Friendly staff, but the property was in terrible condition, and my room was frankly disgusting. My shower didn't work , so I needed to be moved, and the room I was moved into was run down and corners of things were broken and chipping off. The pillows had makeup on them from a previous guest , so I had to get those switched out. The room smelled funny and had old furniture that had chipping leather and there were holes in the walls. Frankly, it was a terrible experience. Like I said, the staff was nice, but if I wasn't so dead tired from the work I did earlier that day, I would have absolutely left.

We was greeted by the GM very pleasant. The hotel and room was nice. I made about 3 or 4 trips to the desk for different things. Toilet leaked no shower curtain and couldn’t t take a bath because the water came from the shower head and not the faucet (yes the pull thing was down). There was a kid running all over the room above us until about 11 at night.

Absolutely terrible. They don’t clean the rooms all weeks. Take your own trash out. Wash you re own towels and the floors or badly chipped and so sticky your shoes feel like you are walking on gum. The beds are cheap metal frames and the mattress is so hard you can’t get comfortable. The whole hotel smells like wet animals and idk if they are guess or ppl living there weekly but the drug use outside is terrible. Spend the extra money and get a much cleaner and nicer hotel.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. First floor room where the window was left open. The floor, bathroom and air conditioner were dirty. The microwave had exposed wiring. The outlet in the bathroom had no cover and was falling out of the wall. Wanted a shower in the am, but there was no hot water and no staff on duty till after 10 am.

Dirty gross, walls, piss stain near the bathroom door opposite to the toilet. Gross yellow pillows. The wall socket in the bathroom is halfway out of the hole. There is a train that runs all night (connecting or something). Don't forget you won't sleep past 8am also after not getting a great night sleep with a dog kennel next door. Imagine being woke up by a million dogs barking all at once. Absolute effing mayhem. Do yourself a favor and ignore these fake reviews.

The hotel is not quiet. There is a yrain the goes by at all hours of the night. I could hear other guests in room. The toliet would run all night and i had to manuel put the flapper down and it still ran. In the shower the facet was not caulked in and just kind of bounced around. The water was just barely warm. Will not be stayikg there again.

The wifi sucks. They say good luck connecting because it's not that good. Some of the room door won't close unless you break an arm to close it. Was told it's because the door frame is bent. The guest above me are up at all hours of the night, sliding chairs, walking so hard the room vibrates, dropping stuff constantly on the floor. If I bang on the ceiling they stomp even louder. The 3rd floor smells like dog urine.

One good thing, I had a roof over my head. They advertise on certain apps there is a quick breakfast and there isnt.

Good luck reaching anyone during your stay if there is a late checkin or loud disturbances.

Room didn't look like it was even cleaned. Trash under tv cabinet, on top of kitchen cabinets and bathtub had a rusty drain and was dirty.
No one was in the office so we could check out at 7 a.m. when we wanted to leave. It said 9 a.m. office opened it was almost 10 a.m. before anyone was available to check us out. NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN. WOULDNOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. SMELT LIKE POT WHEN IT WAS A NONE SMOKING PLACE.

This is a place where people who are one small step from homelessness live. This is not a place for the weary traveler. The property just was very old and the safety doors into the hotel both from the lobby and from the back We're not working period they just opened up without needing your key card so anybody could walk in. The door from the lobby seemed to get fixed but a day later it was able to be opened again without a key. The backdoors got fixed and that seemed to hold.
The bathroom fan was fairly dirty, The kitchen stove had to burners but one was fully missing so just 1 little burner. The refrigerator was a good size and that was very clean. The area general did not feel very safe as there are people searching for garbage and the dumpster. The front desk hours are limited but a person can be contacted by dialing the lobby phone. The staff that was there was kind and friendly but they seemed to be limited on help.

