We had to make some changes in our travel plan and had missed the free-cancellation period, but the host allowed us to change the reservation for an earlier date and without any charge -- very friendly and flexible. The breakfast was also great and the host provided very helpful information about what to see in Taroko Gorge. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

Home away from home.

The hosts are amazing. They were extremely hospitable - drove us out for dinner, picked us after, and even drove us to the HSR the next day. Extremely heartwarming and genuine. The place is lovely and serene. They lent us bicycles so we could cycle around the area and explore the nearby beach, which was beautiful.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful. We arrived and were given a low down of the trails in Taroko (the reason for our trip to Hualien) as well as details (breakfast, key, etc) to our stay. We stayed in a quad, and the room was roomy for all four of us. There were tasty, interesting snacks in the room. Breakfast is provided from 7:30-9:30 am and the hosts appreciate being notified as to when you'd like breakfast. The location is just minutes from Taroko gorge so we managed to squeeze in one last hike/visit on the morning of our departure. Definitely recommend!

Our quadruple room was large, clean, bright and with all the amenities (toiletries, fridge, hot beverages, cable TV, good hot water shower). The owners were friendly, shuttled us to-and-from the train station, and helped us arrange a driver for Taroko Gorge and order-in dinner. Breakfasts were ample, healthy and delicious, home-cooked. Our favourite place to stay during our trip.

Quiet, friendly location in the foothills

Very quiet homestay on a large property in the foothills near the entrance to Taroko. Large rooms with simple design. Nice spots to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. The owners are lovely, and the breakfast is healthy and prepared with love! A good launch pad for drivers looking to go to Hualien or Taroko, or to have a quiet weekend to themselves.

This was a fantastic place to say with by far the best breakfast we had while we were in Taiwan. May and Daro were so helpful offering suggestions and shuttling us to the park to go for hikes. As well as the use of bikes. I would highly recommend this place for anyone thinking of going to Tarako gorge. You could easily spend a week here and go back and forth to the gorge everyday for a new hike. The rooms were great clean and spacious with balcony space to rest the tired legs from a day hiking.

Best stay with the friendliest hosts. Loved it!

It was probably one of the best stays I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. Hosts were extremely friendly and offered to pick us up from the train station, dropped us off to the National Park visitor centre, guided us on what to do and how to get there for the area and gave us 2 more rides to the train station. They upgraded the room for us and prepared breakfast for us. They’re really friendly and speak proper English. The place is extremely clean and nice and easily accessible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 10/10 would stay here again as it’s true value for money.

What a fantastic place! The owners were incredibly helpful, friendly and spoke English very well. They picked us up from the train station, helped us hire a drive for Taroko Park and made us a delicious homemade breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone traveling to Hualien!

Li Wu Zuo Can B&B was a wonderful stop for me in my Taiwan trip. I made the unfortunate mistake of trying to fit Taroko Gorge in a single night stop. With the Wei and her Husbands help, I was able to make the most of it!

Wei also was extremely helpful it solidifying my travel plans for finishing my travels to Kaohsiung.

If I ever go back to Taroko Gorge, I will be staying here again.

This was a great place. The rooms was clean and spacious. Many thoughtful touches such as snacks, tea, coffee, slippers, etc. Quiet ac and good cable tv. The breakfast was well prepared. Staff spoke English with.without difficulty. Highly recommended.

A perfect country gem

We wanted a comfortable country spot close to Taroko Park but not inaccessible to shopping, dining, and the coast. Li Wu Zuo Can B&B is perfectly and picturesquely located, and the host family are charming, helpful and obviously dedicated to keeping their little hotel picture perfect. They have done a great job.

Wonderful owners will look after you!

The accomodation is perfectly located just a few minutes from Taroko Gorge entrance. The family who own the hotel are incredibly kind and welcoming. They picked us up late at night after we made a mistake with our train booking, drove us around town to organise our gorge visit and even gave us some of their delicious barbecue one night when they had family over. Their facility is clean and comfortable. If you're traveling to Taroko Gorge it's the perfect place to stay.

