curtain was filthy. The towels, which included 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth, looked stained and dirty. But the location was good, and the bed was OK. However, we will not be staying there again.

I am not one to write reviews but this hotel was absolutely disgusting. The towels were so stained I asked for more cause I was afraid to use them. Mind you they also gave me a total of 3 towels for my stay. There was what seemed to be blood on the bathroom door, carpet was so gross I kept shoes on, the shower curtain was so gross I kept it outside the shower so it wouldn't touch my body, one of the beds looked to have something like pieces of charcoal on the cover and smeared when I touched it. On top of how gross it was I have never been to a room that had BARELY anything in it, like I said 3 towels TOTAL, no tissues, no extra toilet paper, no soap for the sink only shower. Additionally my toilet clogged during my stay which I informed the staff that morning and said I would be gone all day and asked if someone could fix. Arriving back at 8 PM no one ever came to fix so I had an nonworking toilet for half my stay. I couldn't wait to check out - I did not ask for a refund to checkout as when asking me for extra towels another group of people seemed to be trying to get a refund for the state of their room and it seemed it wasn't going well.

Rooms where not the cleanest, sheets and towels had stains of dry blood or make up on them. Most outlets didnt have covers secured. Mirrow had streaks, showere dirty. Half of the outlets in one of the two rooms didnt work. Breakfast was make your own waffles or cereals. Broken juice machine soda machine and broken ice machine. Exit lights broken and door to the out side broken and unsecured. Outside of the buildi g is falling apart. Zero landscaping done. Holes from water damage seen in hallways.

Room: We were missing two towels. We had only one trash can, one bar of soap, no tissues.
Breakfast: No protein except the cream cheese "spread"; no fresh fruit; no fiber; juice machine broken.
Overall: This location recently changed from LaQuinta to Baymont. We drove past it because we didn't see the large overhead sign from I-70. We stopped because the GPS told us to but we saw leftover LaQuinta logos and a van and thought we were in the wrong place. We went to a different motel and finally figured it out but it wasn't that easy. A heads-up would have helped.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Halls smelled like a combination of pot and piss. Hotel room smelled okay was run down though. Went to dry off after a shower. 1st towel had brown stains on it. 2nd towel had yellow stains. The sheets had stains on them. I avoided the main entrance as it smelled so bad in the hallway above. Used a side entrance that was dirty and looked like somewhere to watch your step for needles. Side door wasn’t locked day or night so a security issue. Hope I don’t have to stay here again. I was hesitant to even leave my stuff in my hotel room at a hotel this dirty and shady looking.

Everything was in working order. I felt that the room was clean. The shower head in our room only had one speed which was the hardest, pelting “massage” level. There was a nice size fridge for our travel food and a microwave in the room. Only shampoo was offered in a very small travel size bottle. We did get more from the front desk. No hair dryer in the room however they gave us one from the front desk. Breakfast is very basic. No hot protein choices only waffles, hard boiled eggs, bananas, a couple cereals and bagels / toast. It wasn’t horrible but definitely get what you pay for. Or don’t pay for.

Okay I rarely leave reviews and I NEVER leave bad ones but this was insane. I arrived about an hour early. The parking lot was empty other than 2 cars, and it was filled with pot holes. I asked the front desk attendant if we could check in early, she very rudely said no, we have nothing clean. The no was not the issue. The tone was. So we wait. We check in at 3, go into the room. It is incredibly run down. The beds both have stains and there was a very weird smell. Upon sitting on the bed there was a super loud popping noise. It was a giant mental frame they placed the beds on that were bending with every movement. It was incredibly obnoxious and a problem with BOTH beds. Insane. So I go to shower. There are no towels. Just one dirty used hand towel. I go to the front desk and ask the woman who is sitting there on her phone with sunglasses on if I can have some towels. Without responding to me she starts walking down the hall to the laundry room so I follow her. She opens the door, looks in, and says “we have none clean, sorry” and turned to walk away. I said “none?” She said no we’ve been busy sorry and walked away. So about an hour later I’m laying on the bed, not completely dressed, and one of the workers, a man, just WALKED IN. No knock. No anyone in here, just walked in while talking on his cell phone on speaker. I said what the **** and he just said oh sorry, put the 2 towels on the bed and left the room. The TV didn’t work. I woke up covered in bug bites. Don’t stay.

The building is poorly maintained eg. the exterior doors mishave in such a way as to be unpredictable to open or close and when they do close, they sound like a bomb has gone off in the neighborhood. I enjoyed the gym equipment, the TV options, the comfortable bedding, the nice staff. I missed having an elevator to the second floor, any fresh or quality food at the free breakfast, and a quiet environment. For the price, I would stay there again, but bring earplugs.

It was honestly the grossest hotel I’ve ever been to. The sheets were stained brown, the rooms + hallway REEKED of smoke even though it was a “non smoking room” and the walls had stuff smeared all over it with chipping paint. There was also no soap to wash your hands and the shower was very clearly not being maintained propely. We felt so disgusting being in there, we didn’t even stay 30 minutes before deciding we couldn’t stay the night there. Ended up booking another hotel closer to downtown. SAVE your money and book somewhere clean and with good reviews.

The room was more than neglected; it felt as though it had been abandoned. There were roaches in the room, and the linens were filthy and blood-stained. There was no proper bedding. Only 2 towels, no wash clothes. Toilet running over and saturating the carpet, and was not immediately cleaned up. There were holes in the hotel ceiling with plywood nailed to cover it up. The hotel entrance doors have no safety due to no handles or being broken. The emergency exit lights were dismantled, and the wires were hanging down. The fire alarms weren't working. There was so much noise at night that it was hard to sleep. The continental breakfast was a joke: coffee from the previous day in the thermos, cold cereal but no milk, no fruit or yogurt, bread, and muffins from days gone by. The juice machine is out of order.
If I could post pictures to prove the false advertisement of how the rooms really look, I would. This hotel needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!

The hotel was in the horrible condition, security doors were broken and anyone could walk in off the street. The linens were all stained and the room was in extremely poor condition.
The thermostat on the room heater was broken as the heat would get up into the 80s, requiring me to get up and down to shut it off and on.

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

I expected much more from a Wyndham hotel.

The hotel is very neglected. I am so surprise that Wyndham feels this this ok. Very sketchy area, no toilet paper or hand towels.
