This place has poor amenities and they dont take care of the room. For instance, the mirror was broken, there was no mat for the bathroom which you can fall with the water, the pillows were FLAT. Not comfortable at all, there is no black out so at the early ray of light, all the light comes thru the windows. We asked for a iron and we had to go down and leave our identification for them to lend it to us.

Do not waste your money here. Staff is unfriendly. They look at you like you are asking for money. Tv only have 4 channels available. Room is decent but sheets had stains. I wouldnt complain if the price is 50 or less but 85 dollars i was expecting something better. Staff vibe energy was awful . Never coming back. Staff definitely need training on how to trear customers.

Llegamos súper cansados con la esperanza de descansar agusto ya que teñimos ya 17 horas manejando quedamos súper desepsionados ya que toda la noche hubo música muy alta y eso que el hotel tenía un guardia de seguridad y no fue para hacer nada sobre el asunto de nada sirve que tengan guardias si no van a hacer su trabajo. Salimos súper cansados al día siguiente ya q no pudimos dormir en la noche . Es un hotel que no recomendaría a nadie para nada los cuartos estaban limpios y cómodos el único problema fue eso que el Guardia no pudo hacer su trabajo en ir a calmar a las personas que tenían su música a todo volumen . 😡😡😡

The first time we stayed at this hotel, they did not have their computer system working and were not able to find my expedia reservation. As soon as I showed my expedia email confirmations, they bypassed everything and immediately gave me my keys, which was excellent. This second time we stayed there the rooms are great, the staff remembered me from the past time, and was very friendly. I can't say enough about their morning breakfast! It is delicious, buffet style with the normal cereal, coffee, juice, etc BUT the pleasant surprise is that they have hot breakfast items like chilaquiles, ham and eggs, beans, pozole, etc. and they can make a couple of things in the back for an extra fee like pancakes. Overall my satisfaction with the room was great, and the hotel overall was wonderful.

Tengo años llegando aquí, sin embargo ahora está descuidado, sillas sucias, lavabo tapado, no había jabón para manos , una araña grande en el baño, pocas toallas y ya gastadas, no había toalla de manos, el desayuno incluido muy comercial y frío , el techo en la entrada al lobby con daños más que visibles , el costo no fue el más económico y hay otras opciones a considerar por prácticamente el mismo costo, ya no sería mi primera opción en la cd

Es un buen hotel para pasar la noche, el desayuno es muy decente y con varias opciones, sin embargo, deben poner más atención a la limpieza en general, pasillos, elevadores, las alfombras y muebles de los cuartos, los baños, pedimos limpiaran el baño otra vez y si lo hicieron, lo que agradecemos.

Fui en plan familiar. Encontramos al llegar la habitación abierta y nos sorprendió. En ocasiones hay olores no tan cómodos y la comodidad es promedio.
