Everything was perfect! The location, the customers, the staff, the day to day ambiance and activities, absolutely brilliant! We never tried a family holiday residence before but we were so happy, we extended our stay!! We LOVED IT! And we now want to spend a week again next summer! Merci Plein Sud!

The hotel is in a great position, overlooking the sea.

The hotel was in a great area, was quite and had little shows everyday which was quite nice. The sea water on the hotel side was very nice and the equipments kept us busy, like water bikes, small boats etc. The only thing that i would suggest they need to clean the hall ways and the rooms ceiling which had spider webs and insects. The breakfast was poor there was not much options it should be more items like cheese, olives etc. Overall we had a grear time.

Great view and bed, bath needs work

We booked Plein Sud to have a place to sleep and park our rental car while exploring Marseille, St Tropez, Cassis, etc. The seaside view was picturesque, the bed was comfortable, and room was silent. In October many guests are older, which is why it's so quiet. My biggest critique is the shower, it had bad mildew. I believe they recently replaced the flooring and furniture but didn't remodel the bathrooms. The staff was friendly but their English was poor. We also wished the room had a refrigerator and kettle.

Lovely location, modern hotel

Lovely gardens and layout. Room clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. A kettle in the room would be really good, as would the hotel info e.g. location of restaurants, bars, menus, prices etc as that wasn't easily available (queues at reception).

The manager was not very friendly . . .

The tennis court, the mini golf, the pool, and the beach (with canoes, kayak and paddle boat) were very interesting for us. The dining room and staff were excellent!

The water in the bathroom (sink) did not smell good after running the water for a while -- and maybe it was because we stayed on the ground floor.

Other than that, we will probably come back to your hotel next year . . .

We would ask that we can stay on the upper floors!

Très bien situé, au calme . Offre une belle balade en front de mer . Belles infrastructures.
Bon concurrent en France des all inclusive qu’ on peut trouver à l’étranger!
Petit bémol pour la salle de bain , une porte à la douche serait un plus , ce qui éviterait les projections d’eau en dehors du bac !( même en faisant attention!)

j ai apprecie la piscine couverte avec le sauna et le hamam.Beaucoup d activites sont proposees egalement ,avec la lagune ou nous pouvons faire du pedalo ou du paddle ou du kayak.Il y a egalement un terrain de sport ,un mini golf,un boulodrome,des tables de ping pong et une aire de jeux pour les enfants .Il y a une tres bonne equipe d animation .Le personnel est toujours la pour vous contenter .En ce qui concerne le petit dejeuner et le diner ca reste simple mais il y a du choix .c est un hotel que je recommande vivement

We used the hotel as a base to explore Hyeres so we didn’t participate in the activities offered. I did use the sauna which was clean. A suggestion would be to add some herbs or herbal oil to the steam to offer a more pleasant and beneficial experience.
I also used the swimming pool. Another suggestion, please heat the pool. Given that most of the clientele seemed to be over 60 years old, a heated pool would have been more welcoming.
The only negative for me was the food. It was abundant both at the dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet but the quality of some of the basics could be much better: the orange juice came from an Andreos machine but it didn’t taste as nice as the juice we had from a smaller hotel with the same machine. The baguettes weren’t so great. Coffee was OK.
In the room, it would have been nice to have had fresh paper cups in the bathroom every day or at least when it was obvious that they had been used and thrown out.

Je déconseille FORTEMENT

Un aqua parc était installé juste devant le bacon de notre chambre Du bruit et de scris de 10h à 19h non stop !
La propreté de la salle de bain était très douteuse
Ils nous ont retiré toutes les serviettes de toilette sans les remplacer
Les oreillers étaient en très mauvais état
Et nous avons retrouvé notre voiture garée sur la parking de l'hôtel avec des rayures de clé sur tout un côté !!!
L'équipe n'a pas du tout répondu à nos réclamations ...