Nice, spacious, clean B&B close to Taroko

We stayed for two nights. Arrived with minimal plans and the owners immediately sorted us out with an itinerary for the following day including renting bikes with which to explore Taroko Nationals Park. The B&B was very clean and spacious. The owners could not be more friendly. And the breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend.

It is a well kept spacious place run by a family who are incredibly nice and helpful. They prepare a very nice breakfast themselves and will order out dinner for you if you want to eat dinner in. It is a couple of KM from the park entrance so it’s best to have a car to drive to the trailheads and POI in the park or use the bicycles they offer if you are ok with bicycling on hills. We didnt have a car so May, the owner kindly enough took us to trails a couple of times herself and also dropped us at the train station when we left. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the place is quiet. I would stay there again for sure.

The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. They helped arrange our rides from and to the train station which was extremely helpful. Although the BnB was outside of Taroko, they offered bikes to get there (~15 minute bike ride). The rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The deluxe double room offered a bathtub and it made the stay very relaxing. The breakfast served was refreshing and light, just what you would want for the first meal of the day; very well-balanced and incredible (the hosts made everything from scratch)! We loved our stay and highly recommend it if you don't mind a little bike ride to the actual park!

Fabulous place and excellent hosts!

I stayed here in early March and had a fantastic experience. Daro and May were very accommodating and provided very helpful tips about the local area. Conveniently located at the base of Taroko Gorge with fabulous views. Thirty minute walk to the Taroko visitor centre or 15mins by bicycle (provided for free). Shuttle service was also provided to/from Xincheng bus station (less than 10min drive). I would stay here again.

Perfect place near the gorge!

We had a great experience at Li Wu BnB when we came down from Taipei to see the Gorge. For an exceptional price we had more than enough space, a fantastic breakfast, and delightful hospitality. Would definitely recommend this for anyone checking out the gorge.

Great place, lovely people, perfect location!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The guest house is located at the foothill of Taroko - it only takes 10 min to get to the gorge. The property is really nicely done and spacious. The couple who own the place are really nice and friendly. They gave good recommendations about the trails and the local places to find food. We found staying with such a local family really enhanced our experience and understanding to the place.

Wonderful Stay!

My girlfriend and I stayed three nights at Li Wu Zuo Can B&B and loved it! The owners are incredibly helpful and friendly. The morning breakfasts were wonderful and turned out to be our favorite over our stay in Taiwan. The B&B is in a lovely mountain setting just outside of Taroko. You are just a short ten minute bike ride from the entrance. We loved our stay at Li Wu Zuo Can B&B!

Best service I've received ever. I was picked up from the train station and sent around the city all at the expense of the owner's time.

Breakfast was very healthy and nice. Really feels like home.

Comfortable and Cosy stay

Pretty place to stay with very hospitable owners who pay attention to details. They welcomed and sheltered us from the rain upon our arrival at the car porch, and gave helpful advice on dinner places nearby. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and comes with good quality bed that made us feel well-rested after a long day touring the National Park. The homemade breakfast was simple and tasty; the owners put in a nice touch and served soothing cool red-date tea.

친구들 3명 여행 이었습니다. 한국 사람들은 잘 안가는듯.
장점:1.조용한 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 2.주인 부부 너무 친절 합니다. 3.조식(토스트+셀러드+약간의 고기+과일) 이 너무 깔끔하게 나옵니다. 4.자전거를 무료로 빌려줘서 타이루거 입구까지 천천히 다녀 올 수 있었습니다. 1시간이 안걸린 것 같습니다.
5. 신성역에서 타이페이 가는 기차를 탔는데 주인분이 기차역까지 데려다 주셨습니다. 10분 정도 소요 됨
단점: 1.너무 외진데에 있어서 휴식 외에는 할게 없습니다.
2.근처에 편의점,식당이 없습니다. 3. 저녁을 먹을 곳이 없어서 도시락 및 주류를 사서 숙소에서 먹었습니다. 주인은 근처에 있다고 하는데, 잘 알아보셔야.. 4. 숙소가 깨끗한데 전체적으로 보면 공실이 많고 한국의 민박 같은 분위기 입니다. 역으로 생각하면 조용해서 좋은 장점도 있어요.

