My kiddo and I came here for a little weekend vacation and we enjoyed our stay ! I think my son's favorite part was getting to play in the bathtub , it was big enough for him to lay flat !
We didn't use the pool , but that was my fault, I didn't realize there was a pool at this hotel so I didn't pack us any swim gear. But we still enjoyed our stay !

The toilet was a bit troublesome. I had to use the trash bucket to get water from the tub to flush it.Also the bed sheets had not been washed, I pulled back the covers and there was two long black hairs & a stain spot on the sheets. Needless to say I did not sleep under the covers.The heater worked overtime to keep us extremely warm, but that was ok since I did not sleep under the covers anyway.

The staff support could have been better in terms of like visiting our room for housekeeping and etc.. The sink in the bathroom always leaked onto the floor whenever we used it in the morning to either brush our teeth or wash our face and the TV only had cable which was quite a bummer, so we relied more on our own devices than the TV itself.

This was a stay with my children... the facility was hosting a black sex toy type party and the group was very racist..we where not notified of thi prior to reservations.... we where solicited for prostitution several times.... we ended up leaving as a lot of sexual activities where going on in the pool ... staff did nothing to stop it ... we even witnessed the bartender from there restaurant participation in this.. we stayed less then 5 hours..... this place is nice with the wrong people running the facility

The pictures are deceiving. The rooms were not clean. There was mold in the bathroom. The rooms did not get cleaned unless you walked to the front and requested room service. There was not a phone in the room. People were running up and down the halls late at night and being very loud. The “breakfast” consisted of cereal and juice.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I took a large group of students here for National FFA Convention and we had 7 rooms for 4 nights. Every single hotel room was disgusting - sheets and towels stained yellow and black, ceilings crumbling from past water damage, rusted and broken showers, hair and dirt all over the floors and walls. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this hands-down was the worst. They also claim to have a \"hot continental breakfast\"- it consisted of 1 broken 2 slice toaster, 1 broken waffle iron, and 1 broken juice machine... needless to say we got food elsewhere. We DID NOT swim in the pool or hot tub because they were also disgusting.

It was also embarrassing that there were others staying in the hotel from other countries and made comments about how people is the US act.

The continental breakfast consisted of waffles, raw orange juice, little to none cream cheese and jam, no eggs and little fruit available, my room had no trash cans, shower seemed old, we didn’t know how to use it and the staff did not mentioned it at first.

My room had a bright light shining inside even with the drapes shut the light entered, there wasn’t any cleaning service, there was a party and you could hear the party in the patio and the party on the pool

This hotel looked great in photos on the listing, but when we got there it was apparent the property owners do not maintain the property. We had multiple broken things in our room. Poor amateur repair jobs were done on some things but looked horrible. For example caulk was used in several places and was applied very sloppily. The bathroom door was broken and had a foot long crack through the middle of the door. The walls were partially painted, partially not. The list goes on and on. The included breakfast was only cold cereal, nothing hot. This was misleading because the listing photos show the breakfast area having heated pans with food.

I reserved a room with a king bed and a lake view they did not have one and i had to settle for two queens. The floor was sticky,the window qas fogged (moisture in between the two panes) so i could bot see the lake and the louvers for the air conditioner was missing. The floor was soaked from water coming through the cracks of the tile, there was mold on the inside of the closet door, The next morning we found a blood spot on the mattress . The first night we heard screaming running up-and-down the hall's only to find out the next morning that there was a pool party from ten pm till 4 am. There was trash all over the hotel from that chicken.Bones towels in the breakfast area was a mess and unsanitary to eat in. The TV remote didn't work.The air conditioner sparked when turned on. When I made a complaint the next door about it. I was told there was nothing they could.Do because the pool party was booked by corporate and there was gonna be another one tonight and the same thing happened. Being disturbed both evenings till 3 and 4 o'clock in the morning when we have full days ahead of us and not being reimbursed anything or yet, just given the stay for free. Put this at the lowest of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Travelodge should contact me and offer me a full refund since this day was terrible in every sense.