Une pause au bord de l'eau très agréable

Hôtel bien placé le long de la plage proche de beaucoup de points d'intérêts. Parking grand et fonctionnel. Un séjour très agréable avec une équipe jeune et dynamique qui sait motiver les clients aux jeux apéros entre autres ! Un accueil très sympathique avec une personne souriante et compréhensive pour nous donner une chambre en face de celle de nos cousins. Une restauration variée et très bonne avec des plats originaux concoctés par un chef qui a d'excellentes idées, comme cette bouillabaisse simplifiée parfumée et goûteuse ! Barmaid au top avec des cocktails excellents et bons en rapport qualité/prix. L'espace piscine est agréable avec transats, sauna et hammam. Les extérieurs sont plaisants et bien agencés afin de profiter soit des transats au bord de la plage privée, soit des fauteuils pour lire ou se reposer à l'ombre. Spectacle du lundi au top avec une équipe fantastique et joyeuse et karaoké du mardi bien entraînant et bien mené !

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes, aber grosszügig dimensioniertes Freizeithotel, in sehr schöner Lage an Lagune, auf grossem Areal mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer und den vorgelagerten Archipel. Verpflegung ok aber schon mit einem Touch von Kantine und 'Massenabspeisung'. Lage des Speisesaals am Dach sehr schön mit wunderbarem Ausblick.

Personnel de l'hôtel au top, petit déjeuner très bien, le buffet du resto est super, la salle de sport est moyenne, appareil défectueux et aucun appareil faisant travailler la partie supérieure du corps ( style rameur) et la propreté des chambres (faut pas être pointilleux...mais l'essentiel est fait) par contre, vieux bâtiment, phoniquement, c'est pas top !... néanmoins, je recommande cet hôtel pour sa situation, son style, le personnel et la restauration.

nous avons choisi une chambre vue mer mais les chambres rdc impossible de voir la mer. les vitres de la baie vitré sales ,deux défauts sur la facture 14 euros d’un supplément inexplicable supprimé après recherche par contre facturation taxe de séjour 2 fois. sinon nourriture correcte employés sympa. site fermé est un plus agréable

En effet comment dire faire des economies electricité alors que les chambres sont chauffées a 27 voir 28 degré impossible de bien dormir alors que la piscine est a 26 ou 27 degre

Avec ma femme, nous avons passé deux nuits. La chambre était médiocre, le lit extrêmement dur !! La douche passe du chaud au froid toutes les 30 secondes !!! La piscine intérieure n'est pas chauffée et est très froide !!! Le restaurant n'est vraiment pas bon. Au buffet, il y a des plats non variés. Si vous n'aimez pas le poisson, il n'y a pas d'autre choix certains soirs... Établissement à éviter... Dommage, le cadre est sympa.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, welches neu renoviert war. Für ein drei Sterne Hotel sehr schön. Die ganze Anlage ist top ausgestattet. Man kann kostenlos Wassertreter, Kanu, Supboard, usw. fahren. Minigolf, Tennis, Tischtennis usw. spielen. Die Ausenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Für eine Urlaub mit kindern ideal.

The location on a pond was very nice. The beds were quite comfortable.
It was pretty noisy, on the one hand because of the busy street beyond the pond; on the other hand due to a communicating door to the neighbour's room, which despite the double door made the room badly soundproofed. One could hear the conversation of the neighbours.

Une équipe et un service très chouette. Tout est sur place pour passer de bonnes vacances. Un gros bémol cependant sur la qualité des chambres ... (Toilettes qui fuient, ayant nécessité un changement de chambre, odeurs dans la salle de bain, température de l'eau en aléatoire totale dans la douche, propreté du matelas super douteuse camouflée par un simple sur matelas, clim pas activée et donc fenêtre avec moustiques pour la nuit...

Complexe bien situé à proximité de la plage, d'un réseau de pistes cyclables dans un parc bien aménagé avec son propre plan d'eau.
Chambre suffisamment spacieuse et confortable.
Bien situé pour visiter les iles de Porquerolles et Port Cros, la côte méditerranéenne ainsi que la ville de Toulon.
Nécessite bien sur de posséder un véhicule.
Restauration correcte sous forme de buffet avec un repas animé et servi à table un soir de la semaine.

