I am still waiting on the staff about a refund. I came this weekend. I accidentally booked the next weekend. They all seem like they do not understand on how to refund you when you’re not gonna be staying even the service I used said they’re just waiting on roadway to let us know not to mention the water wasn’t working so he moved our room then put me in a room where it was absurd disgusting then he moved me to another room and had me walking around this whole time and then said sorry we can’t put you in that room because there’s something wrong with the key. Then I go to use the phone because the microwave is not working. The phone doesn’t work. The microwave doesn’t work. The water doesn’t work. I don’t know how this place is still open and running. I understand this is not the Ritz Carlton, but they are simple things that they should be able to do and they’re a simple amenities that should be working in order to be open and running by law.

You get what you pay for!

The staff was friendly considering Hotels.com let us book when there was no room available and they found us a room to stay. However, when we got to the room, the bed was not made. The previous guest dirty towels were still in the bathroom, their trash was still in cans. Then as I’m in the bathroom, a roach goes down the wall. I look down at the floor and there’s another dead one in the corner of the bathroom floor. I mean just stay somewhere else.

The room had cobwebs, spiders and flies in it. There was mold all over the bathroom walls, floor was really dirty, there was no smoke detector in the room. The sink was stained and peeling really bad. There were cigarette burns all over the headboard and bathroom counter

Room was very clean. Floors had been updated but other things needed to be like the sink, cracked with burn marks. Next door was a very loud 24 hour convenience store, loud patrons walking and talking outside of our door all times of night. The train was the loudest, horn blew evey hour all night. I know the hotel can’t help that train situation but if you are a light sleeper you need to know. Good value, taco truck on site, convenient parking, ice and soda and snack machine conveniently located next to front office.

We rented two rooms. The place is a dump. There were bedbugs, floors were dirty, towels were stained, the bed blanket was stained yellow, and was torn by a mouse or some sort of rodent. The shower had so much mold we could not even stay one night due to respiratory problems. The parking lot was full of potholes. The place is dangerous, dirty, and moldy.
The place be closed and rebuilt before anyone can stay there. The Board of health should be notified. I have pictures to back everything. Roadway Inns should be embarrassed.

Stayed at Room 113. The room needs renovations. It’s falling apart. The closet aluminum is rusty. The comforter is old and has holes. The furniture is old and in bad shape. The toilet is too low. It’s about 16” from floor. The pillows are old and in bad shape. The A/C needs filter replacement. The walls shows some mildew and needs to be repainted.

The general hotel administration is poor, and inadequate.

The property is overall \"sketchy.\" No lobby, just a window. Advertised free wi-fi, but no password available. When you try to call the front desk you are caught in an infinite loop that is never answered by anyone. The chain lock, which is recommended by management had been torn off and was missing. The handle was broken off the toilet so it wouldn't flush. No coffee maker or other amenities in the room. And a strong pot smell to which I am allergic so I was nauseous all night. The shouting from other tenants threatening each other and slamming doors were enough to keep me awake all night. I would avoid this place at all costs. The reality is nothing like the web advertisement. Spend a little extra and go somewhere nice.

We drove 2 hours and when we got there there were no rooms. Only a line of people that had booked there apparently overbooked. So at midnight we were still searching for a hotel room that was confirmed and has been paid. I'd like a refund and I'd like to report that hotel. How could you let this happen and it wasn't just me. Terrible check-in. There were people standing outside in the parking lot in line waiting to go inside and check in. The most inefficient check-in ever in my life. The manager asked for an extra $15 to get a room. We were in line to check in for almost an hour. Completely unacceptable.

There was no shower curtain. There was no coffee either in the room or in the lobby. A complete joke of a hotel. Please demolish it.

Exceptional stay. One of my favorite places to stay when I'm in town. It's quiet it's clean the rooms are spacious and well maintained with all amenities. The front desk is amazing with the hassle free check in and out. Quick easy process. The location is convenient walking distance to a few local restaurants and bars.

The woman who worked the desk at check-in obviously hated her job. She was so rude. Also, people just loiter outside the hotel and sit on the steps smoking. I’m not even sure if they are staying there or not. But being woken up at 1:40AM to people arguing in the parking lot, yelling, was not how I would’ve chose to woke up. Spend the extra money and just stay somewhere else. People who loiter in the QT parking lot, which is located right beside the hotel, will also try to yell and speak to you.

It was awful. The lady at the front desk just couldn't be bothered. I reserved a king smoking. Walked in to a full size bed. Went to call the front desk. Phone doesn't work. Drove back around to ask and she just says she didn't have any housekeepers so that's all she had. I asked if it was smoking because there were no ashtrays and she said yes she just didn't put any out. When asked if there was a price difference since it wasnt what we asked for she said absolutely not. What we pay y'all has nothing to do with them. The bed was hard as a board. The neighbors smoke detector kept beeping. Honestly I would've rather slept in my car. I will not be staying here again.

The room smelled like smoke. I don't believe it was clean. All night I heard the sound of someone partying. I feel that this particular hotel is more like where people stay for extended periods. Meaning this is their home. It's not somewhere I would ever stay at again. My stay was for a total of 2 days. Needless to say I checked out after day one.