The pictures and location looked good but..

The room smelled like harsh chemical cleaners. The bed was as hard a s a rock, there were very suspicious stains on one of the chairs' upholstery, one of our two nights people on our floor near by made an extreme amount of noise and the hotel did nothing. At night and late into the evening there was a large group of people that met in the parking lot in souped up cars that were just partying. There was also some kind of entertainment in the complex that attracted alot of people at night.

Unfortunately our stay did not go well. Originally planned for two nights and asked for refund following the 1st night. Staff was friendly as possible, but the building is so run down, I feel bad for those who have to work there. Needs a lot of fixing up. Broken lamp shades, sticky floors, terrible pool hours, someone else’s underwear behind a chair in the room and the bathroom had a barely usable shower, etc… you get what you pay for, but even for a cheaper hotel, a customer you should still have some basic standards. Very disappointing:-(.

We had to request a new room 3 times within 20 minutes. The shower head was TAPED to the wall, the bed had hair in it, the sheets were dirty, the phone didn’t work, the toilet handle was broken, the couch was filthy, the elevator was broken and the breakfast was LIMITED and that’s me giving grace to the breakfast bar. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

I had a paid reservation for a suite for 4 nights. When I arrived, they notified me that they had \"overbooked\" and needed to downgrade me to a single. The room was very humid even with the AC running and noisy. There were even empty beer cans that had not been cleaned out. Amazingly, they did not offer any sort of refund.

It was nice that they offered a breakfast bar (7-9 am). It was staffed by a very surely woman who did a little less than the bare minimum. There was always something important missing-- forks, waffle batter, milk, coffee. Weirdly, they kept the syrup in a red ketchup bottle. The milk was watered down, and the hardboiled eggs were sad little soggy things in a bowl of dirty water.

The best part of the stay were the bartenders, the room had black mold and the sheets felt wet.. I was there for GenCon and they scheduled a wedding while that was going on so that was awkward to have to deal with.. the wedding guest were not polite to the people there for GenCon and they were very disrespectful in general. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay this is fine, but.. I wouldnt stay there again.

The search was for 2 adults and 3 children (ages 2, 4, and 14). The room was advertised as sleeping 5 with rollaway beds available. When we checked in, we asked for a rollaway as the room did not come with a pull out sofa. The desk clerk stated the 2 queen beds sleep 5. I explained I have always known queen beds to sleep 2 people and we have 5 people so we will be needing a third bed. The desk clerk continued to argue and stated she wasn't even sure they have rollaway beds available and even if they do it is a available as a surcharge which was not advertised. Even though they claim the rooms sleep 5, the room was only provided 4 pillows total. The hallways smelled like they were trying to cover up a smell with cheap men's cologne. The room came with 2 towels. The room appeared recently renovated but still had crumbs in every corner. Breakfast was offered but the choices were very limited and they ran out of the \"healthier\" items with over an hour to go before shutting down the area. They had troughs with stale water and garbage located outside of the indoor pool area.

Things were too bad, the door to the room was very difficult to open, but I managed. This lamp was missing one side of the bed (the side I usually sleep on). The exhaust fan in the bathroom was connected to the main light and every time it came on it was very loud. Then this morning when I went to take a shower the knob to turn the water on didn't work, even after \"I\" tighten the screw on it. So NO shower for me this morning. I know the building is old but I think the maintenance people need to be checking things out better.

No pool access until 3 pm then all the locals come take over and the rooms are dirty floors sticky no extra linens no water to shower the last day breakfast was cereal and expired milk and nasty plastic tasting boiled eggs and toast , cars racing in parking lot
Prostitution going on in back parking lot prostitutes approach guests when you walk to your car or walk around absolutely nothing to do to entertain your children until 3pm. All games missing pieces and pool closed until 3PM. THE GRILL IS AMAZING FOR FOOD.