Point faibles chembres très vétuste, poussières viens installés , télévision bricole avec une espèce de scotch
A notre arrivé il nous on rendu la chambre avec le
Balcon inaccessible car évacuation d’eau bouchée donc plain d’eau
Canapé lit déchiré de toutes les cotes vraiment honteux
Le ménage du lendemain laisse à désirée, lit pas fait correctement, aspirateur n’a pas été passé
Pour un 3 étoiles on peu faire meilleur, beaucoup d’amélioration doivent être faites pour le bien être de la clientèle

bon emplacement avec vue sur petite lagune et mer tres bonne situation georaphique que ce soit pour la ville ou pour la presquille de giens
tres bon service en salle du personnel attentif tres bon petit dejeuner copieux ainsi que pour la demie pension et repas du soir nourriture relativement variee et tres bonne
petit bemol sur les salles d eau meriteraient un rafraichissement une douche au lieu d une baignoire par exemple

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer. Es gibt eine Hotel eigene Lagune. Nicht jedem seine Sache, da es darin auch Wasserpflanzen gibt. Gleich beim Ausgang befindet sich ein schöner Schotterstrand und 5 min entfernt mit dem Auto Le Badine, ein traumhafter Sandstrand.
Unser Zimmer war recht neu renoviert und alle Möbel sowie Bett und Bad in eineandfreiem Zustand. Das WC ist wirklich recht eng.
Das Essen war durchwegs gut und es gab auch einige einheimische Speisen. Also beim Frühstück gabs nix besonderes, aber ausreichend und auch lecker. Das Abendessen waren eben die unterschiedlichsten Speisen und Spezialitäten. Halbpension kannnich deswegen nur sehr empfehlen.
Das Personal war sehr nett und es ging mit Englisch sich zu verständigen. Leider war aber meist alles andere nur in Französisch angeschrieben.
Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen direkt beim Hoteleingang. Da wir uns eine Orte der Côte d’Azur angeschaut haben und auch einige der romantischen Strassen, direkt am Meer, abgefahren sind, war für ubs eib ordentlicher Parkplatz wichtig. (24h zugänglich)


p.s.: Vielleicht lags bei uns an der Jahreszeit (September), aber wir hatten vieöe Gelsen in der Nacht. Also empfehle ich Gelsenstecker oder sonstige Mittel für einen ruhigen Schlaf.

La struttura è situata in una posizione ottimale per chi volesse visitare la penisola di Hyeres perché in pochi minuti si raggiungono tutti i punti di interesse nei dintorni. Purtroppo la struttura è vecchia e gestita male. Colazione ed eventuali pasti veloci molto scarsi. Frequentata principalmente da persone anziane. Peccato perché sarebbe bellissima.300 euro a notte però sono veramente troppi per quello che viene offerto..

Das positive zuerst: Das Personal war super freundlich und kompetent!

Die Hotelanlage an sich ist ein Traum für Familien, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Der Essensbereich gleicht einer abgeranzten Großkantine und müsste dringend renoviert werden.

Die angebotenen Speisen waren größtenteils schmackhaft.

Jedoch fühlte man sich wie in einer schlechten Großkantine.

Leider hatte ich ein fürchterliches Zimmer. Alt, abgewohnt und dreckig. Die Dusche und das Bad waren fürchterlich.

Mit Abstand der schlechteste Aufenthalt in diesem Jahr.

J'ai bien montré à l'hôtesse que cette chambre ne corresdait pas a ma réservation.. Elle m'a dit qu'il ne faut pas regarder les photos à la réservation et pour le lit double que c'était comme ça !!!!
Effectivement dans cet établissement ils sont très aimables !!
En conclusion je déconseille fortement cet hôtel... Allez ailleurs !!!!

repas du soir boulettes en sauce tomate vraiment pas gouteux!idem pour sauce accompagnant la raie insipide vraiment que de l'eau avec quelques câpres très bienvenues, pas de fruit le soir.
petit déjeuner tres bien mais un distributeur de lait et eau chaude en panne sans panneau ;défilement ininterrompu et clients cherchant à tous prix à faire fonctionner l'appareil en vain pendant tout le service devant notre nez!

Je suis resté qu’une nuit c’est difficile d’évaluer l’ensemble du club. D’après ce que j’ai constaté j’ai aimé. L’accueil etait chaleureux. La chambre était propre, fraîche et rangée ! A la salle de restauration l’accueil est familial ! Un des employés a un mot gentil pour chaque personne ! Seule ombre au tableau : le parking ! Il est difficile d’y trouver une place !

Nous avons apprécié le calme par contre les Bouches d'aération pas nettoyé donc les odeurs stagnantes dans la chambre pas top.
Horaire chambre 17h trop tard car on doit la rendre le lendemain à 10h un peu court je trouve.
