way better quality than expected for the price. Staff was very professional and polite. I was flattered they actually cleaned my room and made my bed every day.

FYI, you will need a cab to get from last leg subway station to the hotel. you can flag a taxi, but if you want consistent pricing, get it from app.

Location is good and room is nice size. One issue is that there were people smoking in some rooms and the smell coming from the hallway. The rooms were not sound insulated well, we could clearly hear when people talking in the hallway

A decent hotel next to the Olympic Park and a congress centre. We had a clean, slightly worn, room with a view at the old Olympic Village and a glimpse of the Bird's Nest stadium. A good western/Chinese breakfast.

Very quiet neighborhood (not much to do). Metro line 8 is a 10-15 min walk away - the path leads through the security gate of the Olympic Park and may be hard to find at first. Otherwise, taxi is the only way of transportation, especially at night. There is a small shopping centre a few minutes away, but it is pretty much dead apart from a few restaurants in the basement and 4th/5th Floors.

This is a non-smoking property. But the smell of cigarette smoking is in the room. Customers are smoking in their room and keep the door open, so the smoke is spreading out to the corridor. We saw similar situation happened twice during our one-week stay. Seem like they don’t have control or intention to control over this problem.

Nice clean hotel that worth the money

Quite worth the money as the place is clean and nice. The only issue I have is that the hotel is not near any train station but I could grab a metered cab easily with the Didi apps.

IT WAS A NICE HOTEL, VERY NICE ROOM, CLEAN AND SUPER RELAXING, THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT I ENCOUNTER IS LANGUAGE BARRIER, I THINK THEY SHOULD TRAIN SA FRONT DESK STAFF IN SPEAKING ENGLISH BECAUSE THEY WILL ENCOUNTER GUEST THAT DOESNT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK MANDARIN, BUT OVERALL THEY ARE NICE

Place for business trip only

Its a good hotel for business trip, especially if you have meeting/conference around new exhibition center. But if you are a tourist, then i dont recommend as location is far and boring.

Breakfast is normally not included, quality is below average, not so many choice of food.

Hotel is located in a closed area, and need a little walk to get to bus stops. There are many buses around, and is convenient to have a bus card. Airport shuttle bus stop is 1 km away.
During check out, one staff is facing 5 customers, and other staffs are doing something else.

Execellent buy for a short business trip

Hotel was clean and unlike most hotels where people smoke in common areas, there was no lingering smoke smell. I was a little disappointed that the Chinese restaurant was closed but it was during the Lunar New Year so I can’t blame them. The price was worthwhile and the neighborhood is quiet. I’d stay here again; proximity to airport and all important locations makes it convenient for a business trip.

Extremely convenient for convention center

In visiting Beijing, many Westerners stay at a luxury hotel simply to make sure that the level of service will be adequate. This is a Chinese hotel but built to Western business hotel standards. Front desk and the business level staff do speak English, and are very polite and welcoming. If you have business in the convention center/Olympic Village area, this is a good choice.

Good hotel by the Convention Ctr.

Clean & efficient hotel. Low lit corridors but spacious and functional rooms. Very good wifi in the room!
Rate is a little high, 800¥ for double, w/o breakfast. That costs 80¥ pp but it must be said it's a great breakfast.
If you're engaged at the convention ctr or the Olympic Park, it's very good location, but a bit far from Tianamen Sq.

Nice hotel overall, friendly staff

This hotel is located a stone's throw from the Bird's Nest national stadium and olympic park, and is attached to the Beijing International Convention Centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a nice bed, cable TV with some English channels, WiFi was free and ok. The bathroom was fine, although they appear very guarded with their spare toilet paper! Breakfast was very good with a huge buffet selection of European continental style foods, Chinese hot buffet and hot eggs, bacon etc. I would recommend this hotel overall.

Good choice for business travelers.

This is a very nice hotel. I came for business. The room has good desk space. It is easy to get a taxi. The hotel staff was very good at explaining directions to the taxi driver--this was necessary even though I brought a map in Chinese. It's not particularly close to the subway, but I didn't try. The food is good, but the restaurant is quite expensive. There are not a lot of choices nearby, although I found a food court, burger king, and a couple of coffee shops. The hotel is connected to the Beijing Convention Center. My only complaint about the room is that the lighting was a little insufficient at night. Otherwise, very comfortable.

Confortable, but bit expensive

Overall, we stayed confortably during our 5 nights stay. Room was clean enough and there necessary amenities.
But it seemed bit old. Bath tub and sink drain was slow.
Staff were helpful but only we requested.
Restaurants were very costy. There are small food court and some restaurants nearby.
I felt bit over priced. If it's 20% cheaper, I would stay there again.

Absolutely hated it!

The only good thing about this hotel is its close proximity to the BICC. I had hard time communicating with the staff since most of them didn't speak English, I smelled cigarette smoke constantly in my room, and the hotel seemed overall very disorganized. I'll never return to this hotel.

