This residence is located 300 m from the sea in La Londe les Maures. It lies right on the coast, in the Var region, and is set opposite the Golden Islands, with the Maures mountains as its backdrop.
This property offers the perfect combination of sea and unspoiled nature. With two-thirds of its surface covered with vineyards and forests, and rolling hills, which stretch down to the sea and are lined with fine and sandy beaches, this resort has bags of natural charm.
Guests will find the town centre 200 m away and it is 500 m to the nearest restaurants, bars and shops. Hyeres is 10 km from the property.
Newly renovated in 2010, this apartment residence comprises a total of 214 accommodation units. Facilities on offer to guests include a restaurant, conference facilities, Internet access (charges apply), a laundry service (for an additional fee) and a free outdoor car park (1 parking spot per apartment).
All units come with a bathroom or shower with a WC. All are fully equipped with a kitchenette with a fridge, a vitroceramic hotplate, a microwave and a dishwasher.

I stayed one night and its was awfull, wool type blanquets without sheets.
The room was not clean and the maîtresses had dog hair on the covers.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Pool is clean but quite a few sun loungers were broken. Accommodation was clean and all the basics were there and air con was great! The grounds look tired and need some attention. It’s a short walk to the beach. We had a lovely dinner at an Italian restaurant near the beach and there is a small supermarket nearby the beach.

Not a Hotel!!
We booked this \"hotel\" for a half-term getaway with our two young sons. When we arrived we found out that it was not a hotel at all but self catering apartments. So we had to buy sheets and towels for the room (as we were not advised that we had to bring any) but did not opt to buy the remote control in order to watch the TV! We managed to get a reservation in the hotel restaurant for that evening but was told that they were booked for the rest of the week!! We found out that they were only open for 1 hour in the evening - so no wonder they were full!! The apartment itself was clean and well equipped - but because of the self catering nature WE had to clean the apartment before we left (or pay £50 for someone to do it!) - this was not easy with two young children. The swimming pool area was nice with a water slide and the staff friendly enough. In summary - do not go here if you are expecting hotel like facilities - they dont exist - but if you are looking for a self catering option then this is more than suitable.

you can check in only 3 hours per day. Otherwise the lobby is closed and do not even try to call somebody on the phone! The answering machine will tell you that ... the reception is closed! Ah .. and there is not lift, so good luck to reach the 3rd floor with your luggages ... This said, if your plan is to make an anthropological survey of summer residences for french seniors, you can still go there!

Nous pouvions récupérer l'appartement entre 17 h et 19h. A notre arrivée à 18h30 on nous a bien accueilli et donner les clés de l'appartement mais la femme de ménage était encore en train de nettoyer et nous a prévenu qu'il manquait le micro onde et la TV. Retour à l'accueil où on nous a donné les clés d'un autre appartement mais ce deuxième était encore occupé, personne n'était à l'intérieur mais il y avait tous leurs bagages. Retour à l'accueil on nous a accompagné dans un 3 ème appartement mais celui là était plus grand et l'établissement ne voulait pas nous surclassé. Le 4eme appartement était le bon. Séjour très décevant pour le tarif, en effet le Robinet de la cuisine était tout desserré et tenait à peine, la propreté était moyenne ( poussière, toiles d'araignées, balcon très sale) la serrure des toilettes était défectueuse je suis restée coincée dedans. Le bâtiment est très mal entretenu carrelage de piscine cassée, peinture abîmée... et le service est absent aucun renseignement sur le fonctionnement (salle de sport, horaires piscine, restaurant....) pas d'état des lieux aucune info sur la restitution des clés. Le complexe tombe en désuétude et n'est pas à la hauteur des 3 etoiles

Literie d'une qualité vraiment médiocre... Dormir à 2 dans un lit de 120cm... J'ai passé l'âge... Pôle restauration soit disant ouvert à partir de 11h... On attend encore.... D'une propreté plus que limite. Très mal fréquenté, très honnêtement payer quasiment 500€ pour 2 nuits dans cet établissement c'est une honte.

L'établissement est propre, pas de soucis là-dessus. Par contre, les serviettes sales de nos prédécesseurs étaient restés sur un tabouret dans le logement. Nos serviettes propres n'étaient pas dans le logement. Nous avons dû les réclamées à l'accueil. Et il nous manquait un oreiller, nous nous en sommes rendus compte alors que l'accueil était fermé. Du coup, nuit difficile et mal au cou toute la journèe du lendemain. Pas cool pour 1 nuit à 110 €.