There was no grab n go breakfast like they advertised in an email i received. I arrived in Indianapolis on the 31st May,2024. The hotel lobby was closed by the time I got there to check-in. After I started knocking on the reception window a lady appeared. She was like what do you want and I was like excuse me. Is this how you greet your guess she slammed down on the counter and I said, miss you don't have no customer service skills. Then I asked her to see the room that I was checking into this time she is still slamming down on the counter and I'm trying to figure out if this woman is on drugs or just down right out rude. She gave me the room key I went into the room the room smelled horrible the sheets were not cleaned the worst place I've even been too in my ife. I left the room immediately and asked for a refund. I don't recommend anyone staying here at this place oh and how could I forget the room has roaches inside of it the roach flew on my sister and she started screaming we left there immediately and never returned. Extended stay needs to do better with the upkeep of there hotel and the staff.

Literally stunk like pee when you come in the room, the upper door lock latch on the door was cracked in half. The bed and tv was okay, the alarm and ac unit had something spattered across it? The sink wasn’t even glued down, you could remove the plug in the sink, the ENTIRE toilet wasn’t glued or sealed down so it would move, and the shower barely work. To turn the shower head on you had to yank HARD on the spout for it to start to he shower head and you could even twist the spout around. If you ain’t got much money and you just need a one night stay then sure that’ll work. To add onto everything, the staff came knocking on my door before 10 am when checkouts 11 just to see if I was staying another night.

Our room had no soaps or shampoos, had to wait until office opened at 9am. then found out they do not give shampoo, only bars of soap. No pools as Expedia says there is, and no there is none \"nearby\"....

I would not recommend anyone stay here no matter how desperate for a hotel. From the moment I arrived to the second I left it was awful. Firstly I was checked into a dirty room the toilet was dirty and had hair on it and the bed was not made and had what appeared to be dirty sheets on it. Not to mention the smell of a dirty dumpster and smoke.

Secondly the front desk checked someone into the room I was staying in. They had keys that opened the door and tried to come in while I was sleeping.

Third the manager woke me up because they had to “check the fire alarm” and was arrogant and rude about how long it took me to open the door. When I pointed out there was no need for him to be a that way he told me check out and leave.

Decent price for a decent room & an easy stay

We were allowed way early check in for a very reasonable fee. Had an issue with the first room and the woman at the counter walked with me to a different room to ensure it was suitable before I switched- I thought that was really courteous and thorough of her. I only stayed for one night while waiting out some damage repair to my home, but there are multiple very friendly people that I assume are there long term, including the staff, so you'll never be without somebody to have a nice conversation with if that's something you enjoy. Being unbothered is also great though so the fact that nobody really goes out of their way to engage you- but is pleasant when you do- was really nice. The room had a stove top so I could still make dinner with food that I brought from home and didn't have to drop money on eating out. I never sleep on hotel sheets so I couldn't tell you what they're like lol I brought my own, but they looked soft and clean. The room probably could've been swept better, but hardwood floors are a real pain to keep completely free of dust, and the walls in the bathroom do need some spot cleaning, but it wasn't gross. If you're super uptight and expect hospital cleanliness then maybe fork over the extra cash for a 5 star hotel.
I had my cat with me too, for 25/night pet fee.
Altogether a great value for the price, and very well-kept for long term lodging. Staff is kind, super friendly, and thoughtful. I'll probably choose to stay here if I ever need to again.

Interior was very outdated. Room cleanliness was ok, and thats saying it nicely. Cabinets were dirty and sticky. Corners and edges of the floors in the main area and bathroom were filthy. We overpaid greatly! This room should've been $50 a night and we paid $150. Rediculously over priced for the condition of the room and the fact their are no amenities like a pool or breakfast. Also, this is right next to a train depot, so if your a light sleeper....

Floors were filthy and you could not walk barefoot. Linens did appear clean tho! The a/c was dirty and spelled horrible like dirty gym clothes. The place also smelled like cigarettes. Food splatters on walls in kitchen to! But not utensils were supplied. That was something you had to buy extra for $29.99! Very disappointed! The walls also were so thin that I could here my neighbors every sound! The hotel halls and elevator were dirty. No one at reception area half the time. The girl was nice tho! Zero amenities! It definitely was not worth the money I spent! Very deceptive ad! Also everything was old and worn which made the place look even more crappy!
Also, this is a hotel were people live and are always hanging out front smoking! Overall the place was trashy!

