This is a beautiful place with comfortable clean rooms and patios with fantastic views. The staff was so helpful and considerate. A delicious breakfast with lots of choices was provided every day and delivered to your patio! There are a lot of steps to get to the hotel. Most places in Santorini have steps as you’re staying on beautiful cliffs. I highly recommend Nostos if you’re planning to visit Santorini!

Gorgeous property, extremely clean, top notch staff — you absolutely get what you pay for here. The views are one-in-a lifetime and the staff delivers breakfast to your balcony so you can soak it all in every day! Our room had the balcony hot tub, which you can ask them to make hotter which is nice. Everything felt like a dream here, 10/10, highly recommend. Perfect location if you want to be right on the main pedestrian street of Oia.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel. The room was absolutely incredibly, staff was so attentive and friendly, and the views were some of the best in all of Santorini. The amenities were also so far beyond our expectations, I would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone traveling to Santorini

I cannot give this hotel enough stars. It was the absolute most incredible stay for our time in Oia. Stefania was fantastic at communication in helping us with everything including transportation from the airport to the hotel, giving advice during our stay, always available, helpful, friendly, the best customer service from the entire staff. The hotel sits closer to the bottom of the stairs, but the walk was not bad. And worth it because it's so quiet and off the main pedestrian walkway. Our room was absolutely beautiful, breakfast was brought to our private balcony each morning. The pool was stunning. The drinks were great. The location was perfect. I can't say enough great things about our stay, we loved it and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Oia!

We booked the Signature Cave Suite which had an expansive covered sea front balcony with loungers and table( for the exquisite breakfast custom cooked.) The room had a sitting area and master BR deeper in the cave. The polished concrete walls and modern decor made for a unique Santorini/Oai experience. The service was impeccable and we greatly enjoyed the amenities and pool. The location along the Oai walkway is less congested and conveniently near the taxi drop off area. What is equally impressive is the porter who carried our 2 50 lb. bags down 238 feet of descent to our hotel location!! I have to admit, I felt ashamed for having so much weight😬 That said, this location, frankly Oai is not for the elderly-so many steep cobble stone steps, AND cruise ship crowds which pack the beautiful town. But also wish to give a shout out to Panos at the Mini Mart at the top of the stairs-very kind, helpful and was a daily welcome when we went to restock water and wine. For all our Greece travels, Oai and Nostos Apartments has been our favorite!! The Fira to Oai hike will be in our memories forever! And take a day or sunset boat cruise-islands are best seen from the water💕

I stayed at Nostos Apartments for my honeymoon and it was great. The location is right near all of the shops and restaurants. The staff is extremely attentive and makes sure you are being taken care of. I loved our room as well.

Wonderful stay

Great location, service, beautiful cave rooms and wonderful breakfast. You cannot fault nostos apartments. Only point of note is that there are alot of steps down to the accomodation.

I would definitely stay here again. We had room 106, which is basically the \"lowest\" room on the cliff. When looking over our terrace ledge, there were no other hotels and you looked down on Armeni beach. The team was very responsive via Whatsapp, which is great for a tourist. We took the bus from the airport and sent them a message when we were close and there was a team member waiting for us to carry our bags down the many steps. Included breakfast was ordered for next day and delivered to the room at a selected time. Room 106 had a \"hot tub\" which was slightly warmer than outside temp when we were there as it was in the 80s (F), two lounge chairs and a table with two chairs outside. Inside was a queen bed, jetted/lighted tub, mini-fridge, Nespresso, hot water kettle, walk in shower, separate toilet (no door, but in the back around a wall).
The infinity pool, which is only a few steps away from room 106, had a few lounge chairs and towels and rarely had more than 2 people. There is a shower at the pool because you're asked to wash off sunscreen before.

Pros:

Cons:
Steps if mobility is an issue (it wasn't for us)
Bars of soap at the sink (Maybe just my thing, but I prefer liquid soap)

Also, just make sure you don't put any toilet paper in the toilet in Greece. There is a closed trash can next to every toilet.

If you don't mind stairs, I'd 100% recommend Nostos Apartments.

It is breathtaking view. It was off season and we were the only guest so, enjoyed even more. Staff was really nice and professional.
There are some mosquitoes that you may bring plug in repellent. The breakfast quality was great and even better that they set for us in patio.
Overall, it was really great.

