The basics
Located on a busy street with a train. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby but most were closed. No air conditioning which is fine except street noise with open windows through the evening. Parking in a public lot a block away. Breakfast just ok. Convenient for our purposes but just the basics.

Shower was good, just didn't close the gap fully so soaked the floor.

This was an overnight stay to be near the airport for our early flight. This hotel was lovely! In the centre, near all things of interest and restaurants & shops. The staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Would have liked to have stayed longer....

Room was so hot (April) , but there was no air conditioning. We had to keep the windows open (so was noisy from street) and tried to keep the windows closed all day (to block out the sun), but staff kept opening them.

J'avais choisi cet hotel pour sa salle de sport, completement différente des photos ... uniquement 1 tapis a course et 1 vélo, pas de point d'eau, de poids/halteres ou tapis pour des étirements, deçue.
La chambre était grande et bien entretenue, cependant on entendait tout, notamment les appartements au dessous.
Pendant mon séjour, l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas, pas pratique du tout en dernier étage.
Je tiens cependant a signaler la disponibilité et bienveillance du staff, tous extrêmement gentils et serviables.

Le ménage des chambres ne se fait correctement et il faut à chaque fois demander le remplacement des consommables(Serviettes, shampoing...).

On m'avait attribué une chambre PMR (alors que je suis valide, pourquoi pas !). Literie médiocre, le carrelage de la salle de bain présentait des tâches (je suppose de café).
Etant en déplacement professionnel je travail le soir dans ma chambre, la chaise de bureau était clairement vétuste et prête à s'écrouler, étant là pendant 2 nuits je l'ai signalé mais rien à changé (j'ai retrouvé ma chaise le 2ème soir). Pour finir heureusement que je n'ai pas décidé de regarder la télévision sinon j'aurai certainement attrapé un torticoli (celle-ci était perchée au dessus de la porte de la salle de bain).

J’ai été déçu par cet hôtel que je connaissais très bien pour y avoir séjourné pendant plus d’an pour le travail. J’ai trouvé que la propreté de la chambre, de la tête de lit (tachées) et de la salle de bain (porte salle et pleines de tâches) était très moyenne, alors qu’elle était parfaite il y a 4 ans. Par ailleurs, il manquait un oreiller à mémoire de forme (un seul était à disposition).
Pour le reste, le personnel est toujours aussi agréable, l’accueil est bon et le petit-déjeuner complet.