I have never stayed in a more poorly maintained hotel in my life. We booked 3 rooms and all of them reeked of smoke. I changed my room once then gave up. I had to sleep with the window open and the a/c on. We even stopped at target for febreeze. I took pictures of the yellow tar dripping down the wall and on the fridge. The blinds looked like they had never been cleaned. When trying to turn on the shower I almost pulled it off the wall and all 3 of ours were like this.

In the pictures on the website it looks like a newer facility but it is not. If i could give this place negative stars I would. This is an extended stay hotel. I dont know how anyone could stay here more than 1 night. I wanted to leave after 5 min.

The women at the front was nice and accommodating when there was a computer error and we did not get the room we payed for.

However the pillow cases had a red/brownish stain and the sheet had hair in them. They were quite obviously unwashed. The toilet did not work and I saw a bug as I left. Just not a sanitary place.

I’ve stayed at other extended stay America’s that were very nice, but this one was deceiving. Nice exterior, nasty interior.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty! I knew from pulling into the parking lot this was going to be a bad experience. There were a couple cars in parking lot listening to loud music and the smell of marijuana is everywhere, in the parking lot, in the elevator, in the hallways. This us obviously a shelter that many in bad situations call home. The lobby, elevator, and halls were filthy. I went in my room to find the surfaces were sticky from something being spilled, I chased down the one girl that they had there to clean ALL rooms and asked her for her cleaner and sprayed down all surfaces and cleaned the room myself. What an absolute waste of money, I would rather sleep in my car! DO NOT stay here, you’ve been warned.

Here's the thing, if you're thinking about booking this property through Expedia, don't. The staff there have no idea how to work with Expedia purchases. They tried on several occasions to add charges to my account throughout my stay there. They claimed that the system wasn't updated and that they are inexperienced with Expedia but I'm not so sure. Regardless, they have tried to screw us on multiple occasions.

Beyond that, our room keycards only worked for 3 out of the 7 days. The other days, we had to get them re-activated and front desk staff are barely ever there. You have to dial the after hours number to get someone. Also, they all have snarky attitude problems. You can tell they really do not care about being there.

Just so you know, the room was very dusty. Otherwise, the bed was ok and it was nice having a fridge.

But I can promise you that I will never go to this hotel again as long as I live. My standards are not very high and somehow, they were below the bar. I've never felt more insulted as a customer in my life. The sheer incompetence from the staff was astounding.

Door to the room didn’t open all the way due to warped and sticky floor. Desk clerk apologized for the people standing around the hotel entrance. They had just been kicked out of their room for causing trouble. I did not feel safe staying here, I checked out 20 minutes after I checked in and went to a different hotel.

When we arrived the smell of Marijuana from the front entrance was strong, upon walking to the room they have long term stayers who had their door open and room was a mess, when we got to our room the room next to us that had a dog barking non stop we left and booked at another hotel. The outside had trash thrown everywhere.

Hotel smelled like cigarette the moment we walked in. Our room had a hole on the wall. We had less than 1/2 paper roll, no hand soap or shower supplies. Bed sheets had hairs and definitely not sound proof room.

This was fine for a night since we weren't staying in the room long. The inside smelled like air freshener over stale cigarette smoke. The elevator floor was really dirty, and we found a bug in the room. The mattress protector had a weird stain on it. It was pretty sketchy so I wouldn't recommend it, but considering it was our only option I guess it was okay.

Under renovation at the time of my stay. Other than the elevator being filthy the room I had was clean. The downstairs staff were nice. My room had a really thick musty smell. Stuck to my clothes. The air scent bomb was still on the floor when I walked in. Only stayed one night. Was loud or had any noise issues.
