AC wasn’t working properly, room temperature never cooled down, halls in hotel were apparently off AC as it felt very warm. Breakfast pricey for what it is, and considering hotel overal conditions (old, not clean enough, AC no working properly, no elevators) stay was expensive, towels were not clean enough too I saw dark spots on it.

Cuarto sin Luz, tres veces se nos fué, hasta que en la noche mejor me cambiaron de cuarto, ofreciéndome como disculpa un desayuno gratis, el cual me lo negaron al siguiente dia, y para acabarla jajajajaja, pedí comida de fuera, y me dijeron que no podía comerla ahí. Negándome un limón y sal. Cuando hablé con la gente de recepción sobre el tema, salió peor jajajajaj, me dijeron que no tenia ni el desayuno y que yo era el equivocado por meter comida. No vuelvo.

I don't recomend this hotel.

An hour after i checked into my room, the ceiling above the shower collapsed in from the water leaking from the room above.

The original part of the hotel is really old and in terrible condition. it needs updating.

The restaurant food is poor and limited to only a taco menu, thats it. No desserts.

Expedia doesn't TAX in Mexico

I made the reservation, because it said that the charge would be at the hotel. Because I needed that Bill from the place with Mexican Taxes. Today that I went for the Bill they said that Expedia will give it to me. But Expedia doesn't tax in Mexico.

This hotel should not have the dog friendly tag.

Terrible experience with my dog. At check in they ask me to pay in cash 1200 Mexican pesos because of the dog. Almost the same amount of my night. At the next day, that did not allow me to walk with the dog in the property. This was the worse hotel behavior ever. It should not have the dog friendly tag.

The hotel is good for the area, most rooms are old and outdated; except for the lofts which were built more recently.
The floor in the rooms is not properly cleaned; we could see dust and hairs in some areas.

“Pet Friendly” for a price.

We booked this hotel because they listed as “Pet Friendly”. The $80 / night was fair for the room but after checkin we got ambushed with a $63 pet fee. Something we could find disclosed anywhere in Hotels.com

Okay stay. Most of the stuff were friendly and helpful. Some stuff by the bar were rude and said they were going to charge us for us to use tables even though we got beers from bar and were eating our own food. We had previously asked the bartender if it was okay to sit and he had said yes. Otherwise rooms were clean and our stay was pleasant for the most part

Property has deteriorated. Long time customer. Hot water in shower took for ever!! Sink water flow and pressure awful and would not get hot, very difficult to shave. Safe did not work, furniture drawers would stick. Some lighting g did not work. We have stayed here for several years and property gets worse each time. Last stay for us! The only benefit now is it’s a convenient location but we are finding another location on our next visit.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bar was lonely and looked boring, so I went out for drinks. But it’s not a resort, so I couldn’t expect more. Overall it’s a decent hotel for the price and I would stay there again.

I liked the location.

The hotel made us pay on arrival and the room we paid for did not have a 3rd bed available it was more like a bed for a toddler. We had to move to a different room so that we can have enough beds which had a rate that was about $175 dollars cheaper than what we paid on arrival (you pay entire stay on arrival not at check-out) but would only refund us $128!

The rooms are old and dirty. The sheets were dirty, there was poop in the commode. There were toe nail clippings and pubic hairs in one of the beds and there was a scorpion on the window sill! Horrible

Breakfast was mediocre. There was only one server in an “assisted breakfast” that took so long to get what we wanted. Coffee wasn’t even brought to the table until after we finished eating!

This hotel had an odd set up. Seems it was a Fiesta Inn that merged with Hotel One (?). Hard to tell it was our destination upon arrival. Our room had no water pressure, the toilet didn’t flush well and the tub/shower was super slippery. Would not book again.
