Completely miss sold
The hotel advertisement is not clear in that these are a mixture of building and chalets. You will need multiple lifts to get to the restaurant and swimming area. This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, no internet in any of the rooms, no complimentary drinks. The breakfast was basic and the evening menu limited to soft stuff. The hotel appears to be popular with senior citizens with very few younger people. The private beach is not cleaned with seaweed in most places. I would say the shuttle services from the resdenace to the beach is first class. The telephone didn't work, the room was not a cleaned properly with the rubbish left in our room. The duvet was made but the bed sheets were left untouched.

La chambre familiale était équipée d’un lit double + lits superposés, mais sous les matelas des papiers absorbants/toilettes étaient coincés dans les lattes, ce qui donne une impression de négligence. Les lits superposés grincent énormément au moindre mouvement.
Le ménage laisse clairement à désirer (notamment dans la chambre), et nous avons dû réclamer des serviettes propres à 17h30 car l’entretien avait été oublié.
À la piscine, le maître-nageur est présent mais ne fait pas respecter les règles : ballons dans l’eau .. risqué pour les personnes âgées ou les bébés.
La plage privée n’est pas directement sur le sable mais située à 50m, avec des transats dans un espace fermé : ce n’est pas une vraie plage privée au bord de l’eau.
En résumé : un club convivial avec beaucoup d’activités, une équipe souriante et une bonne restauration, mais le ménage e
et une restauration de qualité, mais qui gagnerait vraiment à renforcer le ménage et le respect des règles pour offrir une meilleure expérience.

Super séjour. Chambre et hôtel en général très propre. Restaurant excellent. Coin de plage privatisé : juste parfait ! Personnel de l'hôtel très agréable et très gentil. Et une équipe d'animation sensationnelle avec des supers spectacles.

C'est un grand domaine. Un peu alambiqué, un peu labyrinthe. Les bâtiments font un peu vieillots de l'extérieur et la déco n'est pas très moderne. En revanche les chambres sont très convenables, bien insonorisées et la literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est complet, la vue jolie. Le personnel excessivement gentil et serviable. C'est aussi bien placé.

Sejour reposant avec les enfants qui ont pu profiter de la piscine interieure et du parc extérieur. Les animations et l equipe d animateurs sont au top, petits et grands se sont amusés. Super accueil de la reception et grande disponibilité des serveurs au buffet. L acces à la plage se fait à pieds ce qui est un fort avantage

J'ai passé seulement 3 jours dans le club avec ma fille mais nous avons été enchantées. Très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner et repas très bien car du choix et de la qualité.

Insgesamt kann man eigentlich nicht meckern. Das Hotel ist halt in die Jahre gekommen und dadurch teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Französischkenntnisse allerdings von Vorteil. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist eher 1.500 m. Das Essen ist gut und abwechslungsreich, das Angebot an Obst und vor allem Gemüse zum Frühstück allerdings überschaubar. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit. Reinigungspersonal soll wohl vorhanden sein, wurde jedoch nur selten gesehen. Im Arbeitszeugnis würde stehen: ,,Waren da und stets bemüht, mehr aber auch nicht.'' In den Zimmern wurden nur gelegentlich die Hand- und Duschtücher gewechselt, gekehrt oder gar gewischt wurde gar nicht. Alles in allem trotzdem ok, da das Wetter richtig toll war und wir nur zum Schlafen im Hotel waren. Also, nicht abschrecken lassen. Wer nicht allzuviel erwartet und keine deutschen Maßstäbe an Service und Sauberkeit ansetzt, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das südfranzösische Flair entschädigt für so manches.

Iso hotellikompleksi. Huoneemme oli erillisessä rakennuksessa, jonka sai hyvin viileäksi ja pimeäksi. Huone oli ihan siisti, mutta pyyhkeet olivat likaiset. Hotellissa oli matala ja lämmin sisäallas lapsille. Näkymät 11.kerroksen ruokalasta olivat mahtavat ja aamupala oli hyvä. Rahalle hyvää vastinetta.

Nous avons été déçu dès notre arrivé. Les photos ne sont absolument pas le reflet de la réalité. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être au camping (sauf qu'une nuit au camping n'est pas le même prix qu'une nuit à l'hôtel). Nous avons tourné plus d'une heure pour trouver une place de parking, sans compter que les enfants et mon mari ont du attendre dans la voiture en double file pour que je récupère les bracelets (35 min d'attente). Il y avait des poils dans notre salle de bain!!, pour le reste l'état général était correct. L'hôtel en lui même est correct mais vraiment dans son jus. On ne s'attend pas à ça en regardant les photos, ça ne fait pas autant rêver en vrai. Le personnel est très sympathique malgrés qu'à l'acceuil personne n'a souhaité m'expliquer les activités de l'hôtel puisque je restais qu'une nuit. Je n'y retournerais pas.

