The whole place has a very run down feel to it. Especially the corridor which was dimly lit green in color. Reminds me of horror movie. The bed mattress was noisey to lay on. Got only a hand towel for bath robe. I can go on. Booked for three days, left after the first day. Never went back again.

This property is very easy to find and close to downtown. The room was super clean and room service did a great job everyday of our 3-day stay. It’s winter and the room was warm enough. Nice quality towels, very clean bathroom. The room is not big but it was perfect for two of us. We paid ₩60,000/night which was a great deal. Convenience store downstairs a plus.

추천하지 않습니다. 청결도는 셋탑박스를 손으로 쓸었더니 뽀얀 먼지가 나오는 수준이고 화장실에선 곰팡이냄새와 곰팡이가 육안으로 확인되는 정도였습니다. 쾌쾌한 냄새는 기본이고 침대에서 자는것 조차 찝찝해서 베개에 수건을 깔고잤습니다. 물온도 조절은 되지 않고 삐~소리가 나면 찬물이 나오는 샤워기에..진짜 모텔보다 못한 수준이었고..

여행이 주는 설렘 가득한 기분이 있기에 그 어느곳을 가도 대부분 만족스럽습니다. 가격이 비싸지 않으면 그만큼 더 불평도 없어지지요. 하지만 여긴 아닙니다. 진짜 최악중에 최악이고 다시는 이런곳 안가고 싶네요. 바닥은 심발자국이 검게 있고, 서랍장엔 노란때가 묻은 면봉이 그대로 들어있고 커튼을 치려니 먼지가 굴러다녀 커튼을 건드릴 수가 없었어요.

호텔이 아닌 오피스텔이였어요.. 각자의 선호도에 따라 만족도도 다르리라 생각합니다. 저희는 급하게 이틀전에 예약하느라 가격이 많이 비쌌어요(15만조금안됨). 기본도구는 사야하지만 물이랑 수건은 더 달라고 하니 넉넉히 주셨어요(수건이 좀 낡음) 친구, 가족, 동호회? 등등 먹을꺼리 싸가지고 와서 먹어도 될듯합니다. 인덕션, 세탁기 있었어요. 다시 이용할지는 잘 모르겠어요

방을 두번이나 바꿨는데도 냄새가 여전히 났습니다.. 물론 안 그런 방도 있겠지만..

침대도 엄청 크고 다 좋았는데 화장실 샤워기가 ,, 물이 시원하게 나오즈 않고 물 온도가 샤워하는 내내 왔다갔다 해요! 분명 뜨겁게 맞춰놨는데 갑자기 차가워졋다가 또 뜨거워졌다가... 그거 빼곤 깨끗하고 오피스텔같아요 좋습니다!

깨끗한 숙소이긴하나 완강기 걸이 설치가 완강기를 걸 수 없게 되어있네요. 소방청에 신고하려고 합니다. 조속히 조치가 이루어줘서 화재 시 불미스러운 일이 없도록 미연에 방지바랍니다.
