Such a great way to spend a family vacation. All the details of the hotel make it so fun for the kids. Very family friendly. Felt worth the money.

Legoland hotel offered value for money. For the price we paid, we enjoyed buffet breakfast for our group of 3 (free breakfast is for 4 pax) and free Legos from a treasure hunt in the room.
The rooms were beautifully decorated according to the theme and the furnishings were sturdy including the bunkbed for kids which can safely accommodate a larger kid.
We loved the fact that it was located close to the park entrance and had free parking although it was located further away. There was a shuttle that would take guests from parking to hotel lobby. We did prefer valet parking but after leaving for a couple of hours, the valet parking area was already full when we came back.
The staff were also wonderful and most can speak English and were very helpful! Overall, it was a memorable and superb stay!

great stay, it was off season so we basically had the park to ourselves. the hotel and staff are amazing, the only downside is the diner options...not great food in the evening buffet. but we would definitely go back, would juat plan to head into rhe city for dinner

호텔프로그램 3개 다 이용했는데 아이들도 재미있어하고 좋아해서 프로그램 예약창 열리자마자 예약하길 참 잘한 내자신 칭찬합니다.

本人當日準時在可入住時間到達酒店，當時已有很多人排隊， 排了很久，到我們登記時，職員跟我們說未有房間可以入住，需要等候一個多小時才有房間， 因為暑假關係，本人也明白等候時間會很長，本人沒有辦法的情況下仍接受，過了一個多小時之後，本人再到大堂打算向職員領取匙卡取房間，職員說又要我們重新排隊領取，即是又要多等半小時以上才可取匙卡。在此本人對酒店安排並不滿意，雖然每位職員也很有禮貌，但整個過程令本人及家人耽誤了享受酒店遊玩的時間。酒店費用也不便宜，所以我對這次酒店的旅程覺得不愉快，希望貴司能向酒店反映一下。

전에는 호텔에서 자고 다음날 레고랜드 오픈할때 레고랜드로 이어져있는 곳으로 편하게 입장했는데, 사람이 많아져서 그런지 이젠 호텔에서 레고랜드로 다이렉트로 들어가지 못하는 것이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

레고를 모티브로 한 호텔이라 곳곳에 아이들이 좋아할 레고 동상이나 레고 조립이 가능한 곳이 많아요. 조식이나 석식이 한정적이라 아쉽지만 아이와 즐거운 시간 보내기엔 좋네요.

직원들의 응대가 신속하지 않고 불합리한 것들이 많음. 메뉴얼대로 하는 것이겠지만, QR 체크인은 한대 밖에 안되고 직원이 그 한대로 일일이 고객을 응대함. 그럴려면 QR은 왜 있능건지 모르겠음. 조식도 사람이 몰려들 것을 몰랐는지 이어셋을 착용하고 있는 직원이 없었음. 그동안 많이들 몰렸던 적이 있었을텐데 역시 운영을 불합리하게 하는 듯.. 레고랜드 연간 회원 구입했지만 호텔은 다시 이용하진 않을 듯..
