Very nice staff, fairly quiet hotel.
I mentioned to the front desk that there were ants all over the counter where the coffee maker was and that the shower and sink took 5 minutes to turn hot. She was receptive; I’m hoping she will report those issues and that they will be resolved.

The room was clean and everything looks good. I got little confused of where the elevators to go to the room. The hot water were quite low and I couldn't get hot enough that I would want to. But in other wise, everything is good. Easy check in and check out.

There was no hot water available during our stay. We were therefore unable to take a proper shower. While the staff acknowledged the issue, there was no urgency to solve the problem. I was told the manager will call me the next day ( Monday) as no one was available on Sunday. No compensation was given. The issue was not resolved until checkout which was several hours later

We stayed here overnight and took their shuttle to the airport. The entire hotel had no hot water. Shuttle driver took his time getting us to the airport, and then we waited a very long time to be picked up from the airport. We stayed at a different hotel overnight when we returned from our trip. Would not recommend!

The service here is nonexistent. It started before I even booked: I called three times to ask about rates, and customer service hung up on me every single time. It only got worse from there:
• The Shuttle: I waited 90 minutes at the airport. I called the front desk four times, and though they kept claiming the driver was \"on the way,\" I was left stranded for an hour and a half.
• Housekeeping: Despite four separate requests on my first day, no one ever showed up to clean the room.
• Maintenance: The TV was broken. A repairman \"fixed\" it, but it stopped working again by the very next morning.
They are quick to give excuses over the phone but fail to actually provide the services promised. Save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere.

I stayed here for the Final Four. Very convenient, easy to get to and from downtown. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. Nothing fancy, just a nice, reasonable hotel. Would absolutely stay here again.

Distance to the room with no closer parking to other doors to enter. Had to use front entrance and room was in the back section of the hotel. Also TV in the room did not have ESPN! On Final Four weekend!! It was eventually fixed but sound was funky. No complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Whole hotel had a musty smell, store for water and snacks would not sell stuff late at night even with staff present at the front desk. A/C was not cool enough. Just a mediocre hotel in general. Would not recommend this hotel.

Usually this is one of my go to hotels, unfortunately this time they had some serious issues with wifi tv, heat on the first floor and only being able to charge stuff to rhe rooms due to down wifi.
Other then all that, the beds are great. Rooms were good and the hotel restaurant was ptetty decent

The hotel was great. Staff was great. Bartender was great. Starbucks was good. The shuttle to and from airport was great!!
Lunch was the worse I may have ever had in my 59 years. The fish and chips was a square frozen patty that looked like elementary school. The chicken on the Cobb salad wasn’t edible.
We will stay again but Uber to a local restaurants

Rooms were crappy, tv would not work I understand they were transferring companies, heat did work had to call 3 times to get maintenance up there got heat fixed somewhat temp went up to 68 as cold as it was in Indy not a good look for them and I thought I was staying 2 nights because of flight delay but only stayed 1 night got a text late text so I had to leave next day and still waiting on refund!

at 11 pm there was a huge line at the check in counter, only 2 people at the counter and no attempt at organizing the lines took me and hour to get checked in, in the line people ordered pizza and drank white claw and kept the line lively, other than that from the drivers to the reception to house keeping to cafe employees specially Zahra at the front desk were all wonderfully kind, warm and hospitable, i wish the staff and the owners of the hotel prosperity. i enjoyed my stay.

It was suppose to be a weekend of rest with my suffnicant after having treatment and were by front that we had free continal breakfast which was not true tv in room channels kept losing signal and top all last day no hot water. When asked front how to solve told have to wait til after 8am monday morning. People want to get there money worth and this didnt happen disappointing. Have alot staff changes going on with front line.

My room was clean and comfortable - the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the pictures misrepresented the room a bit. I expected (from the pictures) to have a chair or sofa in the room, but there was nowhere to sit other than the desk chair. I ate at the restaurant, and it was delicious and not overpriced. Staff was helpful. I appreciated the shuttle to the airport (I chose this hotel based on that and the restaurant).

This was the last night of my trip to Indiana. I cancelled the trip due to the snowstorm which left around 18\" of snow in the area. This hotel was the ONLY one to not refund my payment. I would not recommend this Wyndham to any traveler

Said it slept 5, there was one king bed and no pull outs. A cot could be had for $25, even though it was supposed to sleep 5. Heat could not keep up, was set at 69, but was 64 when we checked in, and 24 hours later it was barely able to maintain 62. We didn’t even stay the second night, left around 4:00pm and drove home early because accommodations were not acceptable.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the best stay I’ve experienced. Room wouldn’t go over 64 degrees. When I turned the shower on, the water was spraying in every direction. I then had to wipe up the flooded bathroom. Toilet didn’t work. Barely would flush and at some points looked like it was going to overflow. Tv also didn’t work. Call maintenance to fix these issues and no one showed up. Checked out to find out the shuttle wasn’t available due to weather. Checked to see when plows would plow the parking lot. Response was maybe later. There was no care or concerns to our issues. Very concerned with this stay.

Upon arrival I was told the restaurant was open until 10pm but it was closed at 9PM. One of the ice machines on the first floor was out of order, the second machine spewed some sort of rubber or something mixed in with the ice. The room was nice but some of wash cloths from the last occupant hung were hanging over the shower curtain.

Breakfast didn't start until8:00 am, we left a 7:00 so no breakfast. The room was not as advertised. We had to sleep on a uncomfortable Murphy bed in the Presidential sweet. Terrible, run down property.

This hotel was clean, but we had nothing but issues the whole weekend. From no heat to no hot water. It took them 24 hours to switch our rooms. Once we switched rooms we were asked if we had a man in our room to move our cot. The answer was no. When we returned to our new room the cot mattress was thrown on the floor in the way of the door to get in. Unsanitary if you ask me. The staff was very nice and did help but I was looking for some type of comp for the crappy weekend we had. Instead, they offered me a free coffee. I would not go back.

Heater didn’t seem to work in room, stayed @66 degrees despite moving to 71. floors were freezing! Especially bathroom. Wood planks were pulling up near bed and a tripping hazard. Room was a very long walk on the other side of the building. Room was quiet. Coffee shop is useless when no one there to run it even @930 in the morning?? Annoying issue for sure!
