The room did not have a coffee maker,ice bucket or cups, the lobby did not have coffee/tea/hot water and no full hot breakfast all were listed as available on the website.
Pool was \"temporarily closed\" looked more like permanently closed also listed on the website. The property seriously needs to update their website to reflect the TRUE amenities.
The front desk person complainted to me about needing to use the rest room, but couldn't because her \"boss was watching me\".
During my wait to check in a nervous lady was sitting off to the side, as soon as the patron in front of me completed her transaction the lady jumped up and handed the front desk clerk a $20 bill. What was up with that?
VERY DISAPPOINTED. I will not be using your service in the future. I'm unhappy with the type of facilities you are representing.
There are several other hotel reservation services to choose from, I will be using them from now on.

Litter all over the parking lot. Free breakfast was basic and not worth waking up for. The smell of the place made my eyes irritated. They said no smoking but i swear there was some kind of fog substance in my room. They use a ton of harsh chemicals. I was terrified to stay there. Theres a bad odor in the hallways and in the rooms. Our original room we booked was somehow \"out of order\" when we got there, so we had to switch from a king bed to 2 queens. Then we had to switch again cuz the neighbors were playing loud music and it smelled so bad. The lady that night we checked in who was working the desk was very nice and she was very helpful. So once we finally settled into a room, we pulled back the covers on the first bed, and there was like 5 or 6 burn holes in sheets. Im sorry, how do you not see that when you are making a fresh bed? We almost left, but we stuck it out. We did leave a day early, and we wont be staying there again.

The staff was polite, but the room itself needs major upkeep before it should be offered to guests. The bathtub area was in poor shape. The caulking around the tub was cracked, peeling, and discolored, which made the entire space feel unclean. The tile surround also looked worn and neglected. For a space meant for bathing, it didn’t feel sanitary or well-maintained. The A/C unit was visibly dirty, with dust and grime built up in the vents. It also looked like it hadn’t been wiped down or serviced in a long time. This is especially concerning for guests with allergies or sensitivities. There was noticeable damage to the wall and baseboard near the entry area—wood exposed, cracked, and chipped. It gave the room a very poor first impression and made it feel run-down. The picture frame on the wall had shattered glass in it. Not only does it look terrible, but it’s a clear safety hazard. It should have been replaced long before a guest checked into the room. Overall, the room felt neglected and in need of a top-to-bottom refresh. I hope management takes these issues seriously.

we checked in on a Wednesday, and checked out on Sunday. Our room was cleaned on Thursday. Room was not cleaned on Friday. Friday night we asked the desk person why our room was not cleaned, and she asked if we requested a room clean which is something I never heard of unless you put a do-not disturb sign on the door. Nevertheless we asked for clean towels. After about 30 minutes we had to go back and ask again. When we left the room on Saturday we requested our room be cleaned. We did this twice. When we returned Saturday night the room still had not been cleaned. The hotel was very noisy, and people were always hanging around outside. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The ironing board was broke there was no iron in the room I had to wait 20 minutes for them to find one you got people sleeping outside on the parking lot in cars prostitution had a man pull up on me and asked me was I looking for a boyfriend heck no the tub paint peeling out the tub they offer a breakfast but it wasn't breakfast I won't be staying there again I get the children can be loud but all that jumping around above my head was unnecessary

The first room they gave us was mold growing on the air conditioner smelled musty and was very humid. Disgusting. We bring a black light and there was nasty stains all over the pillows under the covers were saturated and some kind of substance. I would recommend definitely not using this place unless it’s an emergency and you have to lay your head somewhere. It was full of prostitutes walking around going in and out of the facility. The only good thing was they allowed me to check a couple rooms and pick the cleanest room and at least moldy room that I wanted . Definitely recommend taking all of their pillows and sheets, bringing your own and a plastic bed protector just in case there’s bedbugs but I did not see any bedbugs and then when you get home wash everything you have. Don’t let it touch any of your stuff at your house until it’s completely clean.

Generally felt unsafe. I was selling a house close to this hotel so know the area. Lots of people coming and going all night. The room smelled like smoke. There was no elevator and room was on second floor. My room wasn’t cleaned after the first night. Each day the key stopped worked and had to go to the front office to get it reprogrammed. Spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else.

While the property was conveniently located; the area was less than desirable. The parking lot smelled like marijuana and there were pan handlers on the corners near the hotel. The beds were comfortable, but the bed frame was very noisy. In general the room shows its age, it looked like the corners were never cleaned, there was a hole in the wall over the nightstand.
When I booked the room I did this through a third party and prepaid, upon check-in I was mistakenly charged again and was told the refund was put through right away. I had to call and follow up on this twice after being charged for a 3rd time.

