We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least.

When I hit the line to call for an attendant, ya boy Devonte was there without hesitation. Though he may have been tired conversely he didn't lead on to be. He was very patient with me as I was having issues with my bank card allowing online transactions and booking through a third party. He was very polite and extremely helpful and I appreciate it because I really needed the room and with his patience and assistance I got into the last available room.

The main road next to the hotel is pretty loud. Room was mostly clean, but some dirt was present. Office hours for checkout were limited. The bed was adequately comfortable, I slept well, and everything in the room worked.

First off on arrival the front desk clerk WILL was very much so rude and unprofessional! He spoke to you in a tone such as he ran the damn place & you couldn’t even breathe wrong! Secondly as soon as we walked in the room and turnt on the lights we seen more then 1 roach scatter, we then open the fridge and seen a roach in there then seen 1 on the floor from far distance so we immediately turnt around and went back to will at the front desk and asked for a refund, he very rudely told me there was nothing he could do for me because I booked through Expedia but he will let them know I “had problems” with them room and not that they had a roach infestation. 0/10 totally do NOT recommend!

This place was absolutely filthy! Hair in shower,nasty stuff in dresser drawers walls were nasty. The bed was something out of a dorm and the frame was not only dirty but broke. We walked in checked everything out with pictures walked out. Went to eat to try to talk ourselves into staying couldnt do it. The front desk guy was super and did give us a full refund.

Overall not a bad experience but will say that at least to the room I was staying in at the time could use a little touching up, the bed frame was kind of dirty, some of the blinds were broken and they wouldn't roll down all the way, some of the walls were dirty, the paint was chipping off as well, whole outside of the fridge was rusted out and the drawers and cabinets could be repainted or replaced on the insides of them as well. Also its says \"no smoking\" in the facility but the entire time during my stay, it smelled like someone had been smoking in there (I found a couple cigarette buds in my room). So all and it wasn't a bad experience but certainly not the best because at least my bed was clean and so was the shower.

Wil was an absolute star the night before the eclipse. My wife and I drove down from Iowa and got there kind of late, but if it wasn't for Extended Stay's bare bones accommodations, we may not have been able to make the trip for such a historic but brief occasion. Thankfully the no frills experience is all we wanted; just a place to clean up, and a clean place to crash for the night so we could see the 2024 total eclipse with our very own, properly protected, eyes.
When we got there, the lobby was swamped. I had spoken to another hotel earlier to cancel another room so we could go to Indianapolis instead, and the manager had laughed at me. I had asked if I could still cancel, and she said with all the calls she was getting to see if she still had a room open, she'd let me cancel if I called the day before. All the people had their phones out like they didn't pick the cheapest place just like the rest of us, so we figured they'd raise enough hell on their own, and looked for a brewery to get a burger.
When we came back, the lobby was much less crowded, and an exhausted Wil was just finishing reading some new guests their rights. He then resolved another guest's keycard issue, and proceeded to check us in. He was very efficient and attentive, we were up to our rooms in no time.
The beds were great, simple fold out things with soft/firm mattresses, felt new. Clean sheets, pillows, smelt great, slept great. Clean room and bath, AC worked great. All staff were pros!

the moment we walked in there you can tell something was off. I understand the event we went to made this small town a little hectic but the manager was rude and made checking in very uncomfortable. I'm not just putting the blame on them but it seemed as if this place was under budgeted and put one person on every job in this hotel. once we checked in one of our rooms and the other one wouldn't have been ready till 10 pm and that was a big maybe. the room looked like a motel in kinder words . manager made it seem like this was a smoke free zone but as soon as you walk through the doors a whiff of smoke and grime came rushing at you.

Stayed a total of four nights after my partner's apartment lease ended and we needed a stop gap place to stay. The room is very bare bones and basic. Other Extended Stays in the area are nicer looking. Didn't provide silverware/dishes like advertised, which was annoying. Staff was cordial with me at best, and straight up rude at other times (mainly the male front desk employee). Room was very clean, however, and they allow pets which was great. Nothing too bad to say about the place. Only 2 vending machines for food options. If you have some extra $$ to spare for a slightly nicer place, spend it. I prefer Candlewood Suites or Residence Inn if you're willing to pay. But for the price, it's acceptable. Nothing more than that.