Plenty of potential but the inside air was awful

I would have given a much better rating if it were not for the air. I am talking about the INSIDE air. I had a non-smoking room. Somehow it seems that the inside air is drawn from somewhere where people smoke and is otherwise awful! I should have ask for a different room; maybe they have something better. Other than that, the hotel seems well maintained and clean. I liked the location. It was easy to get from and back to the airport. You can walk to the olympic venues, but there is not much to see or do there. It is a long but manageable walk to the subway, which is easy to use, even for a non-chinese-speaking person like me.

Nothing wrong with this place, perfectly positioned for the conference center (which is why I was there). equally there was nothing special about the place either. It was clean comfortable and the staff were efficient and a bonus for me was that alot of them had good english. The location was perfect for the conference centre, but not the best if you wanted to walk to any sights (other than the olympic park), you'll need to take a taxi.

Amazing Experience

The week in Beijing was amazing. The hotel service, staff and overall conditions was great. I stayed at the hotel for the ISPRM 2013 congress, and was able to speak to staff in English and they would understand enough to assist. Their breakfast was very good, as well as directions and organisation of local transport. Bejing itself was very safe, easy accessable and affordable. People were very friendly to tourists and always willing to help. Thank you.

I originally stayed at this hotel just before the Beijing Olympics and was happy so had no concerns about booking again. However, when I arrive I discovered the lobby was being completely refurbished and so it was a temporary setup on the 3rd floor. Therefore, if you are booking this hotel expecting the conveniences of a hotel, other than a room, I would not recommend it. Breakfast was made available next door in the convention centre, but I did not use that.

Poor hotel management, poor service, stay away.

I am afraid there are few positive comments I can make. The hotel management is pitiful and out to get your money. Upon arrival I found myself (as did all others) re-routed through an unwelcoming, sad-looking service entrance, as the main entrance and reception were under reconstruction. The 3rd floor reception was awful, equally unwelcoming, and the staff was barely per-functionary. The room was alright, however there was an obnoxious acetone-like smell throughout (also perceived by other guests). Breakfast guests had to be re-routed to the nearby Convention Center cafe. My complaints were acknowledged by management, but the root causes remained not at all addressed. The situation may be different once the renovations are done. However, I would not trust the management of the place one bit, based on its thoroughly unsatisfactory and unimaginative handling of the renovations, putting guest comfort last and profit first, with no warning to guests who had paid-up reservations.

Comfortable place

I stayed here while attending a conference in the Beijing International Convention Center which is connected by a tunnel, definitely a plus since it snowed. The hotel is very clean and the staff are helpful. English was not much of a problem since at least one person at the desk could speak. My room was nice and clean. Although not a non-smoking one, it did not have the odor. The lobby is not much and with snow outside, it was really cold. Suggest you get a deal to include internet otherwise its ridiculously expensive.There is not much around to go to. A bunch of hotels. The shopping mall next door is really high end - like USD 3000 a shirt high end - the strip mall behind it is just fast food and phone shops.

Continentall Grand - out of the way for tourists

I stayed in this hotel for a conference, and remembered when I got there that I had stayed there about 15 years earlier. It was convenient to the convention area, but not to anything else one might choose to see such as shopping or the sights one would want to visit. The hotel had been updated, and was generally clean. Wifi was iffy, but for a charge, one could use the broadband in the room. Food was disappointing, although the breakfast buffet was very acceptable. english was spoken, but not well, so being understood was a problem at times.

Recommend only if you speak Chinese

This is a nice hotel if you are fluent in Chinese. If however you have questions regarding ANY issue from reservations to tours to changing currency they will remain unanswered because none of the staff are able to even understand basic English. We had to go to another hotel to get our answers answered. The only problem with this is that this hotel is billed as an international hotel and is connected to an international conference center. Many clients are from English speaking countries. Hence, despite the fact that the staff could not be more friendly in their efforts, they could not succeed in addressing your questions and answered in non-sequeters that often were based on hand signals. However, the hotel service is excellent unless you cannot account for a towel in which case, they ask us to account for the missing towel. The ethic is not one of pleasing the customer. But even this arises in large part from language barriers. But this hotel remains a Chinese hotel and the burden is on the customer to learn the language or else find a source external to the hotel to answer questions.

Großes Plus waren die 6 Mineralwasserflaschen für lau jeden Tag. Anfangs ging die Klima nicht im ganzen Hotel, wurde schnell behoben. Weniger dramatisch, da draußen angenehme Temperaturen waren und man mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte, da Dank der E-Autos wenig Verkehrslärm. Manko ist das Wifi, ging öfters gar nicht, die letzten beiden Tage komplett nicht, und nur an einem Tag für 30 Minuten stabil und schnell genug, dass VPN funktionierte. Hotel liegt in guter Fußmarschnähe zum Water Cube und Vogelnest. Für ein 4* Sterne Hotel wirklich gut.

