We were given a King room on the third floor with no accessible railings in the bathroom. I reserved a King accessible room online through Expedia. The check in staff told me that they do not have King accessible rooms. He gave me a double queen accessible room on the first floor. Alos, you cannot come in using the side doors. You must come back in at the main entrance.

Reservation mixup
I did not actually stay at the comfort inn even tho the reservation was made there. The General Mgr called to tell me my reservation had been shifted to a nearby hotel because a guest was extending their stay. To me that meant the entire 2 night reservation was moved.......imagine the frustration and irritation when I found out at 10 pm the second nite that they had only moved one night while telling me the 'reservation' (ie full reservation) had been moved. Thankfully, the hotel where I'd been shifted too was able to extend the stay so that I did not have to try to move after 10 at night.
As a result of all, I've mixed feelings on the proactiveness of the general manager. But have no idea of what the hotel is actually like.

House keeping didn't come to change towels, empty trash, etc. When the front desk was approached and asked for towels and trash bags he became condescending and rude. This was not a pleasant experience.

Staff was friendly. The conditions of the room itself and main elevator were not great. The elevator door repeatedly would not close even though nothing was blocking it. Our room had uncomfortable beds and the tv volume did not work. After calling the front desk they only offered to switch rooms which we did not want to do after unpacking. I mentioned this once again the next day and they had maintenance come look at it. Nothing was resolved, they just left the tv on with no sound coming from it. Nobody came to tidy up the room or replenish towels either. It was a place to sleep though after the Eras tour.

My day was uncomfortable. The beds were used and very uncomfortable. They were made up clean, but they just wasn’t comfortable. All the bathroom was small and maybe I should’ve asked for a handicap roll. Maybe it would’ve been bigger but I don’t plan on ever going back there again.

Only to find out the swimming pool was unavailable due to maintenance was asked to drive. Several stoplights down to go to their sister hotel to use their pool room was very uncomfortable extremely hot over 75°. After 3 hours of trying to sleep, it was still at 74° had not cooled down.One bed was so soft.You couldn't breathe.The other was so hard.I was in pain left before midnight.Front desk was not helpful.Neither was the hotel's.com.App

The room was big but the rug stained. All else was clean. This room was 320 and was noisy with eerie sounds of trains allnight, not whistles, but cars being lined up and squeeling brakes. Weird sounds. Breakfast was so so but the morning clerk was friendly and kept the place clean. The pool was out of service.

We stayed at this hotel for a sporting even. The rate per night was incredibly high for a room and service of this quality. Even taking the surge pricing due to the large sporting event into account. The room smelled musty, so much so that it got on our clothes. The window and shower curtains were covered in stains. When we first arrived there was debris from the ceiling in the bath tub due to water damage. The staff did get it cleaned quickly, but nonetheless was annoying. Our room was not cleaned before our second night, which again with the rate we paid should have been done. I had to go down to the front desk to get towels because we were only given two for two people for two nights. If the hotel is going to jack up their rates because a big event is in town they better make sure they back it up, the Comfort in definitely did not.

We missed breakfast on Monday.The air conditioner was VERY noisy! The entry way to the hotel should be cleaned. (Check the air vent.) Many behind the desk were nice and helpful. I booked this hotel for a wrestling event for my teens. I booked the king suite with two queen beds. Now I understand the hotel didn’t expect the amount of guests which is still crazy to me since I paid ahead of time, I was moved to the Hampton and told I would be able to check-in no issues along with a room similar to my suite. Unfortunately none of those things took place. I didn’t get to check-in until 10:30 because the hotel didn’t receive the transfer yet. Then the room we had was a king bed with a pull out couch bed. At this point we had to take what we got since my wrestlers needed rest and to be up early in the morning. Of course the the Hampton was nice and accommodating, I just wish I would’ve got the beds that I paid for.

Checking in I asked if the front entrance was the only way to bring in luggage.I was told their were doors on most sides of the building.I try to enter enter the side door and couldn't.I tell the front desk attendant and he said YOU DIDN'T LISTEN TO ME.When you're exhausted and have been driving for hours it's unacceptable.Also someone checked me out at 4 am and got a number of calls asking me if I was staying another night.I wonder who did that?
