Large restaurant and bar with good food. Staff was slow but nice. The rooms were average. It appeared the a/c and heat were not connected and they didn't say anything at check in. Thank goodness it was cold outside. I don't think I would stay there again and would not recommend.

My room was clean and comfortable - the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the pictures misrepresented the room a bit. I expected (from the pictures) to have a chair or sofa in the room, but there was nowhere to sit other than the desk chair. I ate at the restaurant, and it was delicious and not overpriced. Staff was helpful. I appreciated the shuttle to the airport (I chose this hotel based on that and the restaurant).

This was the last night of my trip to Indiana. I cancelled the trip due to the snowstorm which left around 18\" of snow in the area. This hotel was the ONLY one to not refund my payment. I would not recommend this Wyndham to any traveler

Said it slept 5, there was one king bed and no pull outs. A cot could be had for $25, even though it was supposed to sleep 5. Heat could not keep up, was set at 69, but was 64 when we checked in, and 24 hours later it was barely able to maintain 62. We didn’t even stay the second night, left around 4:00pm and drove home early because accommodations were not acceptable.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the best stay I’ve experienced. Room wouldn’t go over 64 degrees. When I turned the shower on, the water was spraying in every direction. I then had to wipe up the flooded bathroom. Toilet didn’t work. Barely would flush and at some points looked like it was going to overflow. Tv also didn’t work. Call maintenance to fix these issues and no one showed up. Checked out to find out the shuttle wasn’t available due to weather. Checked to see when plows would plow the parking lot. Response was maybe later. There was no care or concerns to our issues. Very concerned with this stay.

Upon arrival I was told the restaurant was open until 10pm but it was closed at 9PM. One of the ice machines on the first floor was out of order, the second machine spewed some sort of rubber or something mixed in with the ice. The room was nice but some of wash cloths from the last occupant hung were hanging over the shower curtain.

Breakfast didn't start until8:00 am, we left a 7:00 so no breakfast. The room was not as advertised. We had to sleep on a uncomfortable Murphy bed in the Presidential sweet. Terrible, run down property.

This hotel was clean, but we had nothing but issues the whole weekend. From no heat to no hot water. It took them 24 hours to switch our rooms. Once we switched rooms we were asked if we had a man in our room to move our cot. The answer was no. When we returned to our new room the cot mattress was thrown on the floor in the way of the door to get in. Unsanitary if you ask me. The staff was very nice and did help but I was looking for some type of comp for the crappy weekend we had. Instead, they offered me a free coffee. I would not go back.

Heater didn’t seem to work in room, stayed @66 degrees despite moving to 71. floors were freezing! Especially bathroom. Wood planks were pulling up near bed and a tripping hazard. Room was a very long walk on the other side of the building. Room was quiet. Coffee shop is useless when no one there to run it even @930 in the morning?? Annoying issue for sure!

We stayed December 5-7th, during check in we tried entering our room (242) but the key card didn't work so we went the front desk 2x & received key cards that didn't work. The Manager then came up to the room with maintenance and opened the door, we asked the manager do we need to exchange rooms befor we get unpacked & she stated No (Joe) Maintenance would fix the problem. That didn't happen because we were locked out of our 3 more times throughout the weekend. The desk clerk offered to switch out rooms at 8pm the night before checkout .

Pickup from the airport(the reason I stay at this hotel) it was 1am and the phone was obviously picked up and hung up immediately. I continued this fiasco for 30 min!! Finally I called a cab and paid $28 to get to the hotel. The girl said they had a new phone system. When that excuse didn’t fly, she said she went to the bathroom. Needless to say I won’t stay here anymore. DO YOUR JOB! Otherwise this hotel is suitable.

This hotel should not be open. It was dirty. The staff were clearly overworked. The cafe the credit card reader wasn’t working so they sent you to the front desk where there was only ine person working (despite THREE conventions happening at the same time) so to get a bottle of water took 45 minutes. To check in also took over 45 minutes.

The entire hotel smells awful with dust and grime covering so much of the hotel. The room smelled like years and years of cigarettes. The windows were so filthy you could just see shadows outside.

It was convenient for me to stay there but I will not choose that hotel again. Room was ok and bed was comfortable. Apart from that the staff were I arrived were pretty useless. A lady was sitting down to the side behind the front desk looking at her phone. Didn’t look up when I came in so I didn’t think she was working there so I was just waiting until someone said her name and she finally looked up, and got up to help me. She wasn’t sure how to proceed with my reservation regarding payment since I had reserved with Expedia. She got another lady to help who ended up being as confused as she was. Handing me my room key, she didn’t say anything about breakfast or WiFi or anything. So that’s very poor service in my opinion. The next morning when I went down for breakfast (which was in the hotel restaurant so not a buffet), no one was there, after waiting a while I went to the reception to inquire, and one of the guys said it was closed. Confused I told him the doors were opened and there was a customer in there but no staff. He went down there with me, and after looking everywhere he couldn’t find anyone in there to help either. So I gave up and went back to my room to pack up and leave. What an awfully staffed place!
