The room was clean and the couch was nice, but the pull out couch was rather small for two people (which is listed on their website that it can accommodate). The breakfast was wonderful - so many options! However, our fridge stopped working and we lost a lot of food from the day before. Staff said they would not comp any of it.

Mold in bathroom, hole in wall fixed with staples, uncomfortable venting system in room 70 too hot ( was sweating) and 69 too cold, shower super small and so was toilet. I also didn’t get room I booked, person who checked me in asked a bunch of personal questions like I shouldn’t have been there.

Overall the facility is very nice and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was also in good condition overall and the space was fantastic, with both sleeping space but also lounging/work space. TV is awkwardly placed for viewing and doesn't swivel. Only real complaint was the condition of the bathroom. The tub ceramic was \"rusty\"/stained and the ceiling paint above the shower was flaking off. I'm guessing the fan doesn't vent adequately. Other than the bathroom condition, the room was good.

The staff's friendliness was truly amazing, and my children enjoyed the pool. However, the cleaning of the room and common spaces is subpar. Our room had its towels removed, but no replacements were provided, and I had to get them from the front desk. Walls were dirty. Trash was not emptied when it was clearly full. Additionally, the tables in the pool area were filthy, with moldy green and gray food pieces that were indistinguishable.

The room and staff were fine. There was a youth sports team that was staying at the hotel. While I recognize that kids will be kids, this particular group was loud, monopolized all of the common areas, and were partying in the parking lot, waking me up after midnight when I had a very early morning unfortunately, and lost quite a bit of sleep. While this is not the hotel's fault, I think that the staff could have done a better job of trying to get it under control when it was so obviously a problem. I did make one complaint to the front desk.

Staff was very friendly on check-in. We were able to get our rooms at approximately 215, which was nice. We were given cold bottled water and cookies.
The hotels public areas were clean and looked nice. The coffee bar and flavored water were a big plus. The pool and gym area were also clean and well kept. There was a fire alarm chirping near the pool, I'm guessing it needed a battery change.
Breakfast was served from 6-9. It was a standard hotel breakfast.
The room was clean and well maintained. My only issue was the sofa was dirty in both of our rooms, I suppose they are hard to keep clean. Maybe a spot cleaner would work nicely.
I would stay again.

Excellent hotel. Only giving 3 starts for property condition because one of the elevators was not working causing a backup on the upper floors trying to get down. As someone who is in a cast with a broken foot and non-weightbearing it caused me to have to wait for over 30 minutes to get to main floor.

The staff were all very pleasant. The property had some issues. The first room they put me in had a terrible smell and there was a HUGE fan drying the carpet. One of my colleagues also has to change rooms because there was such a strong chemical smell he couldn’t sleep and was getting a headache. On top of that the Internet didn’t work the entire time I was there

The room was clean breakfast ok. Not happy with the condition of the mattress on the beds and pull out bed. The mattress on the pull out bed was so thin and springs were coming through the fabric. We where not able sleep on it. I ask for the mattress to be replace, but the night staff could not change out the mattress. The room was a handicap accessible room, but the beds where so low that the person who needed it could not get up and down from the bed. The mattress on the two queen beds where not good, very soft and sank in the middle. We will not stay at this hotel again.

First let me say that two of the front desk employees were great, I wish I had written down there names. Unfortunately, our stay started off by us not being able to get our rooms until almost 4:30 when check in was at 3:00. We had tickets for a show and because of the delay in getting our rooms, we weren’t able to go to dinner before the show. We had traveled 2 1/2 hours and made sure we were there early to check in. We paid just over $500 for the two rooms and it was NOT worth it. The room was clean but showing a lot of wear. We were given a handicap room with a bed without a box springs, it was horrible!! We are officially done with staying at Marriott’s, nobody cares how much you have paid or if you have received good service. We would not recommend.

The hotel was in a nice location. The room was very clean. We did feel like the air conditioning in the room was not keeping the room cool. There was a very strong smell of chlorine coming from the shower water. I am not sure if they were treating the water or what. I felt bad for the cleaning staff having to be in the very hot hallways while doing their job. The pool is very small and there was a traveling sports team there that weekend so the pool was very busy. They had a nice breakfast and various options for everyone. Overall it was a good place to stay for an overnight stay.
