Nice stay in Singapore.

Hotel was at a reasonable price and offered good value for money.

Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early from a morning arrival.

The rooms were quite small but not a problem if not planning to spend a long time in the room. They were cleaned daily and towels replaced.

Location is slightly out of the centre of Singapore but close to Haji street and Arab district. There is also a bus station right outside which goes to key areas such as Gardens by the bay.

Complimentary extended stay after check out time.
Pool regulation should be carried out as people were jumping into the pool with normal clothing which is very unhygienic.
New weights machines require in the gym.
Breakfast people standing eating and drinking by the buffet. Foodstuff on the chairs and floor in salt and pepper restaurant.

General cleaniness ok. Beds comfortable. breakfast was slightly ramdom selection but adequate for our requirements. Good transportation links outside hotel to easily get to all attractions.
No glasses or plastic cups in room and reception would help with this, just coffee mugs.
Family room was tight on space we had to keep our suitcases on the balcony as no where to put these with 4 people in the room but we managed for 3 nights.
Overall the hotel was good value for money for a base, the hotel pool was a bonus to cool down after a full day out exploring.

Great location, close to the metro station. Clean rooms. I recommend it to anyone traveling to SG on a budget. Just one observation from the field of hotel cognitive linguistics. At this hotel, when the receptionist talks about one night in room 606 and then about a \"upgrade\" room, it means they'll move you to a higher floor,(np 17) it doesn't mean you'll get a larger room.

The room was fantastic everything else was average at best. We stayed for 3 nights and paid extra compared to other establishments as we wanted to treat ourselves for the last few nights in Thailand 🇹🇭. The shower in room had no power at all same as the toilet hose spray literally drops of water came out . The pool was no very clean I think this could be because the shower before you enter wasn’t working. Solitere highlighted that they have a top breakfast but oh my my was really far from it . Pre cooked fried on the back and they just refill so eggs are cold, very poor selection and you can tell is a lot of leftover meat combined to make some kind of dish , Thailand itself in our experience is most breakfasts supplied by hotels are always really good like out of this world we just felt let down when you are boasting about how good your breakfast is so you’ve already set the bar high so expectations are ready for a awesome experience.
Unfortunately we won’t be back but wish you all the best

The room was on the small side. I think the photos online are misleading.
That said the room was clean, bed comfortable and the shower was good.
I was not exactly impressed with the breakfast, not really tailored for European travellers but HT coffee was good.
We did not have a lot of interaction with the staff at the hotel but the lady that checked us in when we arrived was very pleasant and gave us a room early as check in was 3pm but we got the room at 11 am which was great.
Overall the hotel was OK and is not too far from the city centre.

Everything was excellent with the exception of the breakfast menu/presentation,. Specially the orange juice was only cordial.
Having said that, the front desk attendance was incomparable, Faizal Eric and other members of front desk were absolutely helpful and professional , Valentines day was made very special by the offering of silk flower to the ladies.
We would definitely recommend your accommodation to our friends, and would stay in the future.

Check in was fine however it lacked customer service. No smile, not at all friendly! I did not like that at all. In addition the picture in the website showed a much bigger room. I was very surprised for its very small room space! You can’t even open up the luggage! I had to readjust the space just to open up the luggage! Please make it more North American room sizing! Totally fake image of the room space! Otherwise hotel was located in great spot - close to MRT, buses, and lots of food options close by! The breakfast buffet was fine but very small space for the amount of people it holds! Pool was fabulous and it was the perfect spot in the morning!

The place is very clean. Check in is fast. Check-in staffs very courteous and friendly. It is sure much better then the Furama Hotel in Chinatown where i used to stay. The only problem is the tv. Every channel seem to hang after a few minute with only sound and the video constantly freezes. Check-out is a breeze with the kiosk. I will definitely come back.

The quiet hours signage states 10pm-7am, but this was not respected during my stay. There was excessive noise from guests along the walkway, including shouting, laughing and loud door slamming. The room next door was also extremely noisy in the middle of the night, and i was unable to get any rest. Due to the ongoing disturbance, i checked out earlier than planned.

Room was good but be aware they are very small if booking for 3 people, no room for suitcases and im a 6 foot person and bearly fit on the toilet without squishing in between the shower and basin,
very busy lobby all the time and the breakfast they offer terrible quality and choice of food. Plus there is about 70 seat in the restaurant for breakfast and tbe hotel has 1500 rooms.. very crowded and unpleasant.
On the plus side staff were amazing and very helpful