安心して宿泊できるホテル

2019年以来の宿泊．年数なりの古さはあるがよく手入れがされている印象．国際会議場を利用するときは次回も利用すると思う．地下鉄の駅まで遠いがネックであるが，到着しさえすれば徒歩圏内にショッピングや食事ができるところも多数あるのでそれほどマイナスではない．

コンベンションセンターの学会に参加するならココ

古さは否めないが，それなりにメンテナンスがされているので不満はない．朝食も中華，洋食とそれなりに選択肢はあるので数日で飽きることもない．コンベンションセンターとは中廊下で繋がっているので，天候を気にせずに行き来できるのは好都合．今後もコンベンションセンターで学会があるときは使用すると思う．
地下鉄の駅からは遠いが，ローカルバスに乗って移動すればいいので，それほど大きな欠点とはならない．

便利な環境

周りにフードコートもあり、ホテル内に24時間コンビニもあり、便利だったです。
ただタクシーの手配の案内がやや不親切なところがありました(何処で待てば良いか、何番か)。これはタクシーの運転手の問題かもしれませんが、天安門行きをホテルのスタッフに伝えたのに天壇に連れられて1時間ほど彷徨ってしまいました。

整體乾淨與環境都是不錯的，但室內設施與服務少，主要問題是服務系統沒有連貫，例如入住時會押金，但離開時沒有提醒有押金，我忘記要拿回押金就離開了，以前在日本出差，checkout時押金一定會主動退回，這一點是基本的，地鐵搭到一半又回去拿，且地理位置距離地鐵站非常遠，無論到奧運公園或是惠新西街北口至少都是1.5km起跳，基本上要打車，對外地來的不一定能打滴會更不方便

英語が通じない分、漢字や携帯などを使って身振り手振りの努力をしてくださったり、ハウスキーパ―やトレニーの若い人が子供が熱を出した時に、水のボトルを多めにもってきてくださり大変感謝しています。

フロントの対応や語学力がもう少し良ければいいのですが中国語だけではかなり不安におもいました。

料理はレストランは想像以上に高価でしたが、朝食のバイキングは飲茶や粥など本当においしかったです。

駅からかなり遠い事を外せば、向かいの公園の周辺に有名日本食店始め、美味安くて美味しい中華店が多くあり、本当に美味しかったです。

国際会議場での会議で利用

国際会議場に直結しているホテルなので、会議参加には非常に便利なホテルでした。フロントのスタッフも英語で対応可能で、滞在中にレストランや薬局の紹介にも丁寧に対応頂きました。部屋には無料のミネラルウオーターが有り、毎日補充されていました。WiFiは無料で使用可能でした。エアコンも個別空調で設定可能です。ホテルの朝食は種類も多く満足できました。近隣に以前はスーパーマーケットなど有ったようですが、工事中で利用はできませんでした。徒歩で10-15分歩くとセブンイレブンが有ります。また、近隣のアパートにはコミュニティーセンター的な商店があり飲食のできる施設が入っていました。周辺のお店は英語が通じないため、翻訳アプリなどを使用する必要がありました。なお、ホテルズドットコム提供の地図は場所が間違っていますので注意が必要です。

タクシーでのビジネスなら問題ない。地下鉄は…使ってないので不明。

オリンピック公園…いわゆる「鳥の巣」の近く。他の観光地にはやや遠い。
食事や買い物は、少し離れたところに行けばいわゆる地元のものがあるものの、英語はあんまり通じないので（そういうところで食事するのなら）それなりの経験は必要かも知れない。ただし、今回、そのあたりで食事をしたが、言葉が通じない以外は値段も料理もそんなに不満はなかった。（予想と異なるものが出てきたことはあったが…）
今回はタクシーか徒歩での移動のみだったので地下鉄の利便性については不明だが、タクシーでの移動を基本にするような状況なら全く問題いない。
インターネットは…いつものサイトが見られなかったりするのはホテルの問題というよりも中国の問題なので仕方ないか。
中国のホテルも最近高くなってきているらしいが、例えばここは東京の同程度の値段のホテルよりは広くて快適。

交通不便的地方

地鐵到飯店走路約20分鐘，實際上走要2-3倍時間，因為附近很多都圍住無法通行。建議搭計程車或公車比較方便。早餐款式不多不是很好吃，連住9晚菜色沒什麼變化。

他の同レベルのホテルと比べ、やや値段が高かったので少し期待しましたが、以下の通り大きく裏切られたと感じました。良いのはロケーションだけでした。
部屋に一歩足を踏み入れた途端、独特の臭いが鼻を突いてきました。
先ず最初に使うであろうスリッパを探すのに苦労しました。フロントに電話して持って来てもらおうとしましたが、
まさかのベッドのサイドテーブルにある引出しの中で見つけました。（通常ありえない。宝探しではあるまいし。）
トイレは、今時当たり前の洗浄機能が付いていないオーソドックスなものでした」。
料理は、そこそこの種類があるのですがこれといって感動を与えるような美味しさは全くありませんでした。
