Although it was rather small, this hotel provided comfort for the short time we stayed there. The staff is friendly and the complimentary breakfast is great! One thing is that the bathroom in our room would flood the floors whenever we used the shower even if the doors were closed.

My trip was canceled by the airline because of a war in Iran. I tried contacting the hotel manager four times to cancel the stay and possibly moving it to a date in November. The manager never returned my calls or emails. I would not recommend doing business with this property.

They have no parking even thow the reviews said they do . I would have never book with a hotel that has no parking. Shower was leaking water on the floor. Room key didn’t work some times . No microwave in the room no ice machine on each floor you have to go to lobby to get ice . Horrible hotel I will never book with them again.

This hotel is great for a 1-2 day stay. It has a shuttle to the airport, which works very well, and includes a breakfast buffet, which has good variety. Excellent value for the price!

Internet was very slow. The biggest issue in my stay was the parking. This hotel does not have its own parking. You need to park on the street which has lot of restrictions and no clear signs for no parking. So it is almost certain that you will get a parking ticket one or the other way. Even hotel staff did not guide well when it comes to parking. So be careful when you book this hotel and be aware this hotel does not have it’s own parking.

We didn't use the internet, we didn't use the work out room but, everything was CLEAN!! The hotel is only six years old and the manager, Samil was delightful. I had phoned beforehand to make sure no cleaning sprays were used because of my asthma. He told me as we were waiting to leave that he checked the room himself when he saw that notation. He and Meagan were there to help us with directions, parking..anything we needed. I'd stay here again for sure!

Have you used them a bunch of times whenever we fly out of JFK we were hit with a big snow storm Sunday night into Monday and our flight out of JFK Monday morning was canceled. Could not get a ride to the hotel from Connecticut and it didn’t matter anyway, because the flight was canceled. They would not refund the nights money because of their hotel terms I even had insurance on the room through Expedia, they won’t return the money last time I ever use them.

My room was in very good condition—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I appreciated the overall quality of the stay. However, I was disappointed by the limited shuttle service to the airport. The cutoff time meant I couldn’t use the shuttle for my flight and had to arrange alternative transportation, which was inconvenient.
While the accommodation itself was excellent, I would recommend that the hotel consider extending shuttle hours or offering more flexible options for guests with early or late flights

The room was spotless but man was it small, ourselves and our bags, 2 big and 2 small, and we were jumping over them. Surely no space to open them on the floor you need to lift them to the bed to take things off. We cant open the door with the bags rolling.
Other then that all was great, the breakfast was great and the service over there as amazing

We initially checked into Room 404, only to find the heating system completely broken, leaving the room freezing cold. The front desk refused to resolve the issue, claiming the system was down and offering only an extra blanket.
We strongly demanded a room change. Although we were moved to Room 312, the situation remained the same—the room was equally freezing with no heating. It was so cold that we were shivering in our winter jackets and could not stay there.
Since the front desk representative was unable to assist us and told us to contact the manager the next day, we had no choice but to leave your hotel immediately after midnight. We did not spend a single minute staying at your property and had to find another hotel to stay the night at our own more expense.
It was only two hours ago that I finally received a written response from the hotel. They mentioned they need to 'further review' my situation before getting back to me，Prior to this, we made numerous phone calls and left messages for the manager, but received absolutely no reply.
Given that we received absolutely no service and were forced to leave due to uninhabitable conditions, we demand a full refund of our payment. Additionally, we expect a formal apology for this unacceptable treatment. If you refuse to resolve this issue, we will make sure the public is fully aware of your hotel's practices and my experience.

The room was next to the elevators, which make a terrible noise going up and down. I asked for a change of room and I got a new room that was even worse with a family with a whole bunch of kids screaming and crying all night. On top of that the pillows and bed blankets smelled like a sweaty camel.
The front desk staff was nice and so was the shuttle bus driver.

Convenient airport transfer to and from the hotel. Only issue I had was that I found an unopened Chick-Fil-A sauce in my room on top of the dresser. Not sure of that meant that the room wasn't cleaned properly or if someone entered the room whilst I wasn't there, but it made somewhat paranoid heading into my night's rest.

Bed was comfy, room and bathroom were clean. There is a shuttle (on the hour) from the airport, for the morning shuttle there are only so many spaces for each hour, i.e. 6 am, 7 am, 8 am. I ended up taking a taxi for $30 (yikes!). There is a kitchen with a delicious selection of about 5 meal items, and a cooler with soft drinks you may purchase. Also beer available. Breakfast was sufficient—hot and cold offerings. You need a keycard to make the elevator run so technically not just anyone is going up to the rooms. I was there only bc my flight was delayed and it was comfortable enough. (Nothing nearby to shop at.)

I am extremely disappointed with how the hotel handled the airport pickup. I waited for over an hour in the freezing cold, and a bystander had to offer me their phone so I could even contact the hotel. When I finally reached them, I was told it would be another 30 minutes.

After waiting far too long in winter conditions, another hotel kindly offered me a ride after seeing how long I had been standing outside. Upon arriving at this hotel, the receptionist dismissed my experience and told me it was “impossible” that this happened. There was no apology, no concern, and no effort to resolve the situation. I was simply told there was nothing they could do.

This lack of accountability and basic customer care was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, this experience left me very dissatisfied with my stay.

Rooms are smaller than most hotel, but they are clean, bed and pillows are comfortable and hotel stager are friendly and accommodating.
It will be nice to be more flexible with the shuttles service, travelers like using the shuttle service mainly because it’s more accommodating when you have lots of luggage.

At first glance I was somewhat concerned about the conditions of the hotel. It does not present a positive look, especially in the middle of a winter storm, but once inside the staff was friendly, the room was immaculate, and the bed very comfortable

The hotel offers a very limited book menu, mostly bar type food, but it was well prepared and very good and extremely reasonable. Wine and beer are served and the wine pour is very generous.

The hotel offers a free shuttle which was on time and comfortable

Overall, if I had stay overnight by JFK airport I would definitely go back

We stayed during the tremendous snowstorm in New York City. There was no heat in our room with the temperature averaging around 50° until we could get an engineer to look at it the following morning. The hotel also basically doubled the rates for the snowstorm, which is unconscionable. I checked on the website for a similar Sunday in a month or two and it was half the price we paid for our Sunday night stay.

Staff was very friendly which was the best part. Hotel elevator and hallways are dark, old looking and dirty. The whole place smells bad. The room was clean and decent but it was dark, with odd mixed dim lighting and very small and not as sound proof as advertised. Free shuttle is nice. The Comfort Inn @ JFK worked well for us. The room was a bit smaller than I had imagined but it is designed for efficiency. No trash can in the bathroom was surprising. My husband thought the towels were a bit thin. All in all a good place, nice people. Good stay.

Actually, ALL markers were good. Checked in with friendly staff, quickly and EARLY (which we didn’t even ask for). Room was very clean. Linens felt and smelled clean. Wonderful shower. Desk staff helped when we were missing a toothbrush! Airport shuttle very efficient and quick. Good location. Restaurants deliver if you want other food.
