Décevant, chambre très froide, Clim qui ne fonctionne pas (chambre 17), repas du soir très léger, à 18€ pour deux plats je m’attendais à mieux qu’un bocal où il a fallu chercher les morceaux de poulet et un fondant surgelé, le petit déjeuner pas mal mais salade de fruits sans goût… dommage, j’étais déjà venu mais c’était beaucoup mieux! Ne mérite pas ses trois étoiles!

La chambre est plutôt classique, je n’ai pas forcément grand chose à dire sur ça. En revanche, le restaurant est une honte. Le prix excessif pour un croque-monsieur congelé, j’ai cru à un repas de prison (bien que je ne sois jamais allé en prison). Mon repas était une honte et je ne suis pas quelqu’un de difficile. Il faut quand même le vouloir pour proposer un croque monsieur aussi ignoble. J’ai pourtant l’habitude d’aller dans les campaniles qui ne m’ont jamais spécialement déçu, mais là pour le coup je ne retournerai plus jamais dans celui-ci.

Bravo et merci. Ce qui était moins vrai le lendemain matin pour le petit déjeuné ou la dame présente était tout juste aimable. Dommage.

The rooms are quite small, but it was adequate for what we wanted (somewhere cheap to sleep).
The buffet breakfast had a reasonable selection and it was all you can eat for 9 euros. We ate in the restaurant on one of the evenings we were there and had the buffet which offered a good selection (again, all you can eat).
The hotel is on an industrial estate, but there are other restaurants within walking distance. And the centre of Brest was about 15mins away by car.
If you want somewhere inexpensive to stay and accept that you are paying for 2 star accommodation you will not be disappointed. (You get what you pay for!)

J'étais pour un déplacement professionnel, pour 4 nuitées,
Très mauvaise organisation en ce qui concerne le personnel.
Il faut être très patient pour l'attente dans ce campanile, pour diner et demander des factures, d'ailleurs, à part la directrice personne n'a su me renseigner, le petit déjeuner et le diner ont été payés sur place, donc j'ai eu mes factures afin de me les faire rembourser, en revanche, j'ai réservé en ligne en créant un compte, et il faut que je me connecte à mon compte pour obtenir la factures des 4 nuitées ! or, je me connecte et j'ai oublié mon mot de passe, je demande un nouveau mot de passe et j'ai réessayé plusieurs fois à des jours différents ca ne fonctionne pas, il a fallut que je contacte l'hôtel qui m'ont donné un numéro ou il fallait appeler, pour avoir ma facture, et il fallait que j'attende 72h00 !
Les 72h00 sont passés je n'ai pas reçu ma facture afin de me faire rembourser par ma société !
j'ai relancé aujourd'hui ! on m'a dit il fallait attendre encore 72 h00 !! l'argent a été prélevé sous 48h00 après avoir réservé ma chambre ! Quand je peux espérer avoir ma facture ??? C'est inadmissible

Hôtel horrible en dehors de Brest, tarif trop élève pour l'état des chambres et pour la mauvaise qualité du service. Réceptionniste homme hautain et pas à l'écoute, la chambre est froide et humide, elle est sale partout (en plus on est en pleine période Covid-19) ; avec une clientèle bizarre qui traîne dans les alentours. Jamais plus je reviendrai.
