Room was clean. We ran out of toilet paper after 12 hours, and no one was available to bring any to the room unfortunately. There was also only one bath towel for showering. Kitchen and fridge were fantastic, and would be so nice for a family staying more than one night. The pool was well kept but the water was cold. We didn’t get back in after one swim because of this. Overall I would stay again and hope the pool is warmer next time! Staff were very friendly and breakfast was a great variety with fresh waffles.

When I first arrived I wasn't happy with our first room. I called the front desk and they moved us right away to a much better space. We were out of conditioner in the evening and it just took a quick call and he came right up with another bottle. No hotel is perfect all the time so I was pleased with how quickly they fixed those two issues.

We were next to the check in area and it was loud most of the evening. The hotel itself isn't very sound proof. The family about us had children who ran and jumped around until after midnight. We also chose this hotel because online it stated that breakfast was at 6am. It wasn't until 7am which we departed before that. Also was questioned when we asked for an extra blanket. Probably will not be back to that location

The gentleman that was working, the night shift was rude disrespectful the breakfast was horrible. The parking lot was not even plowed. The swimming pool was way too much chlorine in it where it was at the point was burning your eyes.

The room was very clean and modern, plenty of outlets and storage. Having a kitchenette was an added bonus. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The pool was great for the kids. It was located close to the highway, which made getting into downtown Indy a breeze. Would definitely stay here agin.

Staff was great, hotel was so clean it seemed brand new (it might have been I don’t know).
Room was huge! We will definitely stay again. It was convenient to the children’s museum which is why we were staying in the area.
Only complaint is breakfast, most hotel free breakfasts aren’t great, the food wasn’t great and the room they serve it in gets cramped when a few people are waiting. Otherwise amazing stay!

A Good Place to Stay when You want to be at Home!

Great place to stay for those times away from home. With the comfortable beds, morning breakfast, refrigator and microwave in the room, it felt like home. The fact that I had access to the gym area and pool was a plus. I'll definitely be back!

When I got to your hotel, I was told that you were sold out and that you did not have a room available for me. You sent me to another hotel that was supposed to be free of charge and they would not give me a room because the boss would not approve it. I am extremely disappointed in this and do not know if I will stay at another Homewood suites again. I pre-paid for this room four days before I arrived and I should not have been told that the hotel was sold out when I got there.

Brand new, beds, ev charging close to restaurants and highway.

Only downfall it’s very close to the highway.. that noise was pretty loud. My husband slept right thru it but I had a bit of cold and was sleeping lighter than usual so I heard all night

Brand new property - rooms are big, spacious and well lit. Hotel is right off the highway so only a 20 minute Uber to downtown. Highway traffic can be a bit noisy for rooms closer to the highway. Starbucks within a walk.

The hotel and staff was quite nice. We will know in future to ask for rooms on the parking side of the hotel. The noise of the adjacent highway is a little noticeable, but not enough to keep us from sleep. The hotel was great, but Expedia booking service was horrible. When we got here, he only had one of our two reservations available in his system. We had to call Expedia my friend and I each called at the same time. I got a person who said that he would have to make a new reservation, even though I had already paid for two, and fortunately, my friend got an agent who verified the booking we had made and call the front desk directly and sent whatever authorization was needed so great hotel we will avoid Expedia in future

Great accommodations for NASCAR wknd in Indy. It was hotter than Hades at the track —110° heat indexes made for terrible conditions to cover 4+ miles each day. Do I have unnatural thoughts about that shower a month later? Kinda. THE. WATER. PRESSURE. in that shower was something to write home —well, at least write a review— about. Room was super clean. Kitchenette was super handy. But it didn’t need to be. Because *that shower* (and cozy beds) were all we paid attention to at the end of an exhausting day. So stay here if you’re Speedway-bound and thank me later.

Bad service from the night clerk

My experience was bad because someone kept reporting my room for noise complaints even tho I was eating pizza and watching movies and there were soccer teams youth just running up down the hallways knocking on doors playing the elevator yet not one complaint but me and my kids in our room watching movies and eating garners noise complaints and the night clerk was very unprofessional and harassed me and my kids multiple times we actually was in a room whispering trying to communicate absolutely terrible experience

Overall it was very nice.Our only concern was breakfast. The room with the food was so small that it could only accomadate maybe 6 people. There were 2 employees replenishing the food from behind which is a great idea by the way! But the front where the people are helping themselves to the food was absolutely being neglected and there was food droppings all over. The offeri ngs were top of the line I must say. The containers were not sufficient for removing food with tongs. There was a line for the waffle maker which was 10 deep outside the door. It would take 20 minutes for 5 people to make a waffle. I've stayed in alot of different hotels and have never seen such a small room designed like that. On busy times with Grand Park a 20 min drive the breakfast area should have been given more thought. There was no visible manager to be found which was strange given the amount of customers. Other than the breakfast situation everything was fine

Rooms are not cleaned daily. Supposed to be alternate days and despite requesting room wasn’t cleaned one of the days.
Staff are okay but reception staff always busy on their phones watching you tube videos even during the day so didn’t find that very professional.

The rooms are a good size, the room was clean but I can’t get over how annoying the not one, but two smoke detectors blinking were. I had to sleep with a blanket over my head! Overall the hotel was clean except the pool. My kids were pulling clumps of hair off of their hands and the chemicals seemed off. The breakfast was kinda a disaster, way too many people for the little space and options served.