Exquisite location, luxurious accommodations, rooms with amazing view on all the best of Oia. Close to the heart of Oia, walking trails to Oia -Fira hike. We spent a day at the resort, enjoying the pool with the views to Oia and see. Great place for families or a romantic gateway. Hotel stay included gourmet freshly cooked breakfast served on a terrace of your room.

Our honeymoon at Nostos Apartments was an absolute delight. The staff was incredibly warm and went above and beyond in assisting us with transportation, offering fantastic restaurant suggestions, and addressing all our needs. The only minor suggestion we have is that an upgrade to a smart TV would have been nice, but honestly, Oia's breathtaking beauty kept us outdoors most of the time. We also enjoyed the private jetted tub and watching the sunset from the terrace as well. If you're seeking the quintessential Santorini, Oia experience, booking this honeymoon suite is a decision you won't regret.

This property and the people were wonderful. The view of the caldera is fabulous. Breakfast each morning on the veranda while experiencing the calmness of the water and the boats sailing by was simply beautiful. It is in the less busy end of the village which is very nice and peaceful, the staff were just excellent! They were extremely helpful and responsive to whatever we needed immediately!! The only thing you need to know before booking if you might be challenged climbing many steep stairs with uneven terrain is that there are a ton of stairs to the property and hence back up to the main walkway of Oia village and as senior citizens, we were quite challenged. But the experience for us, was worth it! I would strongly recommend this property.

Nostos apartments is the best accommodation in Santorini. The views from every angle is breathtaking. The apartments are gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The Staff were amazing and very hard working to cater to your every need. We could not fault our stay, in fact we can’t wait to go back. There are too many positives to list, the position is ideal it’s central to everything in Oia but not in the area that is overcrowded with tourists. It feels quiet and exclusive. The property is a fair way down the caldera mountain and the only way to access is by the steps. If you are not fit you might struggle on the 97 steps. I highly recommend this property we had the best time. Thank you Nostos Apartments!

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, amazing views - what more could you want? The hotel is situated in a quieter part of Oia, away from the day-trip tourists, so is peaceful and relaxing whilst being a 2-minute walk away from restaurants.

The staff we're fantastic - happy to help and gave us their personal recommendations for places in Santorini, as well as on other island. Breakfast was also fantastic and it's brought to your private terrace. Not a bad way to start the day, eating breakfast overlooking the Caldera!

Amazing stay at Nostos. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and ready to assist. It is close to the city centre and has a beautiful view of the Caldera. Santorini is a beautiful place and our stay at Nostos made was wonderful. Bed was super comfortable. Night walks amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

This place was absolutely amazing. From the staff being super friendly and accommodating, the delicious breakfast served daily in the room, the amazing view, the perfect location. We could not say enough. Right on top of the stairs is a small shop for anything that you may need. Its in walking distance just a few mins to everything however not in a super crowded area. The only two things I will mention (not a complaint) just mention worthy. There are a lot of stairs. Which is what gives you the best views but it is good to know. The other, our unit was a very open concept cave which was amazing. With that being said there were no doors to the bathroom. So if that’s important it’s worth mentioning. Otherwise it was the most magical experience ever! Definitely hope to return!!

My husband, myself and our 18 year old son had a wonderful time. The staff were so welcoming and took such good care of us. The apartment was extremely clean and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Our breakfast every morning on our terrace was the best we had ever had. The homemade apricot jam with greek yogurt and honey was amazing! We had an excellent 3-night stay at the Nostos Apartments. The location is top notch (you can walk everywhere in Oia from the property!) and the views are stunning. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the location sits in an ideal position within Oia. There are several stores restaurants within a 5 minute walk from any of the apartments. The small size of Nostos gave the stay a personal touch - and every staff member went out of there way to make the trip extremely enjoyable. They took care of everything - from booking transportation or restaurant reservations, to preparing an early breakfast for our 4:45am departure. This was our first time visiting santorini - and I credit a large portion of our positive experience on the island to the helpful staff at Nostos.

The staff at Nostros were very helpful. They helped us book an airport transfer, car rental for the day, restaurants & activities. Breakfast was a full buffet of great food overlooking the ocean. Our room was spacious & clean with an AMAZING view. The air conditioning in our room was adequate but not great but we did not spend much time in our room. The small pool had an AMAZING view that we enjoyed. The hotel is conveniently located at the beginning of Oia so not near the crowds & noise. However there are lots of steps from the main path to Nostros. But we thought the extra effort was well worth the view & privacy.
