We arrived and let the desk attendant that we would need a shuttle and that our flight left at 6:00am the next morning. She informed us that the first shuttle would leave at 7:00am the next morning and none before then. I had called a week in advance and had been assured that a shuttle would be available. We were disappointed and will not stay there again.

Entire problem was Expedia.
Made reservations for 2 rooms and Expedia charged us and so did the hotel. Lots of charges occurring on our trip so could be easily missed.
Now my wife has been on the phone for 2 hours with you(Expedia) and the hotel send screenshots of our charge and jumping through hoops to satisfy a mistake YOU MADE. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PROCESS TO CORRECT A MISTAKE BU YOU.
Probably have a hard time turning to your App in the future. I guess it could have been the Hotel’s fault and they processed our stay incorrectly resulting in double charges. Either way ended up OUR PROBLEM for us to resolve. (Still not resolved)

I made the booking on the basis of there being a courtesy bus to/from the airport. As it turned out, the courtesy bus was out of action and despite being told I would be compensated for the Uber rides I had to incur as an alternative, I am still waiting for refund

Airport shuttle was great. Only ran once an hour so we had to take one a lot earlier than we would have liked. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 so we weren’t able to get food. The staff were great. There was a constant beeping sound in the lobby that drove everybody crazy. That was the big negative. Everything else was great.

Decided to stay here for a weekend to see my family. I booked my room through Expedia and originally the price was a number and when we get to the hotel it’s a whole different price. We talk to the front desk and she was able to help us a little to them us find out she only kept our stay for one night when we had booked it for two nights. We got to the hotel at 1am and had to check out by 11am when we booked for two nights it was a terrible experience and will never stay at a holiday inn this one or another one. We had already paid a lot for the hotel to only get one night only and be checked out the same day plus we had to find another hotel and we spent more money since our reservation was messed up terrible place and not worth your money.

She really seem to enjoy what she does and it definitely shows. Management needs to clean the rugs in the entry they look very dingy. Housekeeper need to make sure to clean hair out of showers and back of bathroom doors. The phone didnt work at all in the room. That sucked. Housekeepers do not pay attention. We had late checkmout and they woke us up by knocking hard and entering the room. Very annoying.

And they charge me $100 extra for the rooms which was not communicated at check in and no communication about getting my deposit back. So that’s something that needs to explained to your guests when they’re checking in. Other than that everything was pretty ok probably won’t stay here again though

However the lack of back up for their airport shuttle service breaking down, had us getting to the hotel at 3 am after paying for $20 Lyft ride from our pockets affecting affordability to pay for breakfast which they then made complimentary due to the shuttle circumstances, but had to be up by 8 for it. They offered to reimburse us for Lyft w/our email.receipt.

The room and staff were fine. The big problem was the thermostat. When you set a temperature, it gets the temp at or close to that level and then shuts the system off. This is terrible! It kept getting too hot to sleep and I had to keep waking up in a sweat to get up and turn the A/C back on - all night - about every two hours!
I rented this room to get sleep before that day in Indianapolis and got very little. BIG FAIL! I doubt I will ever stay here again unless they get rid of these thermostats.

Check in was great and room was clean with comfortable beds. Coffee was not great and our room only had decaf. Some paint was peeling off the walls and hallway carpet has seen better days. Location was oddly inconvenient although it was next to the airport. Airplanes start taking off around 6:30 am and if you’re a sensitive sleeper that might be a problem for you.
The front desk staff was absolutely fantastic and what made this stay second to none. I can’t thank them enough for all of the help enough!

I was exhausted, so I didn't want to hassle with trying to change rooms, especially since the hotel was busy. First thing that was off, was that the room smelled like a locker room/socks. Then, once I had settled in, I realized the faucet leaked onto the counter a little, and that the window was missing the sliding shade, which it had tracks for, and the curtains weren't quite big enough or in the right place to make up for the missing shade so light got into the room. In the morning when I had a shower, the room was an accessible one, and I discovered the hose for the sprayer was missing, and the fixture seemed to not work properly to direct the water to the showerhead fully, so half the water sprayed down the corner of the shower.

Then, when i tried to find the receptionist in the morning to tell her, i could find her for at least 10 minutes, and the maids didnt know where she was, and when the cook noticed i was looking for them, they told me to wait and signaled to her that there was someone waiting. So I waited another 5 or 6 minutes. At which point I was getting frustrated because i had somewhere to be, and i actually saw her talking to him again, and she told me to wait some more. I got upset and told her i couldnt wait any more and needed to talk to her, and she kept teying to excuse herself to wait on people in the dining area. This was not acceptable. She said she would tell management about my issues...don't think she did

Property was great and staff was very friendly. Restaurant was nice to have on site. But what was disappointing was when we went to get the shuttle at 5:15 in the morning, there was no shuttle and we had to call a taxi. I know these things happen but when you're traveling and you made a special point of setting up a hotel with 24-hour to the airport this was not appreciated. And then it was up to us to call the taxi and pay the taxi. Of course we we're given an email to send a receipt to but the hotel only covered $22 and the taxi was $25. So not sure we would stay there again on our next trip out of Indianapolis.