房間冷氣剛好，不會太冷或太熱，房間很乾淨，完全沒有看到昆蟲，床超好睡的，不會太軟或太硬，棉被也會暖又不會太熱，也有浴缸可以泡澡，早餐也好吃！老闆娘會幫忙現烤吐司可以加任何果醬、新鮮水果、蔬菜、炸魚排、飲料、新鮮冰牛奶，很好吃😋硬要說缺點就是一定要開車才能到，不然交通不方便

花蓮太魯閣住宿的首選

很棒的一次住宿體驗,超大房型與超大的衛浴空間居住起來相當舒適~
雖然不巧電視機的音量出了點狀況,不過暇不掩瑜而且又因此獲得老闆老闆娘贈送的手工麻糬,真是令人喜出望外.
相當用心經營的花蓮在地民宿,絕對值得再次造訪!!

可以事先提醒沒法連續洗澡

很推薦下次要去太魯閣會優先訂這間:)

因為下雨中間的行程都被打斷，所以比可入房時間還提早到民宿，不過民宿老闆娘&老闆很好心加上已經清潔完畢，所以讓我們提早入住休息

民宿有很多適合家庭時間的娛樂，比如桌遊、各式球類、飛鏢，還有一個陽台可以烤肉看星星，也有飲水機可以自己裝水，設備很齊全

這次住日式榻榻米的房型，本來還擔心會有點硬，所以自備了瑜珈墊，沒想到完全沒用到，全家還都睡得非常好！

住兩晚剛好遇到兩天早餐的形式不同(猜可能是平假日的差異)，假日是自助式，平日是套餐式，不過都很好吃、均衡，也吃得蠻飽

再加上距離太魯閣開車真的不遠，又剛好有幾乎一整天的好天氣，讓這次的旅遊超級加分，很推薦喔👍

強力推薦

這家民宿位於國家公園門口，交通非常方便。我們非常喜歡那個草皮，上面可以踢球，打羽毛球，非常舒服，小孩玩到不想走。房間中規中矩，沒有什麼好挑剔的。主人和善，細心。強力推薦。非常適合當作太魯閣探險的基地。

這是一間可以媲美四星級飯店的民宿，環境整潔，建築和設備都新穎，冷氣、蓮蓬頭的水壓，都很強，早餐非常新鮮可口，無論是中式自助式早餐，或是歐式早餐套餐，量都恨足夠，果汁、豆漿、牛奶、咖啡、喜瑞兒和麵包品質都很優，老闆和老闆娘都很客氣好客，還有庭院可愛又好客的貓和狗！增添了民宿的田園風光！值得大推！下次一定會帶妹妹們的小家庭再一起來住！

有一隻玳瑁貓很可愛很親人~
2樓有陽台可以遠眺花蓮美景，也有一些小型的遊樂設施
老闆娘非常好~
我們退房去爬山，回來後詢問能否藉浴室讓我們沖個澡
老闆娘也是一口就說OK!!! 真的很謝謝~

早餐也很好吃，很多新鮮的綠色蔬菜，只是雞肉稍微鹹了一點~

新城駅までの送迎、タロコ渓谷への詳しいガイド、美味しい朝食、とても素晴らしかったです！
家族的な雰囲気で通常のホテルでは味わえない充実感ぎありました。
またタロコ渓谷に行くときには必ず泊まりたいです。
日本人がいなくて日本語は通じないですが英語なら大丈夫なので海外を満喫するには最適！

저는 보통 후기는 잘 안남기는데 숙소 주인의 너무 친절한 접대에 후기를 남기게 되네요..
B&B는 처음이라 고민을 했으나 기존 숙박객들의 후기가 하도 좋아 저도 숙박하게 되었습니다.
인근 기차역까지 픽업도 해주시어 신청역에서 화련역으로 이동하여 저녁에 야시장 구경도 하였습니다.
너무도 친절한 서비스 감사합니다.
다음날 숙소 주인장이 직접 식당 추천 및 차량을 제공하여 식사를 하였으며 너무 만족한 식사였습니다.
타이루거 택시투어 예약까지 연결해 주셔서 너무 행복한 여행이었습니다.
다시한번 감사드립니다.
