Room was not clean I had to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies tub was filthy, there was also mold on the ceiling. The towels were stained, sheets were dirty. Spotted 2 roaches in the bathroom. The toilet wouldn’t flush completely. It’s been 3 days and I still haven’t received my deposit. Never again!!!

Okay I rarely leave reviews and I NEVER leave bad ones but this was insane. I arrived about an hour early. The parking lot was empty other than 2 cars, and it was filled with pot holes. I asked the front desk attendant if we could check in early, she very rudely said no, we have nothing clean. The no was not the issue. The tone was. So we wait. We check in at 3, go into the room. It is incredibly run down. The beds both have stains and there was a very weird smell. Upon sitting on the bed there was a super loud popping noise. It was a giant mental frame they placed the beds on that were bending with every movement. It was incredibly obnoxious and a problem with BOTH beds. Insane. So I go to shower. There are no towels. Just one dirty used hand towel. I go to the front desk and ask the woman who is sitting there on her phone with sunglasses on if I can have some towels. Without responding to me she starts walking down the hall to the laundry room so I follow her. She opens the door, looks in, and says “we have none clean, sorry” and turned to walk away. I said “none?” She said no we’ve been busy sorry and walked away. So about an hour later I’m laying on the bed, not completely dressed, and one of the workers, a man, just WALKED IN. No knock. No anyone in here, just walked in while talking on his cell phone on speaker. I said what the **** and he just said oh sorry, put the 2 towels on the bed and left the room. The TV didn’t work. I woke up covered in bug bites. Don’t stay.

The building is poorly maintained eg. the exterior doors mishave in such a way as to be unpredictable to open or close and when they do close, they sound like a bomb has gone off in the neighborhood. I enjoyed the gym equipment, the TV options, the comfortable bedding, the nice staff. I missed having an elevator to the second floor, any fresh or quality food at the free breakfast, and a quiet environment. For the price, I would stay there again, but bring earplugs.

The hallway door to outside was broken and unlocked all night. 1 washcloth, no glass, very minimal breakfast with only milk and coffee to drink. Lactose intolerant and dont like coffee. Several things needed fixed.

It was honestly the grossest hotel I’ve ever been to. The sheets were stained brown, the rooms + hallway REEKED of smoke even though it was a “non smoking room” and the walls had stuff smeared all over it with chipping paint. There was also no soap to wash your hands and the shower was very clearly not being maintained propely. We felt so disgusting being in there, we didn’t even stay 30 minutes before deciding we couldn’t stay the night there. Ended up booking another hotel closer to downtown. SAVE your money and book somewhere clean and with good reviews.

The room was more than neglected; it felt as though it had been abandoned. There were roaches in the room, and the linens were filthy and blood-stained. There was no proper bedding. Only 2 towels, no wash clothes. Toilet running over and saturating the carpet, and was not immediately cleaned up. There were holes in the hotel ceiling with plywood nailed to cover it up. The hotel entrance doors have no safety due to no handles or being broken. The emergency exit lights were dismantled, and the wires were hanging down. The fire alarms weren't working. There was so much noise at night that it was hard to sleep. The continental breakfast was a joke: coffee from the previous day in the thermos, cold cereal but no milk, no fruit or yogurt, bread, and muffins from days gone by. The juice machine is out of order.
If I could post pictures to prove the false advertisement of how the rooms really look, I would. This hotel needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!

The hotel was in the horrible condition, security doors were broken and anyone could walk in off the street. The linens were all stained and the room was in extremely poor condition.
The thermostat on the room heater was broken as the heat would get up into the 80s, requiring me to get up and down to shut it off and on.

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

I expected much more from a Wyndham hotel.

This hotel should not be connected to the Wyndham chain. We rented 4 rooms at this location for a weekend in Indianapolis. It was extremely run down, the one lobby couch and chair were stained and old. The included breakfast bar was far from being even remotely hygienic. The rooms were extremely dirty, inches of dirt and dust on floors and windows. Cockroach and bugs noted on walls and floor. The linens in each of the rooms were stained with bodily fluids. This was disgusting, and should be shut down. We slept on top of the beds with our clothes on as there was not a hotel that could accommodate our group of 10 (adults and kids) The parking lot had vagrants and persons sleeping in their cars, broken glass everywhere. We left running!

Get what you pay for

It was about 95 degrees outside when we got to the hotel. It was not much cooler in the room. We finally got the room cooler, as the sun went down. The room had a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Room wasn't the cleanest. Noticeable paint chips on carpet, amongst other dirt. We expected it to be a 2 star hotel from the get go. Our expectations were met. We just didn't want to bring any nastiness home.

This Hotel was filled with many questionable people and the outside appearance was terrible looked like a lot of drugs going on in that hotel could smell of wacky tobacco this property should be closed We did not feel safe staying there. But I had already booked it and couldn't get a refund. Would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. There wasn't enough towels no Kleenex no 1 small bar of bath soap. The bathtub looked like they tried to paint it and never finished it. There should standard for all hotels in my opinion.

Not a good experience!

The hotel hallway smelled so badly, I had to cover my nose from the horrible smell. The vending machine only took coin change! Who carries around coin change?!? The bathroom towel rack was falling off the wall. There was a long strand of hair in one of the towels. I put my shoes on every time I needed to walk in the room because I was afraid to have my feet touch the carpet. It was not a good experience. Never again!

This hotel was severely run down. The carpet was disgusting and dirty. The 2nd floor hallway had many water damage leaks, with currently active leaks dripping.

