I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was super chic, modern, and spotless. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had a breathtaking view that I couldn’t get enough of. The showers were horrible. Horrible water pressure and the water would go cold then hot then back to cold. Very frustrating. We asked for 1 hour extended late check out and they said they were fully booked then when my girlfriend called them and complained they let us stay an extra hour. They have professional, caring, and respectful staff. The hotel has a great environment, perfect location and access, great food, and great amenities. It is also very safe and secured.
My only suggestions which are definitely not a deal breaker for me:
- Have a more diverse night meal menu. It is very limited,
- waive outdoor pool fee for executive guests,
- Upgrade A/V system (e.g. Bluetooth connection) of the rooms.

The hotel room was very quiet, the lobby during the day was very busy. The location is a good 10 mins walk to Osmanbey metro which quickly gets you into the main areas for sightseeing. The facilities are very good. Great spa, good breakfast although main food hall is busy. We had lounge access which was quieter but less choice.

I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel room. The couches and the bedding didn’t feel clean. My family felt there were bed bugs. I had them spray the couches and change the bed sheets.
We were also upset from another guest playing piano obnoxiously at 3a and we had to tell him to stop. The staff did not tell him to stop at all. He did not know how to play piano and he was attempting to play Mike Myers theme. The guest wanted to fight for telling him to stop as he was annoying us as well as other people.
The staff had to interrupt and pull the crazy guy away to avoid any further problems. My mother was disappointed it had to go that far.
