No one was at the front desk when we tried to check in and had to wait for 30 minutes. She then told us we didn’t have a room reservation and implied we were at the wrong location. She then looked again and we did have one. Our room was not as pictured and instead of one king bed that we have booked, it was two much smaller beds. It was very noisy and couldn’t sleep. We left at 3 am, hours before we needed to, because of the experience.

The bed was broken in and that was gross to say the least , the wall outlets were exposed the bed lights were disconnected the hot water was limited and the room stayed real hot even with it being 0• outside and the a/c on full blast it stayed hot af. The battery’s were removed from the smoke detector and left open and the door key didn’t work half the time but other then that the other bed in the room was just fine. But there was a bright light shining in thru the door from the hallway that sucked and the Sam’s Club parking lot was bright af too oh and the curtain had a zip tie holding it up and the rod was broken. I loved the hotel none the less their were no bugs but the walls are thin and def not sound proof and the toilet was also not bolted to the floor and I’m short so every time I sat down the back hit the wall and the ppl next to us kept banging on the wall all day I almost lost my mind on them but none the less it was a nice free stay for a few days with my credits I saved from my last bday but I def wouldent pay more the. 300 for a week their that’s insane

The room and hotel were in DEPLORABLE conditions. The room was filthy dirty, the shower was full of hair, the room was only “half” put together from a remodel with no tables, no bed blankets, and a broken mini fridge. On top of all that I contacted Expedia who contact the hotel and we had a man, not identifiable as staff due to him being in what appeared to be painter clothes, enter our room w/out permission or announcing himself while I was half naked from changing. At that time he was asked to leave and barged further into room and became aggressive and belligerent stating we couldn’t be in the room as Expedia cancelled it. At that time I once again contacted Expedia as it was now not only deplorable but safety concerns were elevated. We immediately gathered our personal effects and left the premise. We weee luck to find a different hotel as we were 5 hours from home but it cause us to miss half of the concert we were there for. I also inadvertently left my prescription sunglasses in the room and went back and they had RE-RENTED the room and my glasses were “gone.” I did get the chance to speak to the manager and give her my concerns with cleanliness, staff not appropriately dressed in site attire, and the behavior of the male entering our room and was nice and understanding but it did not fix ANY of the problems we encountered. I also filed a police report due to the safety concerns and stopped the payment at bank! I WOULD NOT recommend this property to anyone!

There was no parking in front of building had to walk a long way. The hotel was disgusting. Stains on counters. Actually sticky white film on counters. The light in the bathroom didn’t work. Went to tap on it to see if it would turn on it had a sticky substance on it as well. I asked if I could cancel and get a refund and was told no. Ended up not staying over night due to the condition of the room. My room number was 204. I didn’t take pictures as I didn’t think about it until I got this request for review of the hotel. $60 wasted!

Found cockroaches in the room. The Manager Mary apologized for the problem after shiwing her picures from inside the room. Was promissed a full refund, but Mr. B, the owner, refused to refund me 2 days. Mind you I stayed there for one day only after I discovered the pests infestation. Also the hotel is very noisy, no breakfast, not even afternoon cofee or tea, just cheap cheap service. I guess Mr. B wants to collect your money, not refund it when there is a legitimate issue with the service or the facility,

They gave my reserved room away to someone else. They gave me another room that didn't have a king size bed like I had reserved. They sent me first to the room that I had booked and my key wouldn't work and people were in there the whole fiasco took over 30 minutes. I was exhausted when I got there so that didn't help at all. Let's say that me being highly disappointed would be an understatement. I'll never stay at another motel 6.

This place is a huge snake pit! I have been staying there since July 11, 2025 and July 22. I left but I made a reservation. I came back at about 4 PM to pay for my room. All my things were taken out of my room in the laundry room where they had took all of my things, all of my soap, my deodorant, etc. And then they told me that they didn’t have a room now mind you there is a lady that works, their name, Peggy Gold, Alicia, Samuel and Mary Cooper. These are the motel six staff now mind you all of these people live here, except Samuel, which is a Punjabi. Do not go to this hotel if you have any type of living situation going on Alicia is a thief. Peggy is a liar and Alicia‘s boyfriend Chris is the maintenance man which is addicted to heroin anytime somebody comes in that hotel they’re always in their room still stealing in their stuff. On July 12, I left to go work and I come back and the housekeeper stole my alcohol. I reported it to the owner, Mr B and which home gave me $20 out of his pocket on camera at the front desk. Also they have a false elevator thing up that needs to be handled. I’m reporting that too.

I paid for a king size bed and they said they sold out of kings, even though there was still availability online, so they gave us a double bed. The lobby reeked of pot. The tv channels were almost all in either spanish or for the blind, since it narrated between speaking parts. Check out was at 11, but housekeeping went down the hall knocking on everyone's doors at 9:30-10am, which was totally unprofessional. I will never be returning to this location.

Room: tattered curtain half hung, 1 screw in toilet seat, shower was crindgy, springs popped through 3in mattress, 2 flat pillows on each bed, no lamps only bright cam lights overhead, TINY odd sounding tv, no clocks, no phone. Elevator made so much noise/shaking we never got back on it again. Literally so bad that my 7 year old son asked nervously if we were really staying here?! We did NOT stay.

Decent for the price
This stay was part of a longer trip and was a quick stop on the way to our next destination. The room was non-smoking, but you could smell that others were smoking in other rooms. There was no actual bathroom door, just a divider that you pulled closed. The main lock on the door wasn’t aligned well, so you had to push down hard on the handle to get it to engage and disengage.

Staff was great! Location perfect for what I needed. Shops and food were close by. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. They're in need of updating and they were doing that during my stay, so I hope when I return next year, I can post pics of the new rooms.