When checking in there was one person up at the front desk with me that was complaining because his license plate was stolen off his car. That should have been a sign to not stay there. The entire hotel and lobby smelled of cigarettes. When we got to our room there were stains on the walls and blinds and hair all over the beds and shower. The light fixtures were hanging from wire on the ceiling. On top of that the toilet did not work. Do not stay here even if it’s the only option.

I did not like the property at all. First impression was the dirty elevator a discarded drug needle, it smelled and was dirty. The room with two beds appeared to have clean sheets, the floors no carpet but needed cleaning . The room was bare no lamps, no pictures on the walls,and big brown bugs (3) to be exact, 2 in the bathroom.

Most unpleasant. The bathroom was unclean, the kitchen was dirty, rusted appliances, the sprinkler system was without question not working (rusted and bent up sprinkler head). Gunshots heard Saturday evening (unknown if from surrounding trailer parks or parking lot of this establishment). I stayed Fri and Sat night. Told all my associates to never stay here. Not worth the cheap rate.

I had some of my employees staying there for 3 three weeks. After two weeks my guys need new towels. They charged us $1.25 for new towels and another $2.00 wash fee. That will be the LAST time I ever book with them again!

We booked a room for the whole weekend and ended up staying one night and booking with another hotel. Our neighbors had children that screamed, yelled and ran up and down the hallway until at least 3am. That's the last time I looked at the time. There was also a cockroach that ran across the bathroom counter. The beds/pillows were very uncomfortable, as well, and smelled of smoke despite being a smoke free hotel. Not a pleasant stay at all. The main office hours was only open during a certain time and there was a number to call when the office was closed; each time I called, I never got an answer. I tried calling them at noon and 12:30 (the office wasn't open until 10am) to tell them we had left early and never got through to anyone. I had to leave a voicemail.

The room was dirty, crumbs left on counter, dirty stove top, nasty handprints on the fridge, dirt on the floor. The heater did not work correctly- only ran on high so it was either super hot or freezing. It also ran so loud you couldn’t talk or watch tv over the sound. The shower head was messed up and leaking so much there there was no water pressure. Hair in the sheets, The bed was terribly uncomfortable, blankets and pillows bad enough to make us go out at 11pm and purchase our own for a short 2 night stay. The toilet was wobbly. There was a constant flow of police/ambulances throughout the day and night and constant commotion on the floors above us. There were dirty syringes all over the parking lot. If you pay online they don’t ask for a pet charge but when you check in they ask for an extra $25 per night. That’s not a big deal but should have been in the listing online. Overall this was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.

Arrived at 1:30 PM and was unable to enter the room till three but was given our room keys to access later. We were going downtown to watch big 10 championship game. Upon returning at 1:30 AM hotel fire alarm was going off but no fire department was on site. The alarm stopped, we entered the room to find numerous cockroaches crawling all over the counters. Immediately left The hotel. No one works the front counter to address this issue. The hotel is rated 6.0 on Hotel.com. And cleanliness was listed hey six. This should be removed from your website! I was charged $186 and never stayed. Outside signage states $85 per night. This hotel houses more live in residence and travelers. I feel I should be reimbursed for money lost. I have never use hotels.com prior to this and I’m not sure if I ever will again bases on your ratings at this hotel. We were forced to look for another hotel at 2 AM in a town where everything was booked up because of this event. The Marriott hotel accommodated us, their regular price that evening was $307 When we told them our story they reduce the price to 179. to get our business. Moving forward I will research better and call hotels directly to reserve making sure someone is at the front counter when things are not what they should be.

This property is a health hazard. When we went to our room and saw the cockroach week, mediately came back down and the front desk staff said how many did you see. How many? Holy moly! I think he was just glad it was under a dozen. Yikes this place needs to be condemned or shut down for a period of time as a safety and health contamination point.

Warning!!! RED FLAGS!!! The first room that was given to me It smelled really bad, like pet and pet hair all over. I went back to the desk reception and she gave me another room. Everything was fine till it was time to sleep. We couldn't sleep due to cockroaches coming out of different areas. I spoke with Kyle, the manager, and he said that when I came in to the room, I ate and used the shower to go to sleep. can't give me a refund for it because \"it was used\". I get that it was used, but imagine you traveling out of the area and wanting to rest and can't because of cockroaches. The staff are rude and the manager too. It is not a family-friendly hotel and is not safe for families.