The hotel rooms had lots of paint damage wear on all of the doors and walls. Black mold in the tub. We saw active roach activity. The beds didn’t have much for mattress protection from bedbugs and all the pillows were stained yellow from drool.

Honestly, this place needs to be condemned. There are chunks of the walls missing, plug sockets that spark or don’t work at all. The side doors are all smashed at the locks so they don’t actually close. The rooms smell awful and are full of mold and all sorts of other funk. The ice machine spilled water over the ENTIRE hallway and there was a single towel to “mop” that up. They told us at check in that they didn’t have any housekeeping. There was 1 set of towels in the room for 4. Our door didn’t even lock or have the extra flip safety lock cuz that was broken too. The breakfast is limited to 2 types of cereal, toast and waffles. The juice machine was broken. The coffee was nasty. The parking lot is cracked and pot holes everywhere. wish I had looked at the customer reviews before staying here. The ONLY thing convenient was the fact that it’s 10 minutes from the airport.

More disturbing was seeing live cockroach running on the furniture. The need to really make some renovation. The staff was nice and courteous.

They also wouldn’t refund my money and said Expedia has to pay me and now Expedia says they have to wait for them. Very disappointed. This place should be condemned. The police and health department should be called and whoever else that needs to see that this place is beyond repair and extremely UNSAFE!

Got a call 5 minutes before check in at my original hotel I booked saying that can't honor giving me a room i already paid for and they were moving me to another hotel. This new hotel is very inconvenient for me and dirty and disgusting inside. This property is incredibly dirty and does not look like the photos at all. The water smells like rotten eggs, the floor is sticky, the sheets are stained, there are fluids on the TV and mirror, the heater sounds like a door opening every time it shuts off, and the experience is the opposite of relaxing. My sink had a massive crack in it in the shape of an x. The TV remote was broken, so I could not watch TV. The bottom floor is being \"renovated\", so you can only stay on the top floor. However, the bottom is full of broken and boarded up windows. There is 0 water pressure, and the shower screamed so loud if I wanted hot water that I think it damaged my ears. Want to take a bath? Too bad. The plug doesn't work. There was also a clear gap between my tub and the tile, which ants got in through. You can hear every single thing that goes on in the hallway. The windows are paper thin, so you can practically hear a bicycle as it goes past. I didn't even try the breakfast because based on the cleanliness of my room, I was not about to trust food from them. My best way to describe the \"repairs\" done to the hotel are think of the \"apartment special\", then picture ten times worse. You can tell that instead of hiring people who actually know how to do repairs or even watch a YouTube video of how to do it, they just tried to figure it out as they go. If this place sounds too cheap to be true, trust me, you're still paying too much.

This hotel needs a lot of work done. It’s actually lowers the Laquinta brand in so many ways. The hallway carpets were really dirty and you could smell smoke in the hall ways. I requested room cleaning twice and no one showed up. The roof was also leaking and towels were placed on the floor to dry the water. I felt the management is negligent and needs to attend to many of the repairs needed at the hotel.

My stay at La Quinta was terrible. First I booked the hotel because it advertised an airport shuttle bus from the airport to their hotel and when I called the hotel, they said that their bus was broken down and they could not pick me up. In addition, their bathroom that I had was filthy. The shower curtain was disgusting mildew and dirty. The shower showerhead was basically broken. The water was coming sideways. Just a very bad experience.

Our stay was short, just overnight to allow us to catch an early flight from Indianapolis. The facility upkeep has a lot of room for improvement. Parking was plenty but the room itself was quite sub-par even for La Quinta! ... Our door peephole had come off, so the management had fixed it by plugging the hole with tissue paper. The pillow covers had stains in them; the bathrooms were not very clean. We just had to sleep for a few hours and head out but most likely will look for other options in the future

Sketchy place. Rear door was apparently broken and the repair was pathetic. I took a picture but couldn't share it. Don't look too closely at things and it will seem ok but the minute you start looking longer and harder, you will see why you should have stayed elsewhere.
Bathroom \"safety\" handle thats supposed to be handicapped rated was loose, as was the entire shower head. Sink plumbing was crappy so the draining water was slow and noisy.
Booked a 1 bedroom king for 2 occupants but only 1 wash cloth. Only light bedding and no extra blankets in closet. No trash can in the bathroom either.
One of the etrance lightswitches was tied to the outlet that controlled the microwave.
Oh and there was shattered glass ALL OVER the parking lot.

Run-down property located in industrial area. Two of the loudest, obscenity-filled, and sleepless nights I've ever experienced in any hotel. Based on the frequency and volume of screaming it seems these 'guests' were full time residents sharing beds among multiple rooms. Gym completely dysfunctional, TV didn't work, even the roadside sign was unlit at night?? Staff failed to notify me of package arrival, so I missed delivery while there.

Our experience at this hotel was not great. Upon arrival, we found that the sheets in our room had not been changed and were full of hair. While the front desk did move us to another room, the overall stay was still disappointing. The hotel was very noisy, making it hard to get a good night's rest. Additionally, the refrigerator in our room did not work. Breakfast was basic, with waffles and some assorted breads. Overall, I would not stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights at this location. The staff was ok, however the property was in shambles with paint chipped off onto the hallway floors. Smell of pot everywhere except the main lobby. Also, there were other people staying in the room across from hours that were loud, screaming, yelling, and.even fighting literally from 2am-6am the last two nights. After informing the staff they talked to the people but the next night the same thing happened and this time someone got punched in the face. I would not recommend this hotel. The lobby looks good, but the rest is not.

This property needs to be renovated. Did not like the carpets in the rooms or hallways.The lighting was poor. It just looks and feels like a low budget motel.
