We booked this hotel solely for the reason that they had a pool and hot tub so we were very disappointed to find out the pools were filled with concrete when we got there. Breakfast was ok, the cook did a great job keeping everything out for being by himself. Older hotel but very clean just wish they would update about no pool.

The hotel was great. I love the fact that it had indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The room was great. The only thing is the pillows kind of suck, the room was stuffy all night. I had to heat all the way down had the window open still didn’t circulate in the room but other than that, it was fine.

Hotel was nice enough, amenities good, & breakfast extraordinary, but we could not get many of the stations on the tv that the hotel said they offered, & particularly Nickelodeon. This made it difficult to entertain our grandkids who visited us there every single day during our week-long stay. Nothing was done to remedy the situation, & the maintenance guy simply said the TVs were “old.”

The staff was very professional and kind. They make you feel welcomed from the time you walk in the door. From checking in to checking out was a breeze.
The breakfast was very good and they had plenty of options that you can choose from. The Biscuits and gravy were the best!
The rooms were spacious and clean. The hallways were clean and had a nice scent.
They are pet friendly which is a plus!
The property was well kept on the outside as well.
I will definitely return again when i go to Indianapolis. I have to give 10/10

The location is amazing--right off a main road with lots of restaurants and shopping. Staff at check-in was very welcoming. The room was great and clean. You could spot signs of wear-and-tear; normal things for establishments that are older or have long-term residents. Noticed lots of residents with pets--a cat next door and several dogs nearby. This was fine with us but it might not be everyone's preference. My kid's favorite was a pool and hot tub. The pool did not feel heated--probably in the 70s--chilly at first dip but very quick to adjust. As short adults with a small kid, we loved that it only went to 4 feet. The hot tub was big and was a lovely temperature. Lots of complimentary pool towels were available and the area was very clean. Breakfast was great--lots of hot options plus regular continental breakfast fare. Loved the 12pm checkout. We will be returning!

The beds are made of rocks

Was given a room key and when I opened the door to the assigned room to my surprise there was a couple on the bed undressed in the room. After turning down an open invitation to join in I swapped rooms. The bed in that room was like sleeping on 10000 lego blocks. The rooms are nice, the amenities are good I got a free peep show because of poor record keeping but that bed was a deal breaker.

We were here for 3 nights. Most of the staff were very friendly. The hotel room was not that clean. Lots of stray hairs everywhere, maybe they haven’t vacuumed or swept in a while. Bed wasn’t that comfy. On our last day there, the bathroom light went out in the afternoon. We told them & they said maintenance would fix it, but they never did. We had to spend our last night there with no bathroom light, which was terrible. Told them again about it when we checked out, but they didn’t seem to care. Hotel was in good location for shopping & plenty of restaurants in the area.

I was particularly impressed with the staff members working at this location, namely Anthony and Inga. Anthony was very polite and personable during check-in and each time we passed through the lobby during our week-long stay. He answered questions with a friendly demeanor. As for Inga, she was the housekeeping staff that popped by room when I was in the room, and she was as easy to interact with as my own family. She was absolutely darling.

The room itself was clean and I had everything I needed to utilize the kitchenette. It was exactly like we had a studio apartment and even though there were some tiny quirks that might have bothered some people, myself and my child were both very comfortable and were able to maintain privacy between the living space and bedroom space.

This was close to multiple restaurants (both fast and dine-in), but also was close to a Meijer. Due to the number of roundabouts in the area, travel from place to place within the Fischers, Carmel, Westfield, & Indianapolis area was very fast. I was impressed with how easy it was to access everything that I would've needed for our lengthy stay.

When we checked in there was a lot of confusion. Once it was resolved, we were able to get to our room. Clean, but had some minor damage-cracked sink, towel rod that kept coming apart, outdated TV. Ask about the pet fee. We were quoted $25 a day on the phone before making our reservation. They tried to get $100 after we checked in. The manager made an adjustment to what we were quoted. The breakfast was take and go-decent selection. There was a lot of liter all over the hotel. I do know that the hotel was fully booked and were probably short staffed like every hotel these days.

I reserved a non-smoking room. I checked in at 1030pm and my room reeked of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk immediately and was told I could not switch rooms because they were full. The smell was so bad I couldn’t sleep. I talked to the front desk the following morning and was told to have Expedia call and they would refund my money. No follow-up from Expedia and I’ve not received my refund.

We enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn.
We were grateful that they didn't shut down the pool and hot tub but came up with a sign up sheet so we could share it safely. We loved the spacious room and kitchen where we could cook meals when we wanted. We also appreciated that their is an excellent Mexican restaurant next door that we could walk to. Oh and the outdoor patio furniture was nice place to relax. We would recommend Residence Inn.

Was told (and signage was posted) that masks were mandatory for all guests. Each time we came and went throughout the evening, guests were in hallways and the lobby was full of guests NOT wearing masks! There was a large group visiting at the tables in the lobby -- NONE were wearing masks!!

Could be why we are they are having issues in that county!!

Upon check-in Becky was very racist towards us and it’s a shame with all that’s going on already in the world! I tried to overlook that but then later she came outside where we were sitting and told us the patio closed at 9pm! I’m DEFINITELY reporting her and BTW I only know her name because of her co-worker Shauna, who came in at 11p and BTW was fantastic, because when I asked Becky what’s her name she said the front desk clerk and walked away from me as if I said nothing to her, left me standing at the front desk, and didn’t come back to the front desk until Shauna came in! I NEVER raised my voice but I sure was boiling on the inside! I’m a human being, an educated BLACK woman (MASTER’S DEGREE), a mother, a wife, a NURSE, and a MARRIOTT BONVOY CARD HOLDER as well!

The other residents staying for the weekend were damaging to the pool and fitness area. They were throwing none pool items in the water as well as damaging the liners and safety equipment. At one point there were 22 children (ages 2-12) with one adult on her phone in the corner. We later found out it was a birthday party where they did not all have a room. It ruined our stay as we wanted to safely play in the pool with our kiddos.

I think that housekeeping needs to look thru the cupboards better. We found a dirty tee shirt wadded up in the cupboard with the pans! Of course we didn’t touch it so hopefully they will find it soon! Breakfast was great and everything else was comfortable for one night.
