Rooms and bathrooms were very spacious, modern and well-maintained, staff was really helpful and friendly and the restaurant had tasty dishes. In addition, they are following thoroughly the measures taken against the propagation of COVID-19. It is a good place to stay while visiting Tacna.

Staff friendly, professional, caring and all around provided excellent experience for my family. Super clean hotel. Very good breakfast. We left a tip for cleaning staff and reception desk immediately called us to let us know we had forgotten the money so we explained that it was the tip. High integrity. Hotel is about five minutes from downtown in taxi. Which it wasn’t a big deal for us. Pretty relaxed and quiet place. We’d come have next time:

This was my second stay at Park Inn while traveling through Tacna. Each person we interacted with was friendly, from the front desk to the workers we crossed paths with in the hallway. Even the taxi driver who stations in front (not an employee of the hotel) was super friendly and helpful. Also a great breakfast!

La atención del personal del hotel fue fabulosa, lo único que mejoraría es el horario de aseo y ornato de las habitaciones, ya que en dos oportunidades regresé a las 14:00 horas aproximadamente, y la habitación aún se encontraba sin hacer, y luego llegaba personal de aseo, mientras nos encontrábamos utilizando la habitación, por lo que debíamos salir para que hicieran su trabajo, a pesar que salíamos durante largos períodos de tiempo.

Hice dos reservas, una habitación para 3 personas y otra para 2; en la reserva de 3, solo me dejaban entrar 2 personas, me tuvieron 45 minutos en el lobby a las 1:45 AM. Maria José la recepcionista, fue grosera, mal educada, me trato de mentiroso, diciéndome que ellos no ponían camas adicionales (con costo), cosa que era una mentira porque yo ya habia pedido cama adicional en otra oportunidad, después de insistir me dijo que se podía hacer, en fin pésima experiencia, no lo recomiendo. Para la próxima iré a Casa Andina.

Hotel, aplicado cargos extras, yo reserve por dos adultos y un niño de 9 años, en el hotel me dicen que por la edad debía pagar 19 dólares. Asimismo, le pasó a mi familia, cobrando un total adicional de 60 dólares aproximados.
Hotel, aplicado cargos extras, yo reserve por dos adultos y un niño de 9 años, en el hotel me dicen que por la edad debía pagar 19 dólares. Asimismo, le pasó a mi familia, cobrando un total adicional de 60 dólares aproximados.

Un sábado en la noche en Tacna en familia
Es un buen hotel, pero hubo dos ptos que deben tener presente: en primer término parece curioso q teniendo frigobar y estando encendido no tenga ningún refresco ni producto. En segundo lugar tengan cuidado cdo les den la habitación que tenga una puerta adicional a la de entrada, ya que tuvimos la mala suerte que en la habitación del lado habia mucha bulla y conversaciones hasta muy tarde por lo q debimos pedir cambio de habitación, a lo q no tuvimos problemas... pero si el hotel hubiese estado lleno ello habría sido un problema gigante... el desayuno es correcto pero algo pobre; pero pese a lo anterior, recomendaría este Hotel para pasar por tacna.

Me encanto el hotel. Excelente servicio, buen desayuno y ricos tragos. El personal sumamente amable y el precio muy conveniente.

Þægilegt rúm en markt að.
Engin talaði ensku, þetta er park inn hotel, alveg óásættanlegt. Sturtan leit vel ut nema megnið af vatninu for til hliðar en ekki niður. Internetið var glatað. Morgun maturinn var finn er þu fórst fyrir 10 annars var ekkert. Þegar við mættum að kvöldi til var bara einn að vinna og margir að innrita sig. Biðin var örugglega 30-40 min. Annars var rúmið mjög þægilegt.

El hotel excelente, lo único donde deben mejorar es en la calefacción, solo disponen de aire acondicionado central, el cual al que apagar para no congelarse en invierno.

Hotel cómodo pero mal ubicado
La televisión de cable nunca funcionó a pesar que me dijeron que \"esperara a que se establezca la conexión\". El hotel es cómodo, aunque tiene algunas fallas en la conexión eléctrica: no había forma de apagar las lamparillas que estaban en la cabecera de la cama pues el interruptor no funcionaba, tampoco encontré la forma de encender la lámpara del escritorio :S. El personal fue amable, aunque me sirvieron el pisco sour de bienvenida en una copa de champagne. Otro problema es su ubicación, muy lejos del centro, pero emcontrar un taxi es muy fácil, y la tarifa es económica.
