The room was clean, but super warm. Most people would probably be really happy with that, as cold as it has been.
I am typically hot natured, so it was absolutely wonderful, that I could control the fan & temp in the room. I had to turn the air conditioning on to get in cool enough for me. You can't do that in most hotels, that I've been in.

Place was a little run down, you can see every drywall repair in the hotel. Bathroom had moldy caulk. Probably would look for a better place, but if everything in the area was booked, would consider staying again. I cannot say that for all places we have stayed.

The room was okay, but definitely dingy. The fridge in the room was really loud. I unplugged it, but the compressor kept running loudly. The pool - which is one of the main reasons we stayed here - was ice cold. Even the pool area was really cold. There's no way anyone could swim in it. We were really disappointed all around.

First, in one of our rooms there were not any towels. The indoor heated pool was broken-manager said the heater was broken and they were coming Tuesday- I wish we would have known so we could have picked a different hotel. The breakfast was so weak. No muffins and fruit was all gone.

The biggest complaint is that there were a handful of homeless people staying in the lobby area. We were there 3 days/2 nights and every day there were at least 2 homeless individuals consistently in the lobby. Whether they were sleeping, generally hanging out, or waiting around for the free breakfast, its not a good look for the hotel. It's especially not great when I have several children there with me.

Don’t expect refund

Nice place to stay, but had to end our stay 2 days early. Asked prior to leaving early and Was told by front desk we would be reimbursed for the 2 days, even got a receipt showing we did not stay those days. Called multiple times over the month and was told I would get refund. Still haven’t seen it.

This hotel is not even a 2 star. It smells bad and is run down. I called prior to booking about being dog friendly and booking at the hotel said it was. Manager told us it wasn’t when we saw other pets there. They charged us $120 for the pet fee. Don’t stay here. The are better places near by.

Signs for the ice machine very confusing. It pointed to the end of the hall. It does that on every floor. Ice machine is actually on the first floor. Room had a musty lingering order. Hot water and shower pressure were very low. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Very quiet and safe.

Building, rooms, the hotel is very outdated. Decor is cheap and random. Bedding had cigarette burn holes in it and large mirror in room had handprints/finger marks all over it. I tried to use the gym before we left but it only had 3 choices. No water, no cleaning supplies, and it stunk to high heaven. Treadmill was flimsy and wouldn’t reset to new workout and the weight bench was missing the pin for the weights. I’m ok staying at older places for quick trips if the price matches. But for over $300/night, this was deplorable. Breakfast was just meh, staff was very friendly.

The property is clean and the staff is invested in it's being that way. The only negative is the breakfast hours. Being a holiday and the weekend some people like to take a more leisurely approach to having to be up and at'em by 9:30am. The hours should be extended to 10:30am at least. We couldn't even get a cup of coffee. Thankfully there is a nearby Speedway. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Not very clean. One person working and didn't speak much English. The door between our room and another did not lock and I had trouble comminicating that. Once I did, he adjusted a screw, to allow the door lock to catch, but felt very unsafe.

4 night stay. First room had strong weed smell. Had to beg them to switch my room at 3:15 (check in is at 3, so they had plenty of rooms). Second room had multiple \"pincher bugs\" (not bed bugs). Also the door to my room only allowed one entry before a new key was needed (told me they would fix; never did). Literally stood outside the door and tried using the same key immediately and would not work. Limited towels available. Went to front desk and only had one towel to give me (this happened twice). Staff was limited on their English and issues were never addressed over multiple days. Had a family emergency on Sunday and would not let me cancel Monday stay at 8 in the morning on Sunday (the day prior to my departure)? They said it had to be 24 hours ahead to cancel; even though check in is not until 3pm? I very rarely give 1 star, but there was multiple issues and no attempt to correct.

The room was nice and bed comfortable. The refrigerator didn’t work. We didn’t realize till morning when our water was warm. We really like the shuttle service to the concert at Ruoff Center. That was the best! We will stay here again when going to concerts.

We checked in online to make it \"quicker at the desk\" but when we arrived the front desk was empty with the phone ringing nonstop, then we had to wait while the desk person assisted the person on the phone. Not too big of a deal overall. The room was clean and there was a restaurant within walking distance.

Do not book through Orbitz or Expedia. The hotel said they would not refund my last of three night that I did not stay because I booked through Expedia. They said they would if I had reserved directly. I couldn’t get Expedia and hotel to fix this and got charged for 3 nights for a one night stay. Will not use Baymont or Orbitz/Expedia again

There was dried shampoo (or soap of some type) on our bathroom sink. The floors in bathroom were falling apart and caused a couple nicks on our feet. One of our wash cloths was disgusting. There was no info in our room about pool hours or breakfast hours or anything. The binder was completely empty. The elevator is heckin loud and if you’re staying in a room near it (which we did), you hear it all night long. Rooms are not sound proof and we could hear conversations in the room next to us.

The room itself was nice, the outside does no justice for the inside. The vending machine took $6 only to discover they don’t control it and there’s no Red Bull in the machine but it was all advertised. Still waiting on that money to come back to my card. Lastly the refrigerator never got cold which was an inconvenience as we had leftovers which went bad. My stay was average with some good points.