Dåligt. Väldigt begränsad incheckningstid och poolområdet stängde 19.00 strax efter vi anlände och trots många badgäster i poolområdet och fint väder. Tråkiga rum med tråkig utsikt och miljö, och otroligt nog utan sängkläder för det priset. Som tur var bokade vi bara en natt då vi hade vägarna förbi, för fler nätter hde varit outhärdligt. Liten anslutande restaurang med otroligt begränsat utbud och antal sittplatser där det var fullbokat för kvällen med runt 20 besökare, så takeaway till rummet blev ett måste, men från restaurang där personalen bara talar franska vilket var extra utmanande.

On a passé qu une nuit, on pensait qu'il y avait les draps mais non, on n a pas du bien voir l annonce. Comme on est arrivé juste avant la fermeture de la réception du coup on s'est débrouillé avec des draps de plage qu on avait.

Le check in est 17H, nous avons attendu 1H30 à l'accueil et obtenu la chambre qu'à 18H. Accueil trop peu ouvert donc c'était le rush à 16H30 17H30. La piscine est bien mais aucun calme, avec la musique et les nombreux enfants. Des personnes se baignent toutes habillées sans aucuns respect de la laïcité et s'est toléré, question hygiène, ce n'est pas top. Les logements sont sympas mais pas de draps et vis à vis entre les logements. Nous avons réservé au dernier moment le matin pour l'après-midi, cela ne convenait pas à notre désir premier, donc on est bien sure déçu.

Wir waren kürzlich in dieser Unterkunft und leider war ich von meinem Aufenthalt extrem enttäuscht. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt dreckig, alt und abgewohnt. Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel mir der unangenehme Geruch auf, der sich durch den gesamten Bereich zog. Es gab überall Schmutz und abgelebte, dreckige Wände und Böden, was auf mangelnde Sauberkeit hinweist.
Auch die Poolanlage war in einem grausamen Zustand. Abgerockt und vernachlässigt. Es war kein angenehmer Ort, um sich zu entspannen oder die Sonne zu genießen.
Zusätzlich zu den hygienischen Problemen war ich auch von dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis enttäuscht. Der Preis für die Unterkunft stand in keinem Verhältnis zur gebotenen Qualität. Es ist bedauerlich, dass für eine so heruntergekommene Unterkunft ein überhöhter Preis verlangt wird.
Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft aufgrund ihrer dreckigen, alten und abgewohnten Zustand, des unangenehmen Geruchs und des unverschämten Preises nicht empfehlen. Es ist wichtig, dass die Betreiber der Unterkunft ihre Bemühungen verstärken, um den Gästen einen angenehmen und komfortablen Aufenthalt zu bieten.
Auch die Poolanlage war in einem grausamen Zustand. Abgerockt und vernachlässigt. Es war kein angenehmer Ort, um sich zu entspannen oder die Sonne zu genießen.
Zusätzlich zu den hygienischen Problemen war ich auch von dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis enttäuscht. Der Preis für die Unterkunft stand in keinem Verhältnis zur gebotenen Qualität. Es ist bedauerlich, dass für eine so heruntergekommene Unterkunft ein überhöhter Preis verlangt wird.
Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft aufgrund ihrer dreckigen, alten und abgewohnten Zustand, des unangenehmen Geruchs und des unverschämten Preises nicht empfehlen. Es ist wichtig, dass die Betreiber der Unterkunft ihre Bemühungen verstärken, um den Gästen einen angenehmen und komfortablen Aufenthalt zu bieten.

Plein d'aiguilles de pin jonchent le sol. Un vieux salon en résine entassé et sale puis ...une table en fer et 3 chaises sur la terrasse vide du resto ile d'or fermé. Un salon en palette a dû passer l'hiver dehors... A part la réception et les piscines très bien entretenues.....tout laisse à desirer. C'est dans son jus, ça a vieilli.... 233 euros 2 nuits. Nous étions en formule hôtelière que nous avons eu a un tarif exceptionnel , 114 euros les 7 nuits ! avec wifi, télé, draps , serviettes et ménage compris. Les moins : odeur nauséabonde dans les couloirs de l'immeuble ... c'est certainement pour cela que nous avons eu ce tarif. Néanmoins dans les chambres tout allais bien. Studios sympathiques avec le nécessaire. En conclusion : endroit sympa (piscine et plage , snacks ) , mais au tarif normal je n'y retournerais pas.

Vi bodde 3 nätter i lägenheten under högsäsong. Service och storlek på lägenheten var bra. Städningen var ett stort minus. Då det kändes som att dom hade inneboende vägglöss och allmänt dåligt moppat/sopat på rummen när vi kom. restaurangen på lägenhetsområdet serverade helt ok frukost till överkomligt pris. Bra möjligheter till parkering inom området och nära promenad till havet. Även poolområdet var helt ok.
