Excellent hotel. Great staff, good location within walking distance to main streets and varied food options. The hotel restaurant is very good and also offers breakfast beginning at 6 AM, which is very convenient for working people. My only complaint is about the computers and printer available to guests. During my stay those were frequently used by people playing games and it was not possible to use the printers.

Puede ser mejorable la actitud del personal de recepción que trabaja en la tarde del día domingo. Eso en cuanto al check in, ya que en un hotel lo primero es el servicio.

Habitacion bien en gral, se batalla mucho con el jabon liquido en la regadera. La crema para el cuerpo muy rara, muy liquida, nunca me había tocado algo así, pero si olia bien.
El desayuno muy monotono, le falta varied, los huevos siempre los Miamis, no hay tocino, el omelette solo con queso y jamon, nada mas.

Mal, no tienen productos que ofertan en el restaurante
El servicio de tintorería ( en seco) no existe, aunque lo ofrecen
Se supone que es un hotel 5 estrellas y ni siquiera me ofrecieron ayuda con mis maletas ni al ingreso ni a la salida .
Si te hospedas en temporada fría, la piscina es únicamente decorativa ya que no es temperada y al estar en la terraza y sin cubierta es simplemente imposible de usar ya que el agua es helada.

El Hotel en general muy bien , pequeños detalles, que le bajan la calificación : el lavamos tenía una grieta casi de lado a lado ; no dejan botellas de agua de cortesía, tampoco había cucharas para preparar el café en la habitación, solo había un café disponible igual que en la reposición, y por último solo dos ascensores, que son claramente insuficientes para el el número de piezas y el flujo de pasajeros.
El personal muy atento y preocupado de la atención, especialmente el del restaurante.

El hotel es bonito, la limpieza excelente! Lo que si no me agrado mucho es que no había mucha variedad en el desayuno, no había ninguna atención de meseros, los jugos estaban súper malos ya que sabían a pura agua. Y en la carta tenían muchos productos pero cuando uno iba a solicitar algo, nunca lo tenían.

Bien en general, salvo que la reserva que hice me costó 1000 soles más que si lo hubiera hecho directamente en el hotel. Confirmé igual pensando que una vez estando allá lo podría revertir pero no fue así. Resulta que la habitación doble costaba 100 U$ y yo necesitaba 3 habitaciones pie 4 noches, eso me da un total de 1200 dolares, sin embargo yo lo hice por la página de un 3ro y me costó 1.478 que se descontaron de mi tarjeta visa. Entiendo que ganan una comisión lis de la página pero casi 300 dólares me parece abusivo. Es la 3ra vez que estoy en casa andina, pero en el hotel me indicaron que no podían hacer nada, que los valores son privados. No estoy contento como en mis otros dos viajes con la familia.

Hotel moderno, habitaciones amplias, localizacion buena muy cerca al centro de la ciudad.
El personal muy amable.
Lo unico que recomendaria es que degusten la fruta antes de ponerla en el desayuno ,y que pongan mas atencion al cafe ya que dos de los tres dias los thermos estaban vacios y un dia el cafe estaba frio.

Excelente hotel, mejor servicio, muy céntrico aunque en la calle donde esta no es muy bonito pero no hay problema pues sales fácil a la avenida principal.
Al ir por Expedia te regalan las pantuflas, el agua embotellada y tienes 20% en elos tragos del bar. Comida exquisita.

Eh Hotel muy bueno en líneas generales. El Restaurante muy caro, nos vimos obligados a usar sus servicios sólo una vez, el día de nuestra llegada. El resto del tiempo optamos por restaurante externos que nos costaron menos de la mitad. El personal del Hotel muy amable y eficiente.
