Ocean pearl has a great breakfast buffet and amazing pool and a good location off the Main Street also it’s not that far walk from the beach. Has bus stop right in front for trips to sunworld. Only thing I had an issue with was the room I booked I didn’t receive and what I got was pretty small. Other then that great hotel

The room was always clean, thanks to the housekeeping staff's work. As for the rest of the staff, they should be trained in customer service. Nobody says good morning or good night, or even smiles at anyone. This made me feel like they work under a lot of pressure.

The property for the most part was good. The front desk staff doesn't speak english so come prepare with a translator. The beds are extremely hard it feels like you are sleeping on wood pallets. I think the room price should be under $80 a night. The location is great!

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was close to the beach and some of my favourite restaurants. The breakfast was decent and had a good variety of foods to choose from. The pool area was wonderful and often not very busy. The rooms were spacious only complaint would be the hard beds but it wasn’t terrible. The staff was friendly but could have done a better job providing a bit more information on the hotel and it’s amenities (spa, breakfast, wifi, building orientation)

This was a very nice hotel, super clean and welcoming. The staff were helpful and professional. Rooms were huge with nice view. Best part was the very big pool and skye bar. It was so much fun spending time here with my husband. Everything was close by, and very convenient. We give this place a 5/5, and hope that we can come here again soon! Stay here if you want a relaxing and fun atmosphere for vacation!

We want to see the room first before we check in,
They showed us one room and give us different room.

Good clean comfortable hotel with a nice pool, gym and bar. Excellent location for restaurants, marts, bars, massages. Walking distance to night market. Free shuttle bus to Vinpearl Land/Safari just in front the hotel. Walking distance to beach but beach not very clean, better to take the trip to Sao Beach (the nicest beach in Phu Quoc)

I had difficulties with another hotel booking and seek help from Ocean Pearl to send me a Taxi. Justin - Reservation Office was particularly helpful. He make sure I got into the taxi and arrive safely at Ocean Pearl.
The rest of the hotel staff were warm, although the facilities is not very new.

I sincerely appreciate the extra service from Justin and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time at Ocean Pearl Hotel. The room was amazing, very comfortable, big bed and nice bath with view to the ocean. It was very cleaned as well. The location is good, a lot of restaurants around and massage placed. Even though it seems almost in front of the beach you kind of have to walk 15 minutes to find a route to the beach since the resorts in front of the beach does not allow people to go through. The staffs English was very poor, just some people really had good English. The breakfast was great! They also had a New Years Eve party that was super nice. At the top of the hotel there is a bar, we stayed at the last floor, so it was super noisy until 2pm. For us it was not a problem, but a lot of people may not like it.

Excellent hotel- good location.

Good location close to bars and restaurants. Hotel has very good facilities-pool is excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. One thing to note is that there is a rooftop bar on the front building which plays music until 2am. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend getting a room at the back of building 2. Beach access is approximately 200 meter walk.

This hotel is a good value and is ~20 minute walk to the night market. The rooms are clean, but we had no hot water and a broken phone on our second stay. Overall, the breakfast is good (soup especially) and the staff is very nice.

Our first thought was to get a hotel along the ocean. They were either quite pricy or quite run down. We were across the road from the ocean and the hotel has an agreement to use a nieghboiuring hotel's beach access. It was perfect for the price. The hotel pool is quite nice, thanks staff were really good, the rooms were clean and big and the breakfast that was included was tasty.

I was worried that it might be noisy from construction because of other reviews I had read but it was very quiet in my room(except for the occasional noisy neighbor). The rooms were clean and had everything I needed. The hotel is not on the beach but it's just a short walk away. The pool area is beautiful and breakfast has a lot of options. The staff is really nice although slow to respond with issues (I had one small one with water dripping in the bathroom). The gym was a great bonus-it had a few cardio machines and multi-functional weight machines but no free weights. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it!

Under all kritik. Vi är mycket besvikna på denna vistelse. Personalen har ett mycket dåligt bemötande och borde få utbildning i hur man behandlar gäster.

Redan vid incheckningen uppstod problem. De hade ingen koll på vår bokning och bad oss ta fram alla uppgifter själva, samtidigt som personalen stod och skrattade och tuggade tuggummi. När jag lämnade över mitt pass tittade personalen på det, visade det för en kollega och skrattade. När jag frågade vad som var roligt fortsatte de bara att skratta. Väldigt oprofessionellt och obehagligt.

Rummen är okej men långt ifrån fräscha. Vi hittade både hår i badrummet och kryp. Städningen var slarvig varje gång rummet gjordes i ordning.

Personalen hälsar inte, även när man själv säger hej. Under frukosten kände man sig utstirrad, och personalen tog bort tallriken trots att man inte ätit färdigt.

Vi har aldrig sett någon i personalen le. Vi ångrar att vi lade pengar på detta hotell och kommer inte att återvända.

Rummet var smutsigt, trots ”städning” dagligen så var det väldigt äckligt. De glömde även fylla på toalettpapper, handdukar osv. Det enda positiva med hotellet skulle jag säga var platsen det låg på samt delar av frukostbuffén. Extremt lyhört.