Très bel endroit, deux piscines dont une intérieure chauffée. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est très bon, le buffet du midi un peu léger en plats chauds et assez pauvre en dessert dommage. La chambre familiale est très bien également, dommage beaucoup de poussière sous les lits.

3éme séjour en famille dans cet établissement ou il y a beaucoup d'avantages si on y va en famille mais UN GROS DÉFAUT qui est devenu MAJEUR : la température de la piscine intérieure à baissé de 3° depuis l'année dernière et cela n'est plus possible de passer un moment agreable dans l'espace aquatique désormais.
Nous comprenons l'augmentation de l'énergie et nous sommes prêts à payer quelques euros supplémentaires pour bénéficier convenablement de la piscine intérieure (avec 285 chambres avec qq euros supplémentaires (par chambre et par jour) : le bien être de vos clients devrait être la priorité sachant qu'on peut les payer par solidarité...
Nous ne viendrons donc plus dans cet etablissements tant que la température de la piscine intérieure ne sera plus raisonnable car cela devient même désagréable de s'y baigner tellement que l'eau est froide.

Sejour agréable avec un plus pour les activites proposés ( nous n avons pas testé la piscine ni le spa) , l accès à la plage qvec une navette est fort appréciable.
Toutefois la propreté dans la chambre est à revoire ( sol non fait à notre arrivée, excréments sur le mur des toilettes non enlevés et des morceaux de nourritures des personnes précédentes non pas été nettoyés). Calme le soir malgré l’aéroport car pas d’avion la nuit, la piscine extérieure et intérieure sont très agréable en roof top ainsi que la terasse du bar et le restaurant donne tous sur une superbe vue . Le personnel est sympathique . La nourriture est basique on se croirait à un « flunch » pour 25€ par personnes . Le petit déjeuner tres basique idem pour 10€ par personne . La chambre tres propre par contre la douche de la salle de bain était vraiment tres salle (moisissures sur tout les bird ainsi que les murs) sinon tout le reste était impeccable . Les dames a l’accueil tres agréables et gentilles . La situation de l’hôtel a 10 minutes de la plage et à 15 minutes du centre ville .

Un séjour normal, conçu sans restauration, prévue à l'extérieur. Je voulais seulement profiter de la piscine, mais beaucoup trop petite et pleine d'enfants, qui à l'extérieur couraient sans retenue, leurs parents? Le comble, les enfants avec leurs couches sales dans l'eau. je n'y suis pas allée. Écoeurant! Chambre, sans tapis de bain, sans corbeille à papier, pas de possibilité d'obtenir une prise multiple, fête (orchestre et batterie) au-delà de 23.00, gardien injoignable pour le signaler, les avions atterrissant plusieurs fois par jour, on ne s'entend plus... Bref! Je ne recommande pas. Dommage, car le cadre est beau.

Le concept, avec ses nombreux niveaux déclinés en ponts, sur le mode nautique, et ses (très) nombreux ascenseurs est un peu déconcertant mais original. En tous cas la vue est à couper le souffle, que ce soit depuis la piscine, les terrasses ou les chambres.Le lever du soleil est un spectacle qui mérite de mettre le réveil!
La chambre est bien équipée et propre, le personnel est très avenant et au petit soins, ce qui rend le séjour bien agréable.
Le seul petit bémol pour moi fût la literie à laquelle je ne me suis pas adapté (sans que je puisse vraiment dire pourquoi cependant). Peut être les oreillers qui ne me convenaient pas. Les deux lits simples qui n'étaient pas à la même hauteur ont peut être aussi contribué à ce petit loupé. Je reste cependant content de mon séjour et je reviendrai à coup sur profiter de la superbe piscine intérieure ainsi que des bains à remous très relaxants...

De passage avec mon fils nous avons découvert ce complexe surprenant. Ce qui frappe au premier abord c'est la taille du domaine. Plusieurs bâtiments composent cet ensemble avec de nombreux niveaux, plateaux, ascenceurs.... Pas simple de s'y retrouver rapidement mais le point de vue depuis la piscine ou les restaurants vaut le détour. Personnel sympathique et accueillant; chambre spacieuse, équipements nombreux. Nous reviendrons très certainement si l'occasion se présente.
