Anytime we visit Indianapolis we choose the Embassy in Plainfield. The front end staff ( this time Mallory and Melissa) were so wonderful at helping us check in and out. Our rooms were cleaned perfectly, and spacious. The morning breakfast was so good! Chef Leo had his hands full with a busy dining room and kept up with everyone's orders with no problem. That is what he kept saying with all requests. \" No problem I can do that \" Seriously..could not ask for a better stay! What a great excuse to visit Indy more often so that we can stay at the Embassy Plainfield!

This was our second stay at this hotel and both times everything was great. The suites are very nice for larger families or groups. It isn't always easy to find accommodations with comfortable sleeping options for our family. Our one minor complaint is the sliding doors on the bathrooms. While they are great esthetically, they are not practical for privacy with a toddler in the crew.

Location was good for additional amenities. *Only complaint was the polyester bedding; it's like sleeping in hot plastic wrap especially with a throttled thermostat. (Hotels need to start either providing cotton/bamboo bedding or stop locking the thermostat!)

Attended Anime Crossroads convention and stayed in a suite. Always find the hotel to be stunning and very clean and the room was equally amazing. The staff from the check-in to the cooks to the bartenders to the cleaning staff were all equally polite and helpful. Highly recommend.