Not the worst but definitely not the best…

The staff was friendly, but the hotel was in some pretty rough shape. Our room wasn’t the most cleanly, there was dust bunnies everywhere, the window looked like it was spray painted, found what looked like pubic hair in one of the towels, and a few small stains on the bedding. The morning of us leaving around 4:45/5 am the fire alarm in our room went off for about 2-5 seconds but nothing seemed to be going on checked to see if anyone was leaving and didn’t see or hear anything. The pool had sand in the bottom and was getting kinda slimy like algae was starting to grow. Tv channels were the best but wasn’t to concerned since we only watched to wind down at night. The breakfast also was fairly good no real complaints there, the breakfast room was also in great shape. We also stayed away from the ice that was offered from the machine due to a good amount of mold growing in it.

We were in town for the Indianapolis 500. What we didn't like was paying over $200 per night for an $89 low quality hotel. We did not expect the Baymont brand to be this bad. Walking into the room, first you notice the shaking loose patched door security that wouldn't stop a lean, there were no hangers because there was no where to hang clothes, the bar had been removed. The bath tub was painted, the beautiful granite counters were 6 inches lower than standard, the bed clothing and towels had stains as well as the chair, and the carpeting turned socks black. The low flow shower head worked great, restricting waterflow to a mist. The room does have a mini refrigerator and microwave. Janky and sketchy at best.

The hotel had a bad smell and when we got to our room the bathroom smelled like sewage. We had to keep the door closed so that the smell didn't spread to the entire room. They offered us another room but the situation was the same. We have stayed at Baymont hotels before but this one was very disappointing and we will never stay at this one ever again.

The attendant when we first arrived was very helpful!! The lock on the hotel room door did not work we had 2 towels for 3 people. There was a light right outside the window all night. No coffee maker in room. The breakfast had food clearly expired. There was no juice for breakfast the first day and no coffee the last day. Breakfast was very limited on Monday. When asked for additional towels for the pool I was told no. Never an attendant at desk to speak to about anything

Outstanding Staff Made a Tough Day Easier.

Although I didn’t end up staying at this hotel due to a mistake on my part with the booking, I still felt compelled to leave a review because of the outstanding service I received. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help me during a stressful moment. They were incredibly kind, understanding, and patient while trying to assist me with rebooking options—even though it was my own error.

Their professionalism and compassion truly stood out, and it's rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. If the level of care I received at the front desk is any indication of how the rest of the hotel operates, then I’m sure staying here would be a wonderful experience. I’m already looking forward to rebooking in the future and finally getting to enjoy a stay at what clearly is a well-run and customer-focused hotel.

The front desk staff was awful. No one was available at any time during the day, always had to call to get them. The \"breakfast\" was non existent. Stale biscuits, No hot food except waffles, The juice was empty three days in a row. The coffee tasted burnt. I expect more from a Wyndham property. The only good thing is the bed was comfy and the room was relatively clean. The pool also closed at 9pm which is weird time. Thankfully I only slept in the room and didn't spent time on property.. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Horrible stay. I would've cancelled immediately if I could have. Pictures make the hotel look much nicer than it is. No hot water for the shower. Bed wasn't made in the morning, and I had to ask for more bathroom products each day. Key card wouldn't work and had to be recoded each day (super annoying). Indoor pool was either cold or way too hot. And it was dirty. There was no room phone until the 2nd day and no alarm clock until the 3rd day.
Only decent thing I can day is the room was clean.

The hotel and rooms are poorly painted and maintained. The lock to our first room was broken even though a ket card worked, which felt unsafe, the bedframes were metal, (think county jail metal), and the room did not smell clean. We recived a second room that was not muhc better, pooly painted, no working tv, rusted vent, metal bed frame, chipped tub. Overall the hotel felt very unclean and we shortened our stay by one day. The hotel was in a terrible location. Smelled of weed and had barely any parking. The room we had we checked and the window was open. Took a bit to ger it closed and secured. Room was dirty but they were full so couldnt switch. Bed sheets had stains. The area was super sketchy had people in back of hotel where you had to park due to limited parking trying to ask for money. Do not go outside here alone. The hallway at times, more than once reeked of marijuana smoke. For an explicitly stated non smoking hotel it doesn’t come close. There were a lot of people living there- not day to day guests.

Pitiful Hotel.

Our family didn’t end up staying here due to the hotel not looking like the pictures that are posted. One room smelled like smoke, and this hotel is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel. The paint was chipped off the walls. Outlets were weak like they were about to fall out of the wall. When walking down the hallway pass the vending machine and ice machine area, there were clothes on the floor between the two machines like a homeless person may stay there. They did offer to move us to another room. We got to that room and the window wouldn’t close completely. It was a more updated room but the outlets were loose in the room as well. The hotel has no elevator. The reason for the 5-stars was because the owner asked me to give the hotel a 5-star rating, but this hotel doesn’t deserve not even a 1-star rating.

The property itself isn’t the problem. The fact that there was a person sleeping in the stairwell was Rey negative. Also the family above jumping up and down at 2 in the morning was also very disruptive!
