●Eté peu destabiliser car on m a demandé de payer de suite ma reservation
Mais normalement on paye une fois le sejour effectué.
●Pour le petit déjeuner :
- Il manquait du salé ou oeufs brouillé
●Chambre :
- avec vue panoramique super & grande mais dommage qu il y avait des taches sur la moquette
Si non passer un super sejour avec le soleil
Car normalement on dit quand Bretagne ( Brest ) il pleut....

Le lit était très confortable, seule la tempête a perturber mon reveil, la chambre ideal pour moi, situé au 2 eme étage, cela m'a permis de ne pas prendre l'ascenceur- phobie-.

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel efficace, propre et taille des chambres très correctes
En revanche, l’hôtel garde une touche vintage pour un 3 étoiles malgré des efforts de re looking . L’espace réception est fonctionnel mais le design n’est pas idéal,  l’ ascenseur est minuscule, la salle d eau et les toilettes sont vintage à souhaits, le mobilier est basique, il n’y a pas de plateau café /thé et la housse du matelas est fort désagréable.

The property offers excellent access to the train station, conference center, waterview parks, and city center.

The windows are excellent in blocking sound, but the lack of air conditioning made it necessary to keep them open. The rooms and the breakfast are both simple, but adequate. The rooms are good value for the price.

Hotel très bien placé, avec un personnel sympathique, mais malheuresement la qualité des finitions et propreté laissent à désirer:
- pas de rideau de douche.
- carrelage fissuré et craquelé à plusieurs endroits
- plafonnier arraché et non remplacé
- traces noires (de pollution je pense) autour du caisson des volets roulants...

J'étais seul pour un voyage d'urgence, donc je n'a rien dit, mais je ne serai pas resté là en famille.

Worth the money

We stayed for one night while we were waiting for friends in brest. It is good value for money, nothing fancy but a good nights sleep and friendly staff for a cheap price. The location is also good if you will contine traveling the next day, a short walk from the main railway station and two busses from the airport. We did not eat the breakfast buffé since it looked a bit average and there was loads of cafés 10 minutes away.

The hotel was centrally located and was easy to get to on public transport. The main attractions were accessible by foot or by public transport. The check in process was quick and easy. Luckily my room was ready & I was able to check in 1.5hrs earlier than the scheduled check in time of 3pm.

The hotel is over 5 floors and I stayed on the top floor. It was pretty quiet, although I did hear a bit of noise coming from the funfair opposite the hotel but it was only minor.

The room itself was a good size, the bed was large and comfortable and they also provided extra pillows in the room. The only downside with the room is the carpet was old and covered in stains. The bathroom was very spacious and although very clean had a musty smell.

The guy that checked me in was friendly and helpful and i would stay here again.

A good plain but friendly hotel

I had a good stay. The staff were helpful in a number of ways. The room was fine and quiet, and looked out over the part. It is conveniently just next to the railway and bush station, but not far from the man street of the city.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und man kann gut von dort zu Fuß Brest erkunden. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber, allerdings hatte der Teppich einige Flecken und der Fensterrahmen war stark renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück war zu teuer.

On s’attendait à autre chose d’un hôtel 3 étoiles. La salle de bain est moche, mal éclairée, sans rideau de douche. Pas de clim. Ça sentait le vomi dans le couloir. On s’est retrpuve au même étage qu’un chien qui a aboyé toute la nuit et a chaque fois que quelqu’un passait devant la porte. Le petit déjeuner était frugal en rapport avec le prix payé. Ascenseur minuscule, on ne rentre pas à deux dedans avec un sac. Je pense qu’au même prix on aurait était mieux dans un Ibis

Bien situé en centre-ville, à côté de la gare. Accueil sympathique, hôtel propre et fonctionnel. Chouette vue sur la rade et le port, balcon au cinquième étage, chambre spacieuse. Environnement un peu bruyant la nuit (circulation), mais très bien pour une ou deux nuits.

