Everything went wrong with this hotel. Our rooms were on the 4th floor, where there is no elevator access and the AC were not working in either rooms.

Overall a very pleasant one night stay. Check in was easy, but our room required us to take a half flight of stairs since there is not an elevator on each floor. The boardwalk on the lake is a huge plus!

It's a training center-style facility rather than a hotel. A very good park is adjacent. Room is clean and efficient, but, its windows are very thickly tinted, ruining the good view. Service at the front or restaurant is just standard.

Nice hotel on the edge of the city
I came here as a solo traveler. The hotel has an Italian restaurant was a decent selection of food and wine. There aren't too many places within walking distance to get food near the hotel, especially if you're a solo traveler, since many of the restaurants wont serve one person. The room and bed were comfortable and there are several lounge areas in the hotel to do work, which is an important feature to me. A beautiful trail runs along the river that can be access from the hotel. Conveniently, the hotel rents bicycles that can be used to bike the trail, which is something I regrettably didn't get a chance to do. Some people may not like the location of this hotel since it isn't near anything, but if you don't mind being on the edge of the city in nature than you will enjoy this place.

A very nice little hotel in Chuncheon. Right by MBC so could walk by the lights at night. Clean very nice staff.

The room was small, but clean. Limited bath towels and no bathfloor towels. No private safe. Breakfast started too late (8 AM) and there is no restaurant nearby for earlier breakfast. You cannot charge it to room for food. Very inconvenient.

We stayed there for only one night on our way to Nami Island. Staff were friendly & welcoming. Hotel is well designed, & clean. The red maple leaves lining on one side of the hotel did added to its beauty! Just to note that the toilet was a little smelly, but we thought that might be a problem with the water instead of the hotel. Also, it's not close to the Nami Island ferry station though (>30min drive). So, the hotel mgmt may consider shuttle bus service

We (4 girls) originally planned to stay 1 night at the sangsangmadang chuncheon stay hotel, but extended it to 2 nights due to a change in plans and also because the hotel was so nice. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, with some being able to speak English. They provided a good range of amenities and the suite room we booked was perfect for the 4 of us. The only mild complaint is the location of the hotel - easily solved by taking taxis to most places.

이번 춘천여행 숙소는 KT&G상상마당 춘천스테이호텔. \"와 정말 좋다!\"를 연발하며 아내와 딸 호응을 여러번 이끌어 냈다. 세명 모두 동의하는 좋은 이유를 추려봤다.
가볍고 깨끗하면서도 푹신한 침구류, 특히 이불이 만족스러웠다 아내가 \"여보 우리 어디서 호텔 이불보 살 수 없을까? 문화평론가 누구는 집에 호텔 침구류를 사서 쓴다고 하던데\" 말할 정도로 만족도가 높았다.
방에 냉온방 에어콘, 히터는 물론 온돌이 있는게 마음에 들었다. 추위를 타는 사람이 일행중 있다면 어제처럼 비내려서 쌀쌀한 날 바닥이 따끈따끈한게 딱이다.
합리적인 가격. 더블베드와 싱글 두개가 놓인 구조여서 4명까지 묵을 수 있는데 주말 1박에 17만원, 1인당 5만원 미만 가격이다.

일정이 있던터라 일찌감치 예약을 했었어요.
숙박확인차 미리 전화주시고 제가 방문하는 시기는 입구주차장부터 공사중이어서 아트센터 앞에 주차하고 프론트까지 짐들고 오느라 조금 고생스럽긴했지만 그래도 안내를 미리 꼼꼼히 해주셔서 잘 찾아들어갔어요. 이벤트로 과자를 챙겨주셨고 방은 그리 넓지 않지만 깔끔하게 묵고 가기 좋은 사이즈였어요. 여성용 클렌징세트, 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시는 있는데 칫솔 치약 면도기는 없어요.
그래도 침구 폭닥하니 푹 자기 좋았어요.
가성비 있고 주변 경관 좋더라구요.
아침이나 저녁에 나가서 의암호 둘레길 걸어보는 것도 좋아요.

조식뷔페 최악. 절대로 먹지마세요
숙소 자체는 크게 기대를 안하고 가서 큰 불만이 없었습니다. 위치나 근처 풍경은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 자잘하게 보수가 안된 부분들(샤워부스 선반경첩 파손으로 기울어짐, 벽지가 떨어짐, 문이 잘 안잠긴 적이 있음)이 있어 전반적으로 보수를 한번 하는게 좋겠습니다.
가장 큰 불편은 7.31. 일요일 조식뷔페 사용했을때 식당에서 겪었습니다.
주방 1명, 결제/음식리필/홀안내/그릇치우기1명이 처리합니다. 자리가 꽉 찰 정도로 손님을 받고 저 인원으로 과연 처리가 잘 되었을까요?
음식 가짓수가 적은 것은 이해합니다. 하지만 그럼에도 관리가 안되는 부분이 납득하기 어려운 수준입니다.
그릇은 식사하는 내내 한번도 치워지지 않았으며 식사하는 내내 음식이 부족했습니다.
주방이 보이는 자리였는데 홀 관리하시는 분이 손도 씻지않고 장갑도 끼지않고 방울토마토를 맨손으로 덜어 담으시더군요. 그리고는 바로 핸드폰을 사용하시고 또 음식을 담았습니다.
자리 치우지도 않은 상태에서 손님들을 안내하는 등 전반적으로 전혀 관리가 되지 않았습니다.
이렇게 인력배치를 할거면 사전결제 및 예약을 유도하시면 안된다고 생각합니다. 조식뷔페 관리 시스템 조정 및 식당 인력의 청결관련 재교육이 반드시 필요할 것으로 보입니다.

이숙소의 장점은 아늑함. 조용함. 호수 산책로 입니다. 직원들 매우 친절하고요. 타 숙소에 비해 층간 벽간 소음 크지 않습니다. 방크기 작은것은 알고 있었고 이전 방문에서 가장 실망한 부분이 때탄 벽지와 뜯어진 바닥이어서 재방문 고민했는데 이번에 가보니 벽지와 바닥재 교체가 있어서 매우 만족했습니다. 다만 이 지역에 선택지가 아직 많지 않아서 그런지 주말 가성비는 좋지 않습니다. 타지역 숙소 대비 룸컨디션만 보면 10~20% 는 숙박비 다운하는것이 적당해보입니다.
