La cortesía en todo momento presente en todo el personal. La habitacion con una limpieza pulcra. El bar con un show de muy alto nivel. Solo sugeriría poner una botella de agua en la habitación como en los hoteles en otros paises. Especialmente si no tiene frigobar. Ya que es necesaria para tomar medicamentos nocturnos. En general excelente la categoría asignada al Hotel DM TACNA.

No sé cómo hacen para escoger personal para el frontdesk del hotel, pero cada vez que voy no tienen empatía, son un poco apáticos, no te mencionan de las bondades del hotel o que te pueden ofrecer. Adicional a ello el servicio es muy lento por la cantidad disminuida de personal. Adicioanl a ello el de seguridad nos vio bajar y no se inmuto a ser atento para llevar las maletas. Espero mejoren ya que la atención al huésped debe ser de la mejor para que el hotel sobresalga porque tienen un hotel lindo y lo mejor de todo moderno.

Realice la contratación del servicio desde Quito. Mi mamá y yo somos residentes en Ecuador. Esta condición expliqué en el counter. Sin embargo quieren cobrarnos el IGV de Peru, en realidad nos hicieron pasar un mal rato en recepción. El personal que auxilia con las maletas no ayudaron, tuvimos que reclamar para que lo haga.

La atención en el comedor, fue pécima. Demora en tomar el pedido y mas demora en traer la comida, mas de 30 minutos. Luego llevaron la comida a la avitación casi a los 45 minutos. Terrible, la cancelamos.

En general estuvo regular, el hotel no cuenta con una carta en el bar de piscina, ya deberian de tener la implementacion de una carta mucho mas variada, el 2do dia no habia agua caliente en la habitacion. La cochera es muy limitada para la cantidad de huespedes que el hotel espera recibir.

Pésima experiencia, el hotel lo están remodelando y solo tienen abierta una parte muy pequeña del hotel, hay ruido de construcción todo el día, el comedor lo alquilan para reuniones y no se podía ni cenar, encima hicieron una fiesta hasta bien tarde y no dejaba descansar.
La reserva e HOTELES.COM fue por 140 dólares incluído impto. Pero no lo respetaron y volvieron a cobrar impuestos, al final salió mas 165 dólares y por si fuera poco lo convirtieron a soles con el t.c.de 4.14, o sea en resumen:Una estafa.

El hotel se encuentra en reparaciones, por tanto no está habilitado en toda su capacidad. Las habitaciones que se utilizan aùn no han sido remodeladas, mobiliario antiguo.La piscina no funciona.

El hotel está en un proceso de reparaciones que afecta notablemente la calidad del servicio y las instalaciones, hecho que no fue informado al momento de hacer la reservación, sino que más de 10 horas después de haber concretado la reserva. Al momento del registro para el ingreso el encargado del hotel deslindó toda responsabilidad, ofreciendo como única solución la eliminación de la reserva.
