Stayed here on departure and return through Indianapolis airport. Very convenient for this purpose. Found the room to be very comfortable and clean and updated. Nice for our family of four. Very understaffed at front desk and at bar/restaurant so service was slow and help was minimal. Breakfast Buffett was convenient option in the morning. Would stay here again.

Nice room but it was hard to get the temperature comfortable. We were too warm most of the night even though we turned down the heat. Also the breakfast was one of the most disappointing I’ve ever had. No pancakes or waffles (which most hotels have). They had French toast which is a nice change of pace but it was pretty chewy and flavorless. Eggs were dry but decent. Muffins were decent - I liked the apple one. Also the orange juice was very weird and we couldn’t drink it.

Giving the staff on this night, they were not knowledgeable about the surrounding area. We tried to go to dinner, a sheet with addresses was provided. One address led us to a parking lot, the other restaurant was closed.
We wanted to watch a MLB playoff game in our room and the channel was not part of the package. After speaking to the manager, she did offer a shuttle within a 3 mile radius to a local restaurant that might be televising the game.
We arrived for breakfast at 8:30AM and were told that breakfast would end at 9 AM. The breakfast area was emptied and completely cleaned by 8:45.
Our room was clean and comfortable but toilet/shower room was very small. You had to stand between the shower and the toilet to open the door.

When I looked up this property I specifically requested it because it looked like they had showers instead of tubs and I needed an accessible bathroom. The bathroom had a lot of grab bars, but that tub (and it was a tub and not a shower) was not accessible. There is no way my mom would have been able to use that shower. There was no shower chair and the tub was too high for her to get into. The room itself was nice and big, no issues for her getting around, but the bed was still a little too tall for her. Was just a little disappointed in that being called an “accessible” room.

The room was spotless. The check-in was easy and fast. Staff was friendly. Wish the parking lot was better lit. A little worried about if my car will be broken into during the night. It was already dark when we arrived. Maybe if we had arrived while light out, I wouldn't be so paranoid. Once inside, I felt safe. It's probably just me.

Punches Above Its Weight

The staff/team/associates were efficient, friendly and very helpful. Whether it was extra towels or directions, everyone was very pleasant. Breakfast was fine and there were ample choices. The hotel is a little isolated but close to the airport – which is what we needed.