Jacuzzi tub broke almost immediately so they moved us to the next room with a jacuzzi....very inconvenient to pack p all our stuff and move it late at night. I would have preferred a refund and be able to go to bed instead of move all my stuff. And the hot tub at the property was broken as well...

well, I brought my niece there just so she could swim. We went to the restaurant to eat first. We sat there for an hour and a half waiting for our appetizer and then another 30 minutes went by. We hadn’t got our food yet so we went to the pool to hang out an hour later one of our meals game. They were supposed to bring the other one to us. they did not so it was a total of three hours or more before we got our food a total of all the food together, which I didn’t want to eat my meal in front of my niece so mine got cold and I had to warm it up in the microwave in the room. I first got to the room. There were no pillowcases on the pillows, and the beds are not very comfortable, but the staff was nice.

The property was not well taken care of. The television did not work. None of the appliances in the room were old, not plugged in, or being used. The towels and shower curtains had stains on them. Maid service was not done daily. There were parties in the middle of the hotel next to the pool going on every night until 6 am. People from the party were hanging out for breakfast and in the lobby past 7 am. The pool hours were posted as 3 pm to 7 pm daily. I wish I had stayed somewhere else.

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far below acceptable standards. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed that the floors were visibly dirty—clearly not cleaned properly between guests. The bathroom was in a particularly unhygienic condition: there was urine left on the toilet seat and no toilet paper on the roller, which is simply inexcusable.

The bed was another issue—it creaked loudly with every movement, and overall felt uncomfortable and unclean, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. I honestly felt uneasy and gross staying in the room, and it did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort.

Given the condition of the room and the lack of basic hygiene, I do not believe this stay reflects the value I paid for, and I am requesting a refund. I hope this can be resolved promptly.

Stayed for race weekend. Hotel is aging and updates are surface level/cosmetic. All in all the stay wasn’t awful. Proximity to the track was the best feature. “Breakfast” was cereal and room temperature milk. I had to clean all room surfaces with wipes, def was not clean, visible dirt on counters/desk/nightstands. Couch had an ill fitting Amazon quality slip cover on it. Never saw a single house cleaning staff member over the course of our 4 days.

Floors were sticky, room smelled like wet dog. Every surface had some kind film all over them. Brown stains on the wall. What looked like cat hair all over the bedding. Curtains had a spot of what looked like blood. Ants were all over the hallways leading to the room's.

The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since 2012. Water damage in the walls. Tub barely drained. The Mirror looked more like a Picasso painting. Toilet was gross.

I wish we would’ve looked at the reviews before booking. The front desk was very nice. But that hotel is disappointing. Currently trying to get my money back. We ended up staying at a very nice comfort inn right down the road for less money. 10/10 do not recommend even looking at this regardless of budget. I’d rather sleep in my car and shower at a loves then sleep here.

Outdated Motel Vibe. Basic breakfast. Front desk staff didn't care they overbooked rooms & told us they couldn't accommodate. In for the races and book 6 months prior, but they didn't care. Breakfast was minimal & a mess. Basic accommodations. BED HARD AS A ROCK!

By far the dirtiest hotel I've ever been too. It was filthy! I checked in at 3:00pm, went to my room and was checked out by 5:00pm. I drove almost 3 hours to get to this destination, spent 2 hours there, without sitting on any furniture or trying not to touch anything and then drove the almost 3 hours home. Could not wait to get home and into a clean shower because I felt disgusting. At this moment, I still have not received ant type of refund on my card like I was promised, but we shall see, (not holding my breath). Garbage laying around in the hallways, windows looked as if they haven't been cleaned in ages, mold in toilet and bathtub and I could go on and on. Do youyrself

The facility was run down and in a bad state of disrepair. My friends paid $165 per night for the same type of room during the same time frame that I was charged $300 per night. I reached out to the hotel but they didn’t respond. This hotel was terrible and overpriced.
