It’s a fairly decent looking hotel, but the bed was not the most comfortable, the floor was cracked in the bathroom, and the lack of a shower door is annoying. It was also frustrating that after getting there at nearly 2am, the guy told me I had to wait another 30 mins to check in because the system was doing something. I wanted to get in and to my room ASAP after flying all night. Last thing I want to do is lose another minute waiting for a computer system to do its nightly check in ritual further delaying me getting to bed.

I also think breakfast should be extended to at least 10:30am, and for the price is it too much to ask to have a decent coffeemaker that can do espresso or at least have some flavored syrups or creamers?

The room was fine, plenty of room and nice and cool on a hot August day and night. Nothing really close by to eat so we drive up to route 40 and found a place to eat. The one thing that really needs to be addressed is the lighting. There is not enough lighting in the bed area and the lights between the queen beds is ok for that area, but no lights by the TV area.

Easy airport access but the 2 bedroom suite is really 1 bedroom and a partition that separates the 2nd bedroom from the shared living space. It was Very dark in the unit and the bathroom was not clean enough, with visible mold/mildew. Also our reservation was for 5 ppl and they only provided towels for 2.

The website shows different than what is real. We got a king suite, in the pictures showed a little office in the room. Not so much it was a desk pushed up to a wall. Liked the bathroom was large and clean. Living room was a great size lots of space. But if you want people to sit bring chairs with. Pool waste of time too small, fitness only half of it works.

The space in our corner suite was plentiful, layout was sensible, my reasoning for less than 5 stars is the bathroom, the whole no shower door thing (just a partition) is not working. For one, you have to go all the way in to turn the shower on and get immediately blasted with cold water (it does warm up quick). Second, the partition is not sealed well and water gets out around it. Standing water then gets under the floor and all of the large floor tiles in the bathroom are loose and the grout is mostly gone. There was a vent cover over the shower but no vent actually came on with either switch so the whole bathroom stays steamy for quite a while.

I will be BACK!

The accommodations here were amazing! Friendly atmosphere and pet friendly as well. The pool was nice and the rooms are lovely for the price. The continental breakfast was nice as well. The server continually made sure everything was filled and fresh. I will revisit this hotel again. FYI do not eat at the Waffle House near by terrible service.

The hotel was very noisy. There was a lot of noise from the room above. You could hear every footstep taken by the occupiers of the room above. Like a heard of elephants at all hours of the night. Additionally every person walking down the corridor could be heard and their conversations as clear as day. The noise from the ice machine was intrusive making getting to sleep hard. Also as the room was located near the entrance all coming and goings were heard.
