Bed bugs. I awoke at 1:30am on night two/three of my trip to my arm on fire. I turn my phone light on and there’s a literal bed bug crawling on my sheet. I panic and get my child up to go to the desk. The lady moves me to the room directly above. At this point I cannot sleep and neither can my child. So we leave. I let the lady at the front desk know we cannot do it and check out. I drive 7 hours back to Tennessee on 32 minutes of sleep with my arm on fire. I call the next two days trying to get a refund and answers. The hotel tells hotel.com I stayed my full duration and not to issue a refund. I call the hotel and the lady who “checked me out” never checked me out in the system. Thank god the man working found in the activity log that I left at 3:45am due to “being uncomfortable” so hotels.com issues me $88 refund. Mind you, I missed two full days of my trip due to this. I also end up at the doctor with cellulitis from the bites. Do not stay here. I am still trying to get this under control and resolved.

The room was clean the whole time we stayed. We were there for two nights and the cleaning staff came in to do a light clean up after the first night.

My stay was satisfactory, but I was slightly inconvenienced by the constant drilling and hammering that disrupted my sleep. I had been traveling and was looking forward to sleeping in. Despite booking a non-smoking room, the strong smell of smoke lingered in the air. Apart from these minor issues, the room was clean, and I’m grateful that we had a place to stay.

This place is very dirty, Lobby, hallways and room as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone.Carpet throughout thie hotel very dirty, I would not have stayed ther but I paid in advance and couldnt get a refund. This place needs a complete shutdown and remodel.It is not worth the amount that I paid. The pictures on the website are very misleading, All carpet in this place has not been cleaned in years, I had to keep my shoes on while in room because the carpet is just nasty and dirty!!!!!!

Stayed here in town for a dog show for the first time. It will definitely be our last! We paid the pet fees for the room and upon checkout they said everything was fine.
Then about 5 hours later they claimed my dogs peed on the carpet which is impossible because they are kept in crates. They charger us another $195 to our card for a “cleaning fee” without our knowledge.
We will absolutely never be back!! The first couple days the elevator was out and they stuck us on the fourth floor. Awful. It was also loud, dirty, and absolutely no room service. Book at your own risk!!!

Breakfast left a lot to be desired . The men went to McDonalds for breakfast. Staff was good, but when asked for adjoining rooms they said the rooms were side by side. But the rooms were across the hall from each other. Not side by side, or adjoining.
The hotel was nice, clean with friendly staff and in any other situation it would’ve been great minus the breakfast.

The best thing about my visit was the free breakfast/customer service in the dining room. I'll give that 5 stars. The hotel location was great. Everything else? Please do better.

The 1st room didn’t have heat, so we were moved to another room. The amenities/yellow bottles stored in shower (body wash & shower gel) were completely empty and no refills were available. The toilet had a leak so we used towels to fix that. (We were told that there were no housekeepers/janitorial staff available.)

The hotel lobby, ice machine and restroom areas on the 1st floor were dirty. The power went out twice ....which left a lady visitor stuck on the elevator. I never saw any managers from Christmas eve 24th thru the 26th. I doubt I'll ever book this \"top tier\" hotel again.

Pool needs to be updated and winterize better it was freezing and ran out of towel maltebul times . The food was not bad but for a all you can eat that ran out of food very fast . The room wasen bad but not sound proof could hear everything outside the room, the hotel smelled of pot the hole stay there was aperently a evaluation of the entire hole will we were out and we never would have known others thin the front desk person telling us when we came out to get towels for the pool that was out .

We had people running up and down the halls, slamming doors and talking loudly until 4:20 in the morning. The smell of someone smoking marijuana was so strong I ended up having to put a towel at our entrance, because the smell was getting into our room. I called the office at midnight reporting the loud people. I had to call again around 1:30 and then again at 3:20. They said they were going to come up and look into it. I think the first guy I got a hold of did come check, but I don't think the other person did. My son had an important performance that next day. I will not stay here again. I know you can't control people's actions, but as a business, you can control the consequences. It did not help that we had already had the fire alarm go off earlier that evening.

No hot water for the whole time we stayed there. After inquiring about it at the front desk, the girl said she didn't know anything about it. I can't believe no one else had said anything. Having the police knock on you neighbor's door first thing in the morning. A guy sitting in the lobby with nothing but a towel on at 1am. The breakfast was meh! Overall if you don't care about these things, this is the place for you!

I really wish I could give this place five stars, but my experience with the front desk made it hard to do that.

From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was rude. When she asked for my ID, she made a comment about “whatever form of ID you have with your passport or your country’s ID,” which felt unnecessary and honestly a bit disrespectful.

I stayed for two nights. The next day I washed a few clothes in the laundry room, but the dryer stopped working right after I put my money in. I went to the front desk to let the receptionist know, and the first thing she said was, “You got an error. Well, I’m sorry but I’m not maintenance.” I asked if something could be done since I already paid, and she went to the laundry room with her keys.

She tried pressing buttons, unplugging the dryer, and plugging it back in. She managed to get it running again, but only on a cold cycle for five minutes. When I told her it wouldn’t dry my clothes, she acted surprised, then got it up to nine minutes but still on cold. When I asked if I could use their laundry room , she sarcastically laughed and said “no,” then shut the door behind her and walked off I ended up putting it back to an hour and a half myself, but my hoodie and jacket still came out wet.

Aside from those two issues, everything else was great. Housekeeping did a nice job refreshing the room with clean sheets, towels, and emptying the trash. And when I checked out, the receptionist working that morning was very friendly.

Horrible experience! My room didn't have hot water. We were soaking wet from a soccer game in the rain and I expressed the urgency to fix it. Took over 2 hours to get us somewhat warm water. Horrible communication from staff. Construction happening on roof causing unbearably loud noises. Coffee machine in lobby put of order. Pool out of order. They finally moved us to anew room but the manager Andrew refused to compensate us. He even sent us an email saying our erexperience was unacceptable and we needed to contact hotels.com for a refund, but then denied the refund. The noise was so loud I had a headache. He said quiet hours weren't until 9 so they were allowed to be noisy. Apparently the hotel is under new ownership. Andrew refuses to let me speak with thd owner. I hope the owner realizes hope Andrew is treating guests.This hotel stay ruined my plans and ruined me and my daughters weekend.

The hotel was ok. The swimming pool was out of order which was disappointing. The room was generally clean but someone had left a chewed piece of gum stuck to the headboard and the window had something smeared all over the outside of it. It was on the outside, but clearly needed cleaned. Price was good, so I wasn't too upset about it.

The location was excellent. The proximity to restaurants and bars was ideal and the gas station across the street was well stocked with snacks. I enjoyed the chilled Buzz Balls and variety of snacks. The hotel was very clean with a fantastic commons area where I watched the World Series. The free coffee and cocoa bar was an unexpected treat. My room was comfortable and clean. The absolute cherry on top was the Pharmacopia bath product line featured. Thank you Andrew and Tiffany for your hard work in keeping the environment welcoming.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have been to. I travel alot with my kids for sports and most hotels give me the ick. The bathrooms were spotless. There was no mold or hairs anywhere. The beds were clean and comfortable. My daughter said she had the best sleep ever! We will definitely book here again the next time we are in Indianapolis.

WARNING:THIS PLACE IS “PET FRIENDLY”. That means someone can leave their little dog in their room and said dog will bark at anyone going by their door until 1 AM and there’s nothing they can do about it. Also, the walls are a bit thin so when your neighbor turns on the TV for her children at 7 AM you get the joy of listening to them argue about it. By 8 AM said neighbor was yelling at someone on her phone. One of the worst nights sleep I have ever had at a hotel.
