The building inside and out was really nice and clean. Staff members were pleasant and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the free continental breakfast that had quite the spread of delicious food. The only small issue that I had about our room was that both of the TVs in our room kept on buffering or character voices was lagging with the movie. I didn’t say anything to staff members because we got in late and left early and stayed one night. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The room was clean, but there were some items that were damaged and never repaired. It looks though for as much as I spent to stay at the hotel I would like the room to be in a little bit of better condition. They were cups still underneath the couch there were candy underneath the beds. It looked as though someone had had a party and just didn’t clean up properly.

Everything was great except the air filter in the room right above the table was filthy and had very thick dust inside that should have been changed a long time ago. Also the workout room was missing the 15 pound dumbbells. And that is the ones I use the most. Also the walls are very thin and I could hear the guy next me very clearly like there was a hole in the wall somewhere.
Everything else was wonderful. Great breakfast and love the free drink tickets in the evening.

everything was great except we are disappointed that other hilton hotels have complimentary coffee 24 /7 and yours only has it in breakfast hours! lots of people drink coffee in the afternoon and evening! there also was no water available in lobby like most hiltons! i think for an upscale hilton that this small recommendation would be good!

We arrived at the hotel at midnight. No employees were around. We knocked on the doors to the back area three times and callled the front desk three times from our cell. The phones just rang and Rang. The desk employee finally emerged and got us our keys. Shortly afterwards, the fire alarm sounded and we were outside for over an hour in the cold. This was from about 1-2am. It was a false alarm. I asked for a partial refund the next morning at 6:15am and the same employee said no. Additionally, our room was hastily made, towels askew. Wasn’t sure if it had even been cleaned.

We had a room on the 4th floor facing the highway, so at night it was a pretty view, but you could definitely hear the highway noise. The shower floor was very slippery. The fridge had a strange smell. There were not enough hooks in bathroom for towels. I wish the tv could be positioned so you could see it easier from the bed. I did not like the pillows.
I liked the brand of toiletries in the bathroom. I liked that there was conditioner and body lotion.
The evening reception was very nice, the drinks and snacks were good. The location was convenient to the highway.
We only needed a stay for one night, so overall it was OK.

We loved that our dog was welcomed and there were grassy areas to walk him. Happy hour had great wine selections and snacks. Breakfast was amazing, could not have asked for better, and it was free! Our son was married over the weekend and we chose to stay as a large group at this property. The lobby and bar area was a wonderful place for all of us to gather and spend time together before and after the ceremony. In addition, the restaurant was so nice and was another area where our large group could gather and to eat together. The hotel staff members were kind and professional. The fun time at the hotel added additional memories to our special weekend.

The property was clean, parking etc OK. But Twom Big disappointing issue. Went to attend a wedding and many wedding guests stayed. 1) The Room locker box did not work so I had to carry expensive jwelery in my pockets, and car. 2) NO Ironing board in room told front desk told me to check must be there, checked all around NOT there, called Front desk, they sent a terrible bad board won;t open easily so turned down to see and open and slipped hit my front head in between glasses, luckily did not break my glass but hurt forehead and I rub down for a while and OK. when I managed to set up the top surface was terrible rough dirty NOT soft to iron suites, shirts, wife dress etc for wedding. Very dis-appointing. I gave feedback to there website and told I'll contact Expedia since I booked thru Expedia that it was very highly priced and terrible service so as a customer requesting partial refund of the total cost. Please review with them and expecting partial refund as Expedia member. Thank You.

This hotel was really great! The only reason we didn’t give it a complete five star is that the windows had a handprint and some smudges on it. Otherwise great stay and a great option for those hitting up a concert.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Seemed that several other guests were waiting in the lobby as well. Also only one staff member at the desk for check in so the wait to check in or check on room status was less than ideal.

Our room was clean, but when we showered the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty.

Beds were very comfy, thermostat and shower were easy to use/adjust.

Very thin walls, so if your neighbors are noisy like ours were you’ll hear how much *fun* they’re having.

The hotel itself is amazing but we were in town for a show and I get it, it was a busy weekend with lots of people checking in and out but when I got to the desk after waiting in line for 20 minutes there was no room available(even though it was already 4:45 and check in was at 4), took my number down and told me come back in 30, was told I would have to get back in line to get my room. Once the 30 was over I Had to wait back in line for another 45 minutes before I could actually get my room. At that point I had about 35 minutes to get ready for my event. The room itself was beautiful only complaint is there were dirty hand prints all over the windows in our room. I understand that the staff and housekeepers were overwhelmed but some sort of compensation would of been nice

We had some confusion about out Expedia booking at check-in. We had chosen to pay them directly. The helper had to call a supervisor over for advice. We ended up with a room and the keys worked. Then, the wifi didn't recognize us as in that room and the keys didn't work at 1am as we entered after a concert. They promptly issued new keys which did work. Then, checkout said that management said our stay was free. Great, because they had gouged due to C. Stapleton concert a mile away. We saved 600$.

Upon arrival I found out the room I had booked was not available (1 king suite) and was given a two room two- queen instead. Upon arriving on the 4th floor where my room was located, I was immediately hit with the smell of dog urine and cheap carpet shampoo, which permeated the entire hallway. There were burned out electrical sockets down the hallways as well. Getting to our room, you had to force the door open as it stuck in the jamb, as well as push it closed real hard or else the it wouldn't secure. The room was a lot more cramped than what I was looking for in my original booking, and the sleeping arrangements were not ideal as we had been expecting a king bed. They refused to give me another room. The pool was over chlorinated as well. The one redeeming quality was the free breakfast buffet, which was everything a buffet should be, including an omelet station.

We arrived late — around 3 a.m. — and the front desk staff was friendly, informative, and made us feel so welcome despite the hour. The location is super convenient, right off the freeway, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I would definitely choose to stay at this location again!

Beautiful hotel, but…

Beautiful hotel!
Everything was great except for the uncomfortable mattress and most of all, the fact that we could clearly hear inside our room the conversation of the people next door to us. And they were not yelling. It seemed like the sound was traveling through the A/C vent at the top of the wall in our room. Fortunately, they were not up all night.

I booked a Room with a King sized bed. They gave me a different room with double beds. I asked and they blamed Travelocity. Said if you book through them you may not get the room you booked. That’s unacceptable in my opinion. I also asked for a receipt to be sure no one added anything to our room because we noticed that all kinds of people were ordering food they had for late night eats anyone could of said any room they were not even checking she said Travelocity will send me a receipt. Blaming Travelocity for everything. Seemed ridiculous.

Overall this was a great stay! We attended a concert at Rouff and it was so convenient to be right there when the event ended. The pool was a little cloudy and there was trash under the beds but the sheets and bathroom was very clean. I wish there were locks on the bathroom doors but glad to have a hotel that accommodated 6 people in one room. I wish someone had told me about the promotions going on in the lobby/bar because we definitely would have taken advantage of that. (Scan the barcodes!) The complimentary breakfast was really good, lots of options, including a chef for custom items. I would recommend staying and will definitely stay again.
