They’re still using the heater as it’s on month of March. It’s a little warm at daytime so you just need to open the windows.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay at the hotel. All the staff made us feel welcomed. The breakfast had a nice selection and great service.
The front desk ordered us a cab several times and it arrived within 3 to 5 minutes..
The bathroom had a great shower, a place to warm your towel, and a hairdryer.
Room was very clean and had plenty of outlets.
You will need to bring an adapter for USA to Italy to charge your phone and tablet.
I always bring a steamer when i travel. I bought one off of Amazon that is compatible for their voltage.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
We miss you already Roma!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel! The location was wonderful, right in the heart of an area with so many options for shopping and eating! Took us 5 minutes to walk to Piazza Espana and the metro there!

The staff was so wonderful and warm. Each morning we we’re welcome to breakfast with an amazing spread, cheerful, and attentive servers who were happy to make your favorite coffee drink! And in the evenings, Marco went out of his way to give us recommendations for restaurants and call to make reservations for us…give us help for traveling routes, and when my husband came back after twisting his ankle – right away, he insisted on getting ice for us. You could not find a sweeter guy.

We would definitely recommend a stay here and a lovely room amongst the kindest people!

10 for breakfast was the best of this hotel. The room was so small that we couldnt barely walk between the bed and the walls this was a rip off, I paid nearly 1000 dollars for a room that was hot we sweat there the AC wasn’t working at all and you could not change it. The walls were wet and the room will smell really bad. The bed !! OMG the mattress was so hard that it was the same as sleep on the floor. We were there for 4 days and this was really very frustrating. Please do not ask to be picked up from the terminal they charge you 85 Euros plus 30 more if you arrived after 6 pm . The worst hotel ever.

Staff were nice. Hotel is old and you have to take a very old elevator to the third floor for the hotel or take the stairs. Room had a weird smell and we had to buy a candle to make the room smell better. Rooms are not what I would call suites, even by Italy standards. We stayed several other places in several other cities, including in Rome and all were nicer than this hotel. It was made worth while by the friendliness of staff

Spotless and nicely decorated room with daily housekeeping. Firm mattress with crisp clean sheets.

Fantastic location in high end neighborhood. Every possible luxury retailer is within easy walking distance, from Dolce and Gabbana to Cartier and everything in between.

The area felt very safe until late at night. Hotel is on a side street and our room opened onto the street, which is very narrow. Street noise was quiet and never bothered us - we preferred it.

Lovely staff. Breakfast buffet in a nice dining room includes scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, pastries, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee made to your liking, and a variety of juices, etc.

Lift available to hotel lobby, which is on the 3rd floor. Room includes hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. No in room robes. Front desk is staffed 24 hours and you must use keycard to enter building at night, which we liked for the extra security.

A short, easy walk from Spagna metro station. Ideal location.

We loved the Hotel Manfredi and highly recommend! Stay there, you will be glad you did!

The location is great, walkable to many attractions. However, the hotel looks old, dirt and dingy. I believe I booked superior room and this was da from it. The floor the room was located on has a separate entrance from the reception and feels scary. The hallways look old and dirty and frankly I was scared. If I had not paid quite a bit of non refundable money I would have simply looked for another hotel. That being said the room itself, while dated was clean. Would not recommend this place for the money that paid. The last da there was an issue with the pipe and they moved us to an upgraded suite, which was on another floor that looked much better overall. If the room I had booked was not supposed to be on this new floor then definitely not worth the money. If I was snubbed it’s even worse.

In addition, the worst part of experience was the day we checked out. The receptionist said he could not get us a taxi as “there aren’t enough taxis in Rome”. If this is indeed a problem in the city, he should have warned us when we first checked in to book a taxi ahead of time or allow plenty of time to get to our destination. After so much headache I was able to get a cab myself with no assistance from the reception desk whatsoever and barely made it to the tram station in time but this is highly unprofessional, inhospitable and not what one would expect from any level of hotel. Honestly, I generally never leave a bad review unless really bad experience and this truly was.

We had. A comfortable stay at Manfredi Suites. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and very convenient location. Short walk to Spanish steps and Via Condotti shopping area. Good options on the breakfast served. Staff are hospitable, friendly and helpful. They served us breakfast earlier than their regular schedule when we told them we have to leave early for our tour. Highly recommend staying at Manfredi suites and we’ll definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Rome.