Rien à dire sur l'hôtel, en particulier. Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant, souriant et serviable. Malheureusement notre séjour a été perturbé par un groupe de jeunes venus faire le bazar et fumer dans leurs chambres en pleine nuit. Difficile de dormir dans ces conditions très bruyantes. C'est regrettable car l'hôtel est très bien pour le confort et la qualité de logement.

Emplacement pres de la gare routière donc ideal .

Das Hotel ist durchaus gut gelegen und hat mit seiner Nähe zum Bahnhof eine ideale Anbindung. Die Ausstattung ist jedoch spatanisch und teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Bisweilen wirkt es etwas karg und lieblos. Was ggf. bei dem Preis noch vertretbar ist. Es handelt sich jedoch nicht um ein Hotel zum wohlfühlen.
Das Frühstückbuffet ist eher minimalistisch. Für den Aufpreis liesse sich vermutlich auch in einem Cafe gut frühstücken.

Hôtel très mauvais rapport qualité / prix

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel lors d’un séjour de 3j sur Brest.
Aussi, nous avons séjourné 2 fois dans cet hôtel que nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir observer.

L’équipe a honnêtement l’air d’être sincère dans sa démarche et d’essayer de faire ce qu’elle peut mais, cet hôtel est EXTRÊMEMENT vieillot et mal entretenu.

Les chambres panoramiques sont très disparates les unes des autres mais ont toutes le point commun d’être inconfortables et excessivement vétustes.

Lors de ce 2eme séjour que nous évaluons ici, nous avons eu la chambre 46 qui a déjà fait l’objet de critiques d’un précédent client il y a qq mois. Et bien malheureusement pour nous tous les défauts relevés étaient toujours présents après plusieurs mois.
La chambre ne correspond en rien à ce que l’on peut attendre d’une chambre panoramique.
On dirait une chambre low cost : exiguë, moquette sale, décoration horrible. Poussière dans la salle de bain en haut des murs de faïence, moisissure dans la douche… literie moyenne.
Ne parlons pas de l’isolation phonique…
Bref, nul pour le prix et surtout. On se demande d’où vient la categorisation 3 étoiles.
Pour preuve, 1 seul flacon de savon à partager entre lavier et douche, pas de kleenex, pas de bouilloire ni sachets de café ou thé … en fait il n’y a aucun service.

Très bien situé mais si la chambre est de bonnes dimensions, avec vue sur le port, le mobilier est vétuste ( chaise dont le revêtement de l'assise est déchiré), il y a très peu de place pour ranger ses affaires et la salle d'eau est mal entretenue avec des traces de moisissures noires dans la douche et de tartre dans les wc ( nb: le ménage quotidien est correctement fait, c'est l'entretien de fond qui laisse à désirer). Personnel sympathique qui fait ce qu'il peut...

Tout près de la gare ! Refuge en cas de pluie !

Arrivant de la gare SNCF le samedi soir sous une pluie battante, j'ai apprécié la proximité de l'hôtel ! Personnel sympathique et souriant. Chambre calme et confortable; petit déjeuner proposant des viennoiseries bretonnes : croissants et chocolatines de Brest (pardon ! pains au chocolat !); confitures du terroir, etc. Le dimanche matin, toujours la pluie : j'ai apprécié ma chambre; l'après-midi, en attendant de rejoindre le groupe de randonneurs auquel je participais, j'ai profité du petit salon. Je recommande cet hôtel. D'ailleurs, la semaine suivante, c'est dans ce même hôtel que notre groupe est descendu. J'ai donc une double expérience !

Sejour sympa dans une chambre avec vue sur l'océan. Neanmoins, pour un hotel 3 etoiles, la propreté n'était pas parfaite (taches sur la poubelle, poussiere sur le bureau + taches sur etageres du dressing et moquette tachée. La salle de bain serait à renover ainsi que la moquette, assez vieillotte. Enfin, le petit-dejeuner reste correct mais plus a hauteur d'un 2 étoiles je trouve.