The staff were all nice and helpful. Concierge is open 24/7. The hotel is located near luxury designer stores in the spanish steps area. It is a 5 minute walk from metro. Felt safe walking the area at night. Many dining options around; highly recommend restaurant pizzeria. There is also a grocery store a 2 minute walk from hotel. Only thing is the hotel is a little hard to find but it is located in the corner building you need to enter through green doors and the hotel is located on the third floor, luckily a man was outside and overheard us looking for our hotel and guided us.

Our stay is unforgettable. Me and my family are looking for ways to give a review as all four of us in our two rooms just had a blast. From service to the room and friendliness of the staff.

Most specifically Delilah(Dalilah) and the morning coffee lady. We could never forget how they recommended good places to eat.

Delilah(Dah-li-lah) was most excellent to share a conversation with. Their love for their city is felt and well respected.

American travelers beware of this hotel, the pictures do not illustrate an accurate description. Expect the following: a super small room, a super small bathroom (felt smaller then the smallest cruise ship bathroom) with a tiny and poorly designed shower, few bath amenities like soap, staff with poor attitudes. Also the hotel is oddly positioned on the 3rd floor, this anticipate an elevator ride (tiny elevator) or dusty steps and special code access needed after 9pm…kinda of a pain. Our experience specifically included an extra fee for not turning in 1 of 2 plastic card keys.
And to set this awful experience over the top, either this hotel or Expedia (I’m not sure which yet), out of thin air, cancelled this hotel booking (which I booked 2+ months prior to arrival) just a couple days before our trip…Expedia sent an email about the cancellation with zero/no reasoning why it was cancelled. With only minutes to spare, and in a complete panic, I had to rebook it but at $100 more than what I originally booked it for. Terrible from start to finish. All said the location of the hotel is in the heart of the upscale fashion and restaurant district and close to the Spanish steps. However there seems to be better area options even if you just plan to be out all day/night and just need a room for sleep/shower.

This was the perfect hotel for our recent stay in Rome. It was so close to the hussle and bustle of the Spanish Steps and easy walking to all the major sights in Rome and yet it was tucked away off the beaten track which was great after a full day of sightseeing. There were lots of good eating places nearby too.
The hotel itself was great. Our room was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very fresh and tasty. We would highly recommend Hotel Manfredi.

My stay at the hotel was excellent from the warm welcome of the staff and their attentive ness in assisting when needed, even how to access the local attraction. The breakfast was lovely, just what you need to start the day. A really wonderful place with the feel of safety and quietness at night after the hustle and bustle of the busy area during the day when the shops and restaurants are open, makes it an ideal place to stay when visiting Rome. I told the front desk at the first night, he replied that they are set in certain time frames. I came back to hotel from trip late, the towel racks wasn’t in their working time frame, next day morning there was no dry towels to use. The heater has the similar issue.

I selected this hotel based on reviews and neighborhood. It did not disappoint. It's a great boutique hotel located in a very safe and central part of Rome. It is around the corner from the Spanish Steps, but it is dead quiet in the rooms. I never heard any street noise at all. The rooms are modern and very clean. The breakfast was good as well. Hot food options like eggs and bacon always available. The wifi was good strong. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be away from the tourist traps but still able to walk literally everywhere.

This hotel was great. Located in one of the best areas to walk 2 mins to Spanish steps, 10 minutes to the pantheon, 20 minutes to the Vatican and 25 minutes to the colosseum. Also was a very safe area and the hotel does a great job of locking everything down at night. The staff was always a delight greeting us in the morning and helping us with any questions we had. Truly the only complaint we had was that the shower didn’t stay hot for long, but still would give it a 5/5. House keeping did a phenomenal job everyday. If we come back to Rome we will definitely stay here again.

A great experience with this hotel in a central area of Rome. Staff were outstanding, the room, though not big, was in excellent condition and well serviced everyday. Breakfast was also excellent with a good selection savoury and sweet items and coffee made to order. My only minor issue was some noise. We were next to a family suite and it could get noisy at times with kids being kids. But as you are out and about most the time not a big problem.

Wonderful! Rooms immaculate with every amenity, staff over the top with first class service (Darlila and Roberta especially ) breakfast was wonderful with a variety of choices. Location was great we couldn’t be happier with our stay and would highly recommend.
